Good for large group

Nice neighborhood. Host is very easy to communicate with. All bedrooms are up a skinny stair case. Laundry is on second floor. Big house with many places for a group to spread out.

Atlanta Vacation

The house was perfect for our stay in Atlanta. It was a short drive to all of our daily events and is in a great location convenient to restaurants, gas stations, groceries, etc. We had the best time playing pool. Nice amenities and plenty of room for the family. Host was very helpful.

Perfect house for baseball trip

The house was the perfect place for us to relax between games for my son’s baseball tournament. The entire house was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kids enjoyed using the pool table and spreading out in the spacious downstairs. We would definitely book again if we need a place to stay in the Atlanta area.

A beautiful home with lots of room! Very clean! Communication was great with the homeowners. They were very accommodating to our needs of coming early and staying a little later! Would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area!!

Kids Spring Break

This house was located perfectly for our needs. My sister and I had 4 kids, everyone had there own private space. The kids were able to be kids. The check-in/out process was very simple and the house smelled amazing when we walked in. I’d recommend this property any day!

Great Stay

We were in town for a basketball tournament and wanted to stay close to the facility. We also wanted something that would allow the kids to have space and not be held up in a hotel all day. This provided both. We really enjoyed ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and the the home was very cozy. My only complaint if I had one would be that there was only 1 tv in the house. Outside of that everything was great.

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed using the property as a base camp for our son's wedding weekend. We had more than enough room for 6 adults. Everything was clean and the house was spacious. The only downside was that all 4 bedrooms are upstairs but they are very large and comfortable. The master suite was amazing, allowing several of us to get ready together. We used the garage for parking as well as driveway. Four cars fit quite nicely. It was in good proximity to Perimeter church and Autrey Mill where the events occurred. Would recommend for large families.

Nice and quiet location.

Nice location, great house. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Near enough to the several venues in the Duluth and NE Atlanta area required for a friend's three-day wedding. A couple of minor maintenance/appearance issues I would suggest be managed.

Great Family home

We stayed here for my son's wedding. We were 5 adults twin 4 yr olds and a 8 month old Enough space for us all to spread out. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels which was great for little ones always getting dirty.

College move in

Our family came from different states for our daughter’s college moving in. The house was perfect for us. Open concept. Plenty of space. Host was quick to respond when needed. The beds were super comfortable!!! Would be nice to have something to put our bags/ suitcases on besides the bed. Would strongly recommend the house and will return for sure!!!

Perfect House for a group. Great Location

We arrived a little early at the property and we were able to communicate with the property manager to get in a little early. The rooms were clean, the beds were slightly uncomfortable, there were a GOOD amount of linens available. The backyard area was convenient to sit out but bring your bug spray. A few bugs snuck into the house which freaked out a few. Otherwise, a great space. We stayed till Monday, but for the event, most of our friends were leaving Sunday evening. The space was perfect for them to bring their bags over, have lunch and then head to the airport. The highway is convenient as well as having access to small stores down the block. I would definitely do this space again
