Huset Àr en traditionell Key West stuga som har genomgÄtt en fullstÀndig renovering. Charm och historiska inslag har bibehÄllits, medan all den lyx i dag har lagts till.

Det finns ett stort sovrum, med dubbelsÀng och badrum, pÄ första vÄningen. Dessutom finns det en toalett och ett litet sovrum med enkelsÀng pÄ första vÄningen. Den andra vÄningen har tvÄ sovrum och ett delat badrum. Ett av sovrummen pÄ andra vÄningen har en dubbelsÀng, har den andra sovrummet pÄ övervÄningen enkelsÀngar. Badrummen var helt ombyggd under renoveringen. Alla madrasser Àr nya.

PÄ första vÄningen, öppnar ett stort rum till poolen / uteplats. Detta rum ligger i anslutning till det nya köket. Det finns ocksÄ en toalett och full storlek tvÀttmaskiner.

Den bÀsta funktionen i huset Àr den uppvÀrmda poolen och Cabana. Det finns dÀcksutrymme runt poolen som Àr bra för solar. Det finns en propan grill för matlagning utomhus. Poolen Cabana Àr tÀckt med en soffa och fÄtöljer .... Detta Àr den perfekta platsen för en eftermiddag cocktail eller tupplur!

We really enjoyed this home. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see.

The property was very clean and the perfect size for the 6 of us. The outdoor patio area and pool were very nice and we spent a lot of time enjoying sitting outside.

The property was a perfect amount of space for our group of 4 women. The location was perfect, we felt safe and could walk everywhere. Absolutely wonderful trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great service and beautiful cottage

The pictures don't really do this place justice - especially the yard. The property manager was incredibly responsive and the location is incredible - near to everything but still quiet and private.

Exceeded our expectations!! The house was beautiful! Perfect location. Plenty of linens. The pool yard was our favorite spot to gather daily! Highly recommend! The property management was very helpful in helping plan our activities during our stay.

Great weekend!

We had a great stay here. The location is within walking distance to a lot on and off Duval or a quick Uber to other parts of Old Town. I really have nothing negative to say, staff was super friendly, they were able to store our bags for us coming and going. Great experience, I highly recommend.

Great house!

Lovely house in terrific location just off Duval St. Clean, quiet, loved having the “dipping pool” and outdoor poolside seating. Great communication and helpful info from management company, HKWR. We would definitely return.

I would like to say that this property met our expectations. Unfortunately, I can’t say that; this cottage (and the agent/staff) EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS in every way! The cottage was more spacious than we expected. Remarkably clean and comfortable. And the location was ideal.

We loved our stay at Chick-a-Pea Cottage!

The house is charming, and the location is ideal - just around the corner from Duval street. The living room is a perfect fit for 4 people, as is the deck outside. 8 can definitely not lounge in front of the TV, but why would you want to do that? You're in Key West! The house was fresh and clean and spa-like. A little Key West gem.

Fantastic hidden gem right in the middle of Everything

Safe, lavish, larger than expected gem in the middle of everything. Our group of 5 adults had a fantastic experience here, everything was thought of, and Susan was the best host with great service. Off street parking our large SUV was easy, we even squeezed a golf cart in too. Check in and out was super easy and clear, plenty of emails, as well as txts confirmation was nice. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for having us!

Reviewer Comments: This is an oasis from busy Duval Street. perfectly located, about a 15 minute walk to Mallory Square, about a five minute walk to the southernmost point. Easily walkable to Hemingway house and Truman House. And beautifully decorated, they thought of everything. Plenty of towels, kitchen, tools, etc. Super responsive to text messaging, reply within the hour, every single time.Would definitely stay here again. (A heads up: the upstairs shower is really only suited for people under 5‘6“. The bedrooms are spacious up there, but that shower style is crazy short. The master shower is nice and tall.)

what a gem

The property was just as it is presented in the pictures. The backyard space is not large but is so private and lovely. We spent much time there. The house is just off of Duvall Street, but it was very quiet. I would stay in this place again in a heartbeat. The rental office and staff were very nice and helpful. We noticed something that needed attending to and they had a repair person over in a jiffy. Great rental company and great property.

The downside was the person next door apparently went to an auction and bought 5 used police cars and parked 2 in front of the front porch which I pointed out to management and they remained during our stay.

Fantastic Property with Service to Match

I was looking for a quick getaway where we could be someplace warmer and private but still nearby all the things that make Key West a destination. This house checked all the boxes. The private pool was a perfect oasis and to have four separate bedrooms was a definite plus. When a hurricane threatened to ruin our travel plans, the management reached out to let us know that we could even extend our stay at no charge in the event we couldn't get out. Would absolutely recommend staying here again. One thing to note: the upstairs shower is under the roofline, so it may not be best if you're extra tall!

Cozy pool cottages in keywest!

This property was cute and for the price well worth it. It’s not the largest property but was cozy, close to all key west has to offer and had a great covered outdoor space. Only things to take in account for is if all of your party has talk people the upstairs will be very tight as the ceilings are steeply angled in bedrooms and bathroom. The 4th bedroom is a stretch of a bedroom. You have just enough room for a twin bed and to open the door. I’m a real estate agent and wouldn’t be able to classify this as a room if I was selling the property. Just be mindful it’s literally 4x8. Beds were all very comfortable , check in process was a breeze and they are very helpful. Deff would go back!

It was glorious to be so close to all our favorite spots in Key West, walking distance to most everything, yet this home was surprisingly quiet, just a block off Duval. The home is laid out perfectly for a family. Super smooth and easy check in and check out - communication with manager was prompt and thorough. The only complaints: Master bed was way to soft for 40-50yr old backs, we woke up in pain every morning :(. For the money we spent on renting this adorable home, a proper kitchen sponge (rather than a 50cent one from dollar store), and some kind of welcoming gift basket with coffee and snacks would have thrown this rental over the top for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was perfect! It was less than a block off Duval St. we could walk everywhere- to restaurants, shops, etc.... We loved the back/side yard with the pool, the lounge chairs and the cabana. It was heavenly. The pool adjusted temperature so it was cooler in the day and warm at night. It was just superb. This cottage had a nice little kitchen, if you wanted to cook, washer/dryer if you need to do laundry and a dining and living room area. There was a king bed (super comfy), a queen bed (comfy), a room with 2 singles (not comfy) and a room with another single (didn’t use). Plenty of bathrooms. There were numerous towels in every bathroom ready for us to use and beach towels for the pool. So thoughtful. The team was incredibly communicative at this property. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The property was beautiful! We loved the pool in the backyard and recovered by it every morning. Communication with host was prompt and thoughtful, check ins to see if we needed anything was surprising and delightful. Would absolutely stay here again!
