Quick response on communication. The property was nice a little drive from the heart of branson sonit was quite but could get to everything easily. Overall a very nice day and location.

Five friends visited Branson for the AQS quilt show. We stayed and created our own little quilt retreat. Loved the condo! Great location! Very clean! We’ll be back!

Great Location, Clean and comfortable

Property is in a great location close to Branson. Vacation with my family and the condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of four. We would book again if we are ever back in Branson. Easy check in process. We has a slight hicup with pass to enter property but communication was quick back and quickly resolved before our arrival. I would recomend to family and friends traveling to the area.

The house was just as it looked in the pictures. It was easy to get in and it was very well taken care of. We came in for my daughters wedding and it was nice to be able to take a break there. We would use it again.

Lovely stay

This is our second time at the property. It is at a great location. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. It was quiet and there was plenty of space for our family. We had one small issue but It was rectified within an hour. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. They provided everything we needed. They had enough dishes to cook full meals. They had extra towels as well. It was nice to have more than one per person. We stayed two years ago and the owner has done a beautiful job updating the home. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Branson.

Jacuzzi did not work in master, ceiling fan in master did not work. Otherwise the stay was great, Only the master was used as the other party had a Medical emergency and did not get to attend the wedding and stay.

Lovely fall visit

The description is accurate. Google maps was not sufficient after dark! This is not the fault of the owner the drive has several roadways that intersect. When arriving you will stop at a gate house, ask security for a marked map. Security will be glad to help. We went for a walk after dark and a group of deer visited with us. There is a grocery store close to the property. Thank you for sharing your home.

Cousins get together

Cozy condo, it felt very homey. First day we didn't have hot water being a Sunday we knew it might be hard to find someone but the owner took the time and found a plumber who had to replace the hot water heater. It was fixed by the time we came back from our outing. The plumber and owner were both very nice. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it. The only draw back were the stairs inside and out. Also it is not centrally located to the branson shows so coming back after dark is something to consider.

Needs some work

Condo is overall a nice condo, just need to fix kitchen floor by dishwasher very soft, hair dryer and curling iron kept shorting out, coffee pot leaks and is very slow, linens are very rough could use some fabric softner. Concerned about the key code that it never changes as anyone can just walk right in if they know the code.

A few shortcomings.

There was no tissue paper in one bedroom, partial rolls in the other two, no back up rolls. No coffee, the timer on coffee maker is inoperable. Coffee & TP delivered mid morning the next day. Only two wash cloths in two of the bedrooms, more brought. Need a full size ironing board vs table top, iron was very light weight, hard to use. Should not have to request basic amenities be brought to the condo.

Lots of small issues

Lots of small issues put a damper on our stay: - televisions and cable service did not work in 2 of the 4 rooms - WiFi network and password provided were incorrect, had to locate ourselves on the box, once located network was unavailable, property manager had to have system reset - pool pass was not left in the unit as stated - fold out sleeper sofa frame was broken - plenty of towel but only one wash rag in unit - broken support on dining room chair - upholstery on furniture torn - almost half of the blinds missing on the sliding door to the balcony - trash dumpster overflowing Property manager did help with confirming no cable service in the 2 bedrooms, having WiFi reset and working out pool pass. After having called and texted back and forth so many times, we stopped bothering them with other issues. The unit was nicely decorated and large enough for our family. The beds were comfortable. The complex was quiet. The pool was nice and had plenty of seating and additional activities such as corn hole, connect 4, plastic bowling, and balls for the pool.

Don’t waste your time or money

My family and I booked the room through the VRBO company for a fun family get away with my kids for their birthday. My son took two friends and my daughter took one. In all we had seven people and thought this would be a great place to stay. WOW, were we wrong on this. When we arrived, the code given to use didn’t work, after entering the code the keypad would give a long beep that would indicate a wrong code. Keep in mind we had to work that day before heading down, so we arrived around 11:00PM and in ten-degree weather. After several failed attempts we put the kids back in the car and this is where it got worse!!! We tried calling our property manger who I won’t name but is easy to figure out. This guy didn’t know anything about our stay and proceeded to hand the phone off to his wife who supposedly cleaned the property. She gave me the same code to try which as you guessed
didn’t work. She then said she couldn’t help us. A real professional would have a backup plan, a real professional would have another way. These people are doing nothing and probably collecting a paycheck. So, as we started getting frustrated my wife jumps on the call asking for another number. The lady started to give us the property owners number but stopped mid-way to ask if she could just text it to us. So, you can’t remember a ten-digit number long enough to tell someone on the phone
got it. So, we agreed, and my wife asked her to hurry up as we are thirty minutes now standing in ten-degree weather. The lady on the phone got mad at my wife and proceed to hang up on us. When we tried calling the number back
.yep you guessed it no answer. So here we are 11:30PM at night standing in the cold, with five kids in a van. These people were the most unprofessional group of no goods I have ever dealt with. So, we go back to the van, where my wife found the number for the VRBO. This is where a bad story gets better. The people at the VRBO are the most amazing, most professional people, friendly people EVER. They immediately jumped into action. Even when they tried calling the property manager, they got the same no answer response we did. We ended up staying at another hotel on the strip, just to get out of the cold. The next day we were on the phone again with the wonderful people at VRBO. They got us the full refund, they reimbursed us for the unplanned hotel stay, and they found us a great hotel where seven people could go relax and have fun.
