Min plats är bra för par, solo äventyrare och affärsresenärer. Detta är ett privat sovrum med bifogat privat mästare bad (456 sq ft totalt utrymme) och utanför ingången (ingen entré genom huvudbyggnaden) har nyckelfri kod (själv incheckning) för åtkomst. Vi ligger 9 minuter från östra ingången till Colorado National Monument, 1. 5 timmar från Moab, UT och Arches National Park och 20 minuter från Fruita, CO (några av de bästa mountainbike i landet). Säkert område för cyklar. Allt detta och vi är fortfarande bara 5-10 minuter från centrum, livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger. Mycket fin utsikt från fastigheten. Sviten har en queen size-säng, kärlek sits, bord och 4 stolar, gungstol. ismaskin, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, strykjärn, strykbräda och minikylskåp. Master bad har en dubbla handfat fåfänga med walk-in dubbla rubriken dusch. Det finns ett däck utanför svit med bord, 4 stolar och parasoll.

Great place and value for single our double occupancy

This place boasts a lovely, quite, large private room. he bed was comfortable and the newly remodeled bath has a nice strong shower. The hosts are kind and helpful and the access to the outdoors was perfect. Unfortunately, I have chemical sensitivity and the strong scent of laundry detergent didn't work for me but if that is not an issue for you, I am sure you will be very happy with this lovely spot.

A Beautiful Lifestyle Block

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. This lifestyle block was perched above a beautiful river valley with mountains beyond. The homeowners were very hospitable. The room was well-appointed with lovely furnishings, and the carefully-manicured gardens around the house made for a nice morning stroll.

Best place ever!!

This was the first time hubby and I had ever used Vrbo. We were not disappointed with choice. The owners, Cindy and Bruce were so welcoming and helpful. They definitely make it feel like you are at home. If we make back to Grand Junction again, they will be our first choice over a motel. Thank you so much Cindy and Bruce!!!

Excellent place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay. Everything is exactly as described. This little studio was very clean, and had everything you can think of that you might need. My husband and I were very impressed at how thoughtful Cindy and Bruce were and that they fixed it just the way they would want somebody to do it for them. We’re very appreciative of what they did and really like this place We really enjoyed the bed, very comfortable and got a great rest. We would definitely stay there again anytime we are in the area.

Always five star!

We visit Grand Junction frequently because of family. The east wing is truly a blessing! Always meticulously clean, beautifully appointed inside and out. Bruce and Cindy could not be more accommodating. Such a pleasure to return to after enjoying grandkids.

What a tremendous find and stay at a beautiful property! The hosts are so friendly and accommodating that they made me feel like I was staying with family. The grounds and the views are incredible and the unit was extremely well stocked so that even if I had forgotten anything, I had everything I needed provided. If I'm staying in Grand Junction in the future, this is the only place I will consider staying at. Thank you Bruce and Cindy for a great stay!

Beautiful garden

Tranquil really describes this place. The flower gardens, raised veggie beds, meticulously trimmed shrubs and the lush lawn made us feel like we were staying in paradise. The view of the Monument and the city lights in the valley made this the perfect setting for relaxing. A hungry broadtail hummingbird frequented the feeder located on the private deck and the occasional sighting of a little lizard made our stay perfect! Cindy and Bruce were so accommodating and friendly. They were generous in allowing us to take some family photos with our son, daughter in law and our new grandson among the flowers. Bruce even helped with our luggage. I chose this place based on the huge bathroom-easy to share with my husband of 45 years-we will now stay there every time we visit Grand Junction because of the rest. Thank you to Cindy and Bruce, our new friends.

Everything was simply lovely! I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. Entire place inside and out was beautifully appointed and Cindy thought of everything! Should we find ourselves back in the Grand Junction area, we will return to the East Wing.

Excellent stay in Grand Junction, CO

The flowers are starting to bloom on the property and the view of the Grand Valley and Grand Mesa are gorgeous. We also love it's close proximity to the Colorado National Monument.

Cute, cozy, and quiet!

Overall - this was a great place to stay. It was clean and quiet. There were lots of amenities like coffee and bottled water!! We appreciated the plush towels too. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!!
