Mirage Heights ligger en mil frÄn sjön och fontÀnen precis vid Saguaro pÄ Grande. Denna lÀgenhet ligger pÄ kullen ovanför Grande och har utsikt över McDowell-berget utanför vardagsrummet och sovrummet och utsikt över Red Mountain frÄn det stora köket med matplats. Utsikten kan inte bara ses frÄn dessa omrÄden utan ocksÄ frÄn de enorma dÀcken frÄn bÄda omrÄdena. De fyra topparna kan avnjutas frÄn entréuteplatsen. Detta komplex ligger pÄ över 60 tunnland med massor av öken i öknen och möjligheter att njuta av vilda djur.

Det finns tvÄ sovrum, delade för avskildhet och en hÀll utanför mat / vardagsrummet. Familjens kock kommer att njuta av högkvalitativa köksapparater, granitbÀnkar, vÀlfyllda med alla smÄ apparater man kan behöva, glasvaror, diskar, grytor och kokkÀrl, etc. Ett utomhusbord och stolar med paraply erbjuder uteservering och skugga medan du njuter av grill utanför Weber-grillen. Utanför köket finns en fullstor tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, borta frÄn de gemensamma utrymmena. Det finns ett garage med en bil för att hÄlla ditt fordon sÀkert.

Great views

Loved staying here. Beautiful views from all 3 balconies. Well stocked kitchen and supplies. Pool was heated. Nice hot tub. Very friendly people at the pool. Good communications with the owner.

Work Vacation

Although traveling for work. I felt as if I was on a beautiful relaxing vacation. The propety was clean, comfortable and stocked with absolutely everything, including breathtaking views of the most gorgeous mountains. The owner was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care about her guests. My mom and I will never forget our time in Fountain hills. And hope to return soon. P to genuinely care about .youneeded

Wonderful experience and place to stay!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. Close to amenities, fun hikes. Lovely accommodations, spacious, comfortable, well appointed. Beautiful pool very close by, friendly neighbors. I would recommend this listing to anyone! Thanks for a beautiful respite.

Glad we found it!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including spices and cooking oil. We would stay again. There are a few things that are good to just note, in case they matter to you. Fountain Hills is great, but best if you just want to relax and not DO a heck of a lot. It seems to be about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. It wasn't a big deal to us, but it's good to know. The pool isn't big or deep, but it's wonderfully warm, and well kept, and the hot tub is great! The views from the condo (TWO inside-access balconies AND a large front patio/balcony) and pool are amazing, by the way! The one real frustration I had with the condo-- which was very minor--was the light switches! There are so many! Lol Some are lights, some are fans, some are outlets. We never figured a few out at all. Also, the unit has tile floor throughout, save for bedrooms and living spaces. It is COLD! Absolutely wonderful in summer, no doubt. For me, and it being winter, I was thankful to have slippers. Vicky did a great job keeping in touch and answering questions. The person who normally would come and make sure everything is good to go was sick, and unable to set things up, so we needed a bit more communication than is probably typical, and she was quick to respond, even though it was on the late side when we arrived. So yes, great host, great place!

3 Patios and views!

We loved our stay at this condo in Mirage Heights. Within minutes of our arrival, the host greeted us with flowers and fresh fruit. If we had a need or concern during our stay, Vicky was quick to respond and most gracious. The Condo itself was well equipped and met all our needs. The patios and views were one of our favorite things about this unit. We also loved the location, walking distance to the fountain and close to the dog park. We would highly recommend this condo and host but hope it doesn't get too booked as we would like to stay again!

VIEWS everywhere!

Beautiful townhome has balconies all around to watch sunrises and sets! All of the furniture was very comfy, including beds! Convenient to all Fountain Hills has to offer. Thank you Vicky for sharing your home, we'd love to stay again!

beautiful condo in a lovely area

We arranged to rent this condo for two months while we were house-hunting in Arizona. Vicky was very accommodating with our request to bring two cats; she asked that we make sure to cover the furniture to prevent any damage from the cats, which we were happy to do. The condo is very spacious, has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, and is very conveniently located. We enjoyed using the pool and meeting the neighbors, who were very welcoming. We will miss our pool chats with the nice folks we met.

The Gold Standard of VRBO!!!

Exceeded expectations in every category. We found ourselves saying, "Why don't we have this at home? Where can we get one of those?" No convenience item or necessity has been overlooked; Vicky has thought of everything. Three decks allow guests to rotate with the sun throughout the day. Views are terrific! Furnishings and decor touches are top notch; it's terrific and beyond!

We loved Vicky's condo in Fountain Hills. The condo is large, sunny and inviting. It has a lovely pool and beautiful views of the mountains from both balconies. We plan to return next year!

I grew up in the rural areas around Seattle for most of my life. The past 21 years my home has been near Yellowstone Park in Paradise Valley. I met my husband, Gary, here and our children are of the four-legged kind, two are shihtzu's, one deer'headed chihuchua, and an big orange cat. I have a passion bordering on obsession at times with real estate. I sold real estate for 14 years in Bellevue, Washngton prior to moving to Pray, Montana in 1994. I worked for the State of Montana for 15 years as a Commercial/Residential/Ag appraiser. I fell in love with Fountain Hills and this condominium during the past couple of years and we are transitioning to spending at least six months per year here! The pups love the dog park and we do too! We have made some nice friends, other dog lovers, and are enjoying the diverse activities that are offered here in Fountain Hills, from car and art shows to Octoberfest to comedy events in the local church.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I love the open space, views, quiet, nature and the general topography of this particular area and the pool is fantastic. The condo's size is perfect with almost 1600 square feet, and a garage and will meet our needs perfectly when we decide to spend less time in Montana.

Quiet, views, upscale, in an area of less density, proximity to the lake and restaurants, golf courses, casino and Rio Verde. Love the size, a spacious almost 1600 square feet plus the garage. Love the access to both huge decks to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises!
