Short stay

The home and host were wonderful. We needed to fly into Phoenix for a ahort stay and this was the perfect place. Beds were comfortable with all items we needed. The host was exceptional, always, keeping us informed. keepingkinformed

Home away from home

Perfect place for us to stay for Spring Training. The house had everything we needed, easily accessible to the highway, nice, quiet neighborhood, and the most attentive, pleasant owners in Chris and Misti. Our only regret is that it is already rented for next year.

Great home, nice location, easy to work with.

We spent a January away from the cold snowy winter in Minnesota. We were sad to leave as it became a home away from home. It's a very nice house and in a great location. Chris was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect

We needed house near daughter and her family. This was everything we could want. Single story; family friendly layout and furnishings; plenty of pans and dishes for preparing light meals; comfortable beds, blankets and pillows. Very homey. Loved it and hope it’s available next time we visit.

Christmas in AZ

We loved the opportunity to spend the Christmas with our family in such a beautiful home. The owner is fantastic! We appreciated the little touches of home and holiday decorations. The communication with the owner was top notch. We look forward to staying there again.

Clean and Comfortable

This home was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us with events at Bell Bank Park and the Rawhide this past weekend. We enjoyed the pool and neighborhood parks. Perfect for families needing a quiet spot to feel at home.

House was close to the airport and in a quite neighborhood. Was nicely decorated and Chris was great to deal with. He stayed in contact before and during the stay. Couldn't ask for a better place

At home in Gilbert

As former Gilbert residents, we wanted a place in our preferred area that would feel like home. This house delivered! Very clean, very comfortable, generally spacious, great communication with the owner. I would not hesitate to rent this house if you wish to stay in a great house in the best area of the Phoenix metro!

Great house in Gilbert

Very clean house, lots of space, 2 large tables would accommodate a large group. Enjoyed the bottle of wine the owner left. The fire table was nice during the cool evening. Well stocked house, had everything we needed. Easy to communicate with owner and he was very flexible when my plans changed a bit. Will stay again.

Great house, location and friendly landlord

We stayed 3 months while looking for a home in the area and I can only say that Chris has done everything possible to make your stay a little bit of home away from home. Don;t be fooled by the size listing of the house. In our experience, as many as 4 adults and 2 kids were easily and comfortably contained during the hottest hours of day and the location is convenient to everything you could want from Southeast Phoenix when you venture out. You will not be sorry for making this home yours during your stay.

Wonderful property and location

We were so grateful to chris and misty for opening this property up to us during a very difficult time when our home got flooded. This property is clean, in an awesome location and the home itself was wonderful. The neighborhood is so friendly. We enjoyed many evenings on the front patio visiting with near by neighbors. If you want a great experience in Arizona and want to be in a great location, an awesome vrbo house and surrounded by friendly neighbors this is property is amazing. I grew up in Mesa, Az. I have lived here 40 plus years. Myself and my other half live in the San Tan Valley area just a short hop SE of this property. So if you have any issues we are here to take care of it ASAP. I have been renting my properties since 2004 long term. I thought I would try my hand at short term "Air BNB" type rentals. The best thing I have ever done. I have met such great people that were my guests and now my friends. We have 2 properties so if this one is booked inquire about property 2.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I bought this property as an investment. Not knowing I would eventually live in it. It was a perfect location back in 2005 when I was raising my daughter. The High School is walking distance. My daughter graduated so I turned it back into a rental. My daughter even rented the property while she was going to college. ASU East and Gilbert Community is less than 5 minutes away. This area has grown exponentially since 2005 is why I decided to VRBO it. It's perfectly located and has all the conveniences. Who wants to book a hotel anymore when you can book a house.
