Maisonnets invites you to discover comfort and convenience in this two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, located close to central Cessnock, the gateway city to the Hunter Valley Wine region. The unit features a âSmartâ TV with Wi-Fi connectivity, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating, an internal laundry, and a click-clack sofa that converts to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people.
The Space:
A private garden courtyard with an outdoor table setting leads into the unit which features a large, tiled L- shaped kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen comes fully-appointed with a dishwasher, four-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven and microwave. Thereâs a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioning /heating unit. Glass sliding doors lead back out to the courtyard. The dining setting seats six people and flows through to the living area with a flatscreen âSmartâ TV, ceiling fan, and a âclick-clackâ sofa which can be converted to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people if needed.
There are two bedrooms, both of which have queen-sized beds. In the main bedroom, there are built in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. The bathroom features a large, glass-framed shower recess. Thereâs also a European-style laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in New South Walesâ Hunter Region, 52 km west of Newcastle, Cessnock is much more than a gateway city to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley, given the fine restaurants, championship golf courses, hot air ballooning and sky-diving all on offer in the region. The unit itself is well situated, close to central Cessnock, major supermarkets such as Woolworths, Coles and Aldi, as well as Target, Bunnings, and numerous cafes and restaurants.
Getting Around:
The unit comes with ts own dedicated car space and is best suited to drivers, but busses do service Cessnock and there are bus stops within walking distance of the unit.
Other Things to Note:
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
