FASTIGHETEN kommer att öppnas igen för bokningar i februari 2021
Denna rena, bekväma stuga har tre sovrum. Två sovrum med dubbelsäng har en dubbelsäng medan det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Alla sängar har elektriska filtar för de kalla vinternätter. Täcken och filtar och färska rena sänglinne tillhandahålls gästerna, tillsammans med badlakan.

Det finns ett badrum i huset och en extra toalett och dusch i yttre tvättstugan. Köket är fullt funktionellt med porslin och bestick tillhandahålls, tillsammans med diskmaskin. Luftkonditioneringsapparat för omvänd cykel för både uppvärmning och kylning.

Lampe House har en carport med gott om parkering. Det finns en grill på verandan och även uteservering. Trädgården är helt innesluten och säker för barn.

Great place to stay

Comfortable house with everything we needed, although a gas BBQ would be good. Backyard was great for our dog. Check in process easy. Thanks for having us!

Lovely Home Very Cute little town

Thank you for letting us stay. We had a ball. I accidentally took two towels. I will return them as soon as possible. We are always going over to Tumut.

Peaceful

A lovely comfortable property in a beautiful street. Plenty of parrots and kangaroos to be seen in the town. A fabulous secure back garden for the dog to lounge in the sun!

Lovely little house

Staying in this house was very pleasant. The master bedroom had a pedestal fan which was excellent, however the other two bedrooms would have benefited from having a fan also. The only great disappointment was an unusable bbq. We drove back into Tumut to buy one to use.

We have stayed here before and we cannot fault the property. It will always be our first choice when going to Talbingo.

Nice property, tile floors are a little cold in winter but overall we enjoyed our stay. Remember to pack toilet paper as they do not stock any.

A wonderful snowy geataway

We had a wonderful time staying in Talbingo while taking the kids snow skiing at Selwyn Snow resort. The house was perfect for our family, with a well stocked kitchen to prepare dinner in. Beds were comfy and the house clean & tidy. One of favourite things was the scenic drive to and from Selwyn, especially the wild horses.

A property well worth serious consideration

For four days early July 2014, this property was a "Home away from Home for four adults and two children". Great location, Talbingo, close to Mt Selwyn Snowfields. Lampe House is extremely well appointed, cleanliness par excellence and very comfortable. Wildlife in this area was in abundance. One morning during our stay it was a delight to see a troop of kangaroos bound along Lampe Street in front of our accommodation....an absolute delight to all and well worth the stay. Highly Recommended.

Perfect Location

We felt like we were walking into our own home only better. Modern, clean, great furnishings and decorations. Spacious house, everything we needed and bedding perfect for families. Close to Mt. Selwyn for skiing and a lovely peaceful little town. Would definately stay again, loved it.

Lampe house exceeded our expectations on all levels. I was amazed at how well equipped it was, nothing was not thought of. The house itself is really well maintained and from the moment we walked in there it felt like home. Talbingo is a beautiful little town and we hope to return again in the future and will be staying here again for sure. A big thank you to Sabina for being so helpful and for letting us stay. :-)

Property is in close proximity to local park and playground with BBQ facilities. Lampe Street is a lovely quiet street with friendly neighbours. Property maintained to a high level. New electric oven and hotplate installed in May 2021.

Talbingo offers the beauty of Kosciuszko National Park and all its attractions. Talbingo is surrounded by nature which is recovering from the devastating Black Summer bushfires of 2019/2020. Bird life abounds and native wildlife is everywhere. Boating and water skiing is available on Blowering Dam and Talbingo Dam. During the winter Mt Selwyn offers skiing for the whole family. After the bushfires devastated the Mt Selwyn ski resort, it is due to open to the public in June 2023.
