Rose Cottage offers comfort convenience and contemporary living

With dining room, new kitchen, lounge room and four bedrooms and 2 designer bathrooms and uninterrupted views overlooking the Golf course from the large rear deck. It is just a short walk to the golf club, with tennis court, local shops, parks and bike pump track.

The rear deck has an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, outdoor setting and a second fridge.

A large lounge room with ample seating, a smart 50" TV and a second sitting area in front of the Eureka wood heater. A reverse cycle air conditioner operates in this room.
A separate dining room which seats 10 people. A reverse cycle air conditioner is in this room.

A new great size kitchen with induction cook top, oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, pantry cupboard and breakfast bench. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, cooking and entertaining needs.

The bathroom has tiles to the roof, a deep bath/shower and vanity. The toilet is separate for when the bathroom is busy, located near the Laundry. The laundry has a new washing machine.

All four double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, three have their own reverse cycle air conditioners and the main bedroom includes a smart TV, large ensuite with walk in shower and a deep bath overlooking Talbingo mountain. Electric blankets and bedding (EXCLUDING SHEETS) have been provided for your convenience.

The bedding configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 1 = king size bed
Bedroom 2 = queen size bed
Bedroom 3 = queen size bed
Bedroom 4 = 2 x single bed bunk
Remember to pack your own linen and towels.

Established gardens, driveway, carport, retaining walls and fire pit area built in the back yard.

A very comfortable cottage, well set up. Great location for exploring Yarrangobilly National Park. Really enjoyed the fire pit. Country Club worth the visit.

Comfortable and spacious

A beautiful location with stunning views to the water and over the golf course, and within walking distance of the club and shops. The accomodation was very comfortable, well appointed and exceptionally clean. It had everything you needed. Very spacious and quiet at night. The hosts were friendly and answered my queries quickly. We loved our weekend there and will definitely be returning.

Great location

Rose Cottage was a perfect choice for our group. Outdoor deck is amazing with golf course views and the large outdoor kitchen was amazing. Lots of different areas for family to relax in and very comfortable bedding. Great kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of pantry items too! Overall a great place to stay.

Luxury in a great location

The photos really don't do it justice. The house is large, modern, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, close to the snow, lake and a short walk to the local shops. A great holiday house!

Home away from home

Rose cottage has all the comforts of home. We had a lovely stay, enjoyed both the indoor fire and toasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Highly recommend.

The perfect weekend getaway

Great location, clean and spacious. The house comes with an abundance of great indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for a weekend away with friends or a week with family. The back patio is phenomenal for outdoor dining, BBQ’s after coming off the water. Not to forget, the house comes with every utensil you need!

Spacious and peaceful

A beautiful house with more than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Could easily fit 10. Plenty of space to park our 2 cars in the driveway. The back patio was pleasant and relaxing. The fireplace is a lovely feature. Air conditioners in every room, though we didn't need to use all of them as the house warmed up easily. Only 45-60 mins drive from Selwyn snow resort depending on road conditions. Peaceful neighbourhood. We loved seeing the kangaroos. The little one enjoyed the local parks. No phone reception with optus network but Telstra has some coverage. The wifi came in handy. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Fabulous early Family Christmas Celebration

The house itself is lovely and very well appointed for a family stay, especially with adult children. You only need to bring your own linen and Towels which is awesome. Close to the golf course and Country Club, the location is ideal. There is also great carparking... We fit in three vehicles with one towing a ski boat and the other a small fishing boat Totally recommend Rose Cottage

A great week in Talbingo

Every year my friends and I plan a week long fishing trip and this year we decided to spend it in Talbingo and we all had a great time. The fishing was good, the scenery and location are amazing and the property met all of our needs perfectly. We will come back.
