Promenera till restauranger, karnevalet på strandkanten, stranden eller bara sitta på det övre däckets underdäck och titta på fartygen gå förbi, njuta av vattenutsikten, en BBQ och ett vin eller två !!

Ryeview är ett renoverat hem med två våningar, bara några minuters promenad från allt som Rye har att erbjuda. Den har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum; plus 2 vardagsrum och sover upp till 8.

Det finns parkering för maximalt 3 fordon.

Öppen planlösning med gourmetkök, 2 underhållande områden, plasma-TV, Blu Ray-spelare, Iphone dockklockradio, stereoCD-spelare, spa-bad, BBQ, stor inhägnad trädgård och 2 underhållande utomhusområden. Ryeview är vackert inredda, med alla moderna nackdelar du kan önska dig på din semester.

Ryeview är en kort bilresa till Peninsula Hot Springs för lite skämma bort; och andra attraktioner såsom golfbanor; vingårdar; Labyrint; hästridning; fiske; surfing; och simma med delfiner.

Great home with views.

A perfect summer escape. Chris, the owner is lovely and friendly. We had a great stay and with kids, it was a perfect spot being close to shops, the beach and a great deck for evening dinner and drinks. Would stay again.

Great location

Really enjoyed our quick trip to Rye over the weekend! This property is in a great location, a really easy walk to the pier and foreshore. It was bigger than we needed so could see how two families could easily stay here. Kitchen has everything and lovely views from the deck. Chris was a fantastic communicator and checkin was a breeze! Would stay again!

Chris is easy to deal with. House is located an easy walk to the front beach and shops with views to the boats on the channel. House is as shown on site.

Not fantastic; too many malfunctions; poor security

1. The garage door remote stopped working after the first day. 2. The door from the garage into the house couldnt be locked, there is no key provided for the door lock.3. The front security door couldnt be locked4. The front glass door, only partially locks so can be jiggled open; so effectively there is no real security at night or when we go out.5. there are no AC in the bedrooms , so the AC in the hall has to be left on and the bedroom doors kept open6. The roller blinds in the ground floor sliding door does not go all the way down as it is stopped by the kitchen cabinet, so reduces privacy plus light comes in and disturbs sleep7. the ground floor entertainment area down-lights didnt work; so couldnt be used at night8. the upper floor entertainment area - only 2 of 4 down-lights were working - so couldnt be used at night9. There is no lock for the side-gate10. The ground floor smoke alarm was beeping; however it was fixed the next morning.after we contacted the owner.11. No bathing soap, shampoo or conditioner was supplied. This was not clearly indicated12. The upper floor toilet roll holder was loose13. The cleaners had left their cleaning stuff on the vanity in the upper floor bathroom.Wouldnt recommend.

Excellent

The house is close to the shops and the beach. It's ideal for larger (parents, children, grandparents ) family. The property has beautiful view to the bay, two outside sitting areas and inside its very well furnished and equipped.

Great house, great location

The house itself was spacious and catered very well for our group of three separate couples. Beautiful deck out the back allowed us to sit and take in the view of the beach. The location was perfect as it was easily walkable to the beach and the shops, but far enough away that we didn’t really feel how busy it actually was during that time. Would recommend.

So Close To Everything

Great stay at this place during peak season. Love the idea of driving car into garage and parking car out of the sun. We stay there on a few days where the temperature was well over 30° and the air-conditioners worked exceptionally. Plenty of room if two families wanted to stay and the view from upstairs is awesome. You can see the ships cruising down the shipping channel.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed the stay. Great view from the balcony and close to everything. My car stayed in the garage during the stay. We wish stayed a longer. The house is clean and has everything you needed.

Excellent Property

This house has everything you could want. Beautiful home spacious and clean with separate family and living areas. Perfect location with the shops and beach a short walk away. Hassle free from start to finish. I highly recommend this house. I loved my time there and will definitely be back.

Amazing Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryeview. The property is Fantastic and comfortable and wonderfully Located near the main strip of shops and Rye Pier. Highly Recommend.
