Omvända bor på sitt bästa, ger detta hem ett ton av integritet till övervåningen mästaren med queen size-säng, TV / DVD och nyligen uppgraderat badrum. Great family vacation home

Great place. Well set up for multiple families. We had 4 teen boys and it offered plenty of space and activities. Close to SHARC and the park. The extra bikes in the garage was an added bonus! Only downside was the hot tub needed cleaning and was never addressed, even after talking to the hot tub people and trying to reach out to the property manager

Great location

We had a great stay at this house. It was perfect for two families of four with four kids 3-6 years old! The kids loved the bunk bed room. The bunks are short so not ideal for older kids but were great for the little ones. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and we enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes. It's a very easy distance to get to all the great Sunriver activities including the Village and the SHARC. The check in process was very smooth and we had no issues during the duration of our stay. We were a little concerned about the lack of central AC at first as we stayed during a July heatwave however the house stayed cool with the one window unit and we were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Great location and layout of house.

We enjoyed our stay at 11 Alpine! The house was comfortable and in a great location in Sunriver. The garage was great (ping pong!) and well organized. The only complaints are the mattresses on the bunk beads were uncomfortable and kitchen could be better stocked with essential tools such as measuring cups. We would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay. As suggested earlier -few tweaks would make it better- King bed in master at least Twin bunk beds great for kids but rough for adults. More kitchen towels, bigger kitchen garbage pale, and a air popcorn popper would be nice.

A quick, but good stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice house, one of the best we have rented in Sunriver. Like all houses, it shows a bit of ware and the cleaning was a bit spotty, but the view is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The BBQ could use replacing. It was very difficult to light. It was cold and rainy while we were there, so we did not get to use the deck, but it looked very inviting. A great layout if you have kids. One thing about being next to a golf course is that they start course maintenance early in the morning, so don't expect to sleep in.

Great house, great location, but no AC!

The staff responded quickly when we didn't have enough towels. We just wished the house had central A/C. The temperature in the house was 87 degrees when we arrived and we had a hard time getting it to cool down. The heavy, bulky and loud portable AC units helped in smaller spaces, but the main living area never really cooled down until our last couple days there when outside temps cooled down into the mid 80's. If outdoor temps are in the 90's or above, be prepared. The house does have heat so I'm guessing cold temps wouldn't be an issue.

Area is nice and quiet and we like being on the course, 14th hole. Renter be aware there is no AC, which in Central OR is really not an issue as it cools down to COLD each evening. Sleep with your windows open plus they did have an AC window unit that helped during the day. My biggest complaint would be to replace those tiny bunk beds. We expected normal size bunks but these are like miniature and not comfortable according to our adult 20somethings who sleep anywhere. REPLACE those bunk beds and their mattresses completely and house is no complaints at all! Also I'd remove that large coffee table in downstairs as when you make that couch a bed, there is no room to walk in there at all. furniture wall to wall, that table is not necessary.

Great house, responsive property management

No problems with the house, it's exactly as listed. We arrived the first day and found one of the included bikes had a pedal loose (the threads were stripped). Called the property management, and they had a maintenance person with a truck there within 15 minutes who took that bike and another one that looked like it had some damage to the tire for repairs. Since we didn't have enough bikes at that point, they gave us a loaner bike because the repairs could take a while (the original bikes were not repaired during our trip, but it didn't matter because we had the loaner bike). After our trip, one of the children accidentally left an ipad in one of the lower bunks (the bunks are dark and small, so easy to miss things there). Same thing: we called up the property management, who talked to housekeeping, found the device, and shipped it back to us (for a reasonable fee).

Disappointed

I needed a few days to cool off before writing my review of your Sunriver rental. You advertise 4 bedrooms & 3+ baths in your house. Looking at window placement - it technically has 4 bedrooms. However, you are not renting out 4 bedrooms. So, you may want to change the wording to show what you're truly renting out. You also note that you can sleep 10 people but don't clarify that it's only 4 adults & 5, maybe 6 children. We had planned on 8 adults & 2 teens = 10 people. The pictures you posted make things look bigger than they actually are. The "bunk beds" you have in your bunk room are NOT standard bunks. They are 2 regular twin beds stacked together. We had planned to have 2 teens & 2 adults in that room. However, 1 adult couldn't even climb down into the narrow space for the bottom bed & the other adult could get in but not roll over comfortably without risk of hitting the bed above. The top beds were not an option for the adults either as 1 couldn't even physically climb up to the top bed. So, only 2 teens used that room. Your common or family room shows a sofa bed but it is actually a loveseat that folds down. You can't get 2 adults sleeping on that. We couldn't even fit 1 adult comfortably on it as it doesn't appear to be made for full grown adults. As a result - 1 adult slept in their car & we had to get a room at the lodge for 2 nights.

The location of this property was excellent; however the house was a disappointment because it was not as advertised. There was supposed to be four bedrooms, but actually only three. The fourth bedroom was the downstairs gathering room, and could not be separated from the other two bedrooms. The bed in that room was a well used sofa that did not appear to be very clean because it had been used as an area for people to sit on and watch TV. There was supposed to be a two car, garage, and there was, but it was not usable for cars because of the ping-pong table and the many bicycles, that were stored there. The Jack and Jill bathroom shower did not have a light; the light was burned out, so it was dark and difficult to use. The two lights over over the sofa in the living room were also burned out. The portable air conditioning units not only were unsightly, but left the windows unlatched. Overall, this house needs a great deal of maintenance and some deep cleaning.

Great home, but house was always way too hot or way too cold

This home was beautiful, but we were constantly opening all of the windows and doors to cool down the house or cranking the heat up to warm it up. Temperature regulation was terrible. Bottom floor of the home was always freezing. Hot tub was luke warm. It was just an okay place to stay.

Perfect location

Perfect house for families with the living area and master on the top floor, and the other bedrooms with a bonus area on the bottom. Location was just close enough to the village and to Hwy 97 that it made it easy to get coffee or travel without having to go through a bunch of circles. Only complaint is the furniture is outdated, particularly the master bed, was not comfortable. Would definitely stay again with a larger group.
