Fantastisk timmerhus på Spider Lake som ligger i Traverse City, MI. Huset har 4 sovrum och sover 16 med 3. 5 bad. Bottenvåningen har 2 sovrum med en king size-säng i master w / privat jacuzzi-badkar och master suite badrum och det andra sovrummet har en drottning och full säng också w / private jacuzzi-badrum och master suite badrum. På övervåningen finns ytterligare två sovrum med vardera 1 queen size-säng och två våningssängar samt en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns ytterligare ett halvt badrum från vardagsrummet och 3: e hela badet på den lägre nivån. med en tvättmaskin / torktumlare också. Huset har också AC, naturlig värme, gas spis inuti, gasgrill, enormt wrap runt däck och privat eldstad område. Det finns parkering för 2-3 bilar tvärs över uppfarten till huset. Uthyrningen är också husdjursvänlig - $ 20 per natt per husdjur; Max 2 husdjur (tyvärr inga katter). Huset har kylskåp i full storlek, spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer, keurig, kaffekanna, tallrikar, bestick, köksredskap, bagerier, glas, muggar och grundläggande köksredskap. Vi har även båt- och vattensportutrustning på plats från mitten av maj till mitten av oktober. Båtarna inkluderar en 2012 Bennington Pontoon med ett 3-personersrör (plats 11) och 2008 Sea Ray öppen bågsskidbåt med valfritt wakeboard, vattenskidor eller 2-personersrör (plats 8). Perfect Winter Weekend

The cabin is much prettier in person than the pictures show. Very spacious and clean. Close to downtown too. While the lake was frozen, it was still a beautiful lake house. Hot tub was a great bonus as well!

Family vacation

The cabin was not as close to the lake as we expected. There was limited parking for a large family. The dock could be a little bigger. Good swimming,skiing and tubing although beach area was small.Otherwise we had a great family week staying at cabin 9.

Cabin on Spider Lake

We had a wonderful seven days, other than inclement weather most of the week, at the cabin on Spider Lake. Early on, we noted terribly scarred TEFLON cookware in the kitchen intermixed with a few non-stick pans apparently acquired many months ago. I notified the property manager. She asked that I discard with the damaged pans. The following day a new box of non-stick cookware was delivered to our cottage. The facility overall was first-class for a lakeside cabin; the VRBO description was quite accurate. We greatly appreciated the comments on what was included in the rental and what we needed to bring to supplement supplies in the place. Overall, we were very pleased.

Beautiful and fun property

The property and surrounding areas are very pretty. And quiet. The home is beautiful. And well equipped. Unfortunately, the second bedroom advertised a jetted tub that wasn’t functional, the plug was broken, an easy fix I imagine. This was disappointing as we were counting on the use of it. I do see an added benefit, if the homeowner chose, to include a bath towel, washcloth and minimal toiletries for each bedroom. We truly enjoyed our stay in the home. We had the pleasure of kayaking one day as well. Great memories were made and we thank you for your hospitality.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The property is in a resort but has its own little area so felt pretty private which was nice. The cabin was nicer than expected! Kitchen well stocked. Private fire pit. Many of the problems listed in previous reviews have been remedied. We felt communication could have been better as we asked a question our first day that went unanswered- definitely glad we didn’t have any problems that needed a quick remedy. Overall we would recommend this cabin!

Two Family Friendly

The cabin was cozy and welcoming. Having two main level suites was perfect for each couple. Then the two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the four boys in one room and three girls in the other room. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The one suggestion would be a larger floor mat at the entry to keep shoes on, especially in the winter with the snow. Some shoe trays would be great to contain water from shoes. Our families enjoyed the cabin and hope to return in the future. Hosts were easy to work with.

Christmas vacation

The home was lovely ! It was a perfect layout for our family. All three bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen could of been cleaner. We had 13 people and 9 coffee cups. Two dish towels and no dish cloths were not enough for one week.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was very nice and clean inside. Lake view was limited due to trees and you're not directly on the water. Location was nice with a quick 15-minute trip into Traverse City. Overall happy with our experience.

Great Stay!

House and property were perfect for an up north get away! Close access to the lake. Only thing is be sure to bring towels (bath and hand) and shower toiletries. There is a warning about the towels!

Nice Stay

This was a good cabin for our stay. The location was nice with a view of the water. Also, it was a good location for our family, it wasn’t entirely secluded but other cabins were far enough away to offer privacy and no noise. It was also dog friendly which was a plus.

Inside was great, outside...

The inside is as pictured and was very clean! The bathrooms appeared all updated and kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful home! Bring extra fan for upstairs bedrooms. Very nice wrap around porch but was very dirty. Couldn't touch railings because so many cob/spider webs, floor dirty and I had to sweep right away. Its a log cabin and all the logs were covered with cobwebs. Cabin farther distance than stated. Jason very easy to work with

Overall good experience.

House was great. Served us well. However when we arrived we had to sweep the deck off as it was covered with tree falling. Uncovered the patio furniture to find a big mouse nest and a mouse scurring around. Contacted host and let her know of our findings and she insisted herself and property Manger were out to house and blew off deck and they keep covers on furniture due to high pollen. Ok I understand that but they couldn't of taken the covers off to make sure they were clean underneath. Also after sweeping the deck off there were no tree droppings on Sunday when we left. Also found a dirty pair of socks half way underneath the couch in living room. Again overall not bad. Just when you see how much you pay in cleaning fees and you have to do the cleaning upon arrival.

Great experience, little hiccup the last morning, property manager called to ask us why we weren't out yet, even though the times are posted in the neat little guestbook and online instructions. Was a bad on their part, but not a big deal.

Beautiful Cabin

We were very happy to have a girls weekend in this cabin. It was very clean, except under the couches and chairs in the living area. Other than that, we had a lovely time, and was very happy with our stay.
