3 nivå modernt strandhus

Detta fantastiska hus med tre våningar ligger 30 meter från Umina Beach (södra änden). Njut av en avkopplande tid med utsikt över vattnet både över havet (framsidan) och lagunen (bak). Huset rymmer mycket bekvämt två familjer eller upp till fyra eller fem par.

Funktionerna inkluderar ett inomhus- och utomhusspa, 3 badrum, 4 sovrum, spelrum och separat barnrumslounge samt foxtel i två rum. Njut av utsikten från flera balkonger, som är bra att underhålla.

Det stora sovrummet och det viktigaste vardagsrummet - vardagsrum och matsal - har luftkonditionering / uppvärmning.

Sovkonfigurationen inkluderar två dubbelsängar, två dubbelsängar (en är en våningssäng med en övermadrass) plus flera enkla madrasser. Det är att föredra att du levererar ditt eget linne. Vi kan tillhandahålla linne men det är en betydande extra kostnad.

Fastigheten har också en körbana och flottor för användning i lagunen. Det finns gott om spel och sportutrustning för unga (eller unga).

Ett tvåbilsgarage erbjuder parkering utanför gatan även om den angränsande strandparkeringen tillåter bekväm överflödesparkering.

Vi kan vara flexibla med ankomst- och avgångstider.

An excellent house in a brilliant location!!

This house was literally just perfect!! Beautifully clean with excellent facilities, the bedrooms are spacious & the beds comfy. The kitchen more than well equipped & the games room downstairs was excellent fun. 3 bathrooms meant everyone could shower & get ready without delay - the water was super hot & great pressure. The spa on the back deck was awesome for end of day relaxing. The proximity to the beach is astounding & morning walks despite the rain were mandatory. The owner was contactable & so helpful & amenable we would all definitely stay again & next time for longer.

Absolutely Incredible

There wasn’t a dull moment staying at this property, the place was clean and tidy, the beach was a 2 minute walk, the privacy was amazing, would definitely rate this 10/10 and recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be back here when visiting central coast.

Amazing Breakaway

The location of the home was excellent as it offered us a beach and lake getaway. We were pleasantly surprised with the general layout and cleanliness of the home. The games room and outdoor spa provided lots of entertainment. Host was very helpful. I loved that the home was well maintained and will definitely be booking this home again.

Amazing location and facilities and plenty of space

Location, location plus plenty of space for everyone to spread out. all the bonus extras like a pool table and spa help on those days where you stay home. nice and close to beach, great to have a few bathrooms and two living areas. great views from the rooms to the lake behind or a glimpse of the beach from the kitchen and the deck.

The property is better than the photographs! Plenty of room for everyone to come together in a variety of settings. Around the bbq, in the spa, in the games room, around the dinner table, down the beach etc!

Beach break

This house exceeded our expectations. It was well located in easy reach of beach and shops. The house was bright and airy with plenty of space to spread out. The front deck was a lovely place to sip wine and chill out along with a relax in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this and hope to one day return.

Relaxing Reunion

House is in a great location at Umina Beach and over 3 levels and 5 rooms gives everyone space and privacy. The mid level lounge and deck brings everyone together comfortably. Good setup and facilities makes for a no fuss homeaway.

Perfect getaway for a family trip.

We love coming up and staying at the house. Been doing it for a few years now and its perfect for the kids. Location is perfect, enough space for a couple of families with kids. Steve makes the process really simple and the house comfortable. We'll be coming for many years to come

Ideal location, spacious accomodation, ample amenities.

An absolutely perfect location, close to all of a vacations wants and needs. The accomodation is so spacious that finding your own relaxation is easy. So many things on and around the property to keep adults and kids entertained for the entire stay. Entirely a pleasure and I would highly recommend staying at this property.
