Exceptional Stay perfect location and well presented property

Great place well kept facilities, private and quiet, very comforable beds and Killian was great with communication. Would re-book at any stage without hesitation.

Great weekend stay

Lovely, clean property with plenty of room. Had all the amenities we needed. We loved the tennis court and pool. Just wish the weather was warmer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent position.

Great week away with the family. Walk to the beach, cold drinks or coffee at the cafe in the golf resort. We had a great time.

Fabulous location, great property with everything you need

A quick 5 min or slow 10 min walk to the beach, close to the clubhouse with bar, restaurant, and good coffee. Really good communication with the host, easy to access the property with clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in. Very clean and well maintained. A great place to stay and enjoy Torquay

My 2 girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls get away weekend. It was great, had everything we needed. Nice and close to Peppers and the Esplanade. Very friendly hosts with great communication

Great location

Lovely property, although a little tired. After communicating a couple of concerns with the owner to address some cleaning issues they acknowledged that they would be replacing some furniture and engaging with their cleaner. I would stay here again.

Spacious and well kept property

We enjoyed our stay at the Sands. The property had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Its a short drive to the center of Torquay meaning that its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday crowds. We highly recommend it!

Calm, beautiful, easy stay

This place is wonderful.... Open, bright spaces, quiet neighbourhood with views to trees and big skies, bird song and the sound of the ocean. It is close to the beautiful beaches of Torquay and we found delicious places to eat nearby. We also prepared food in the house and we found all the kitchen amenities we needed. There is a relaxed, happy vibe in the house. The house was impeccably clean. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Getaway

We love Torquay, and being able to feel at home (away fron home) is important to us. This house offers all the comforts a small family needs, with the added bonus of the facilities of the property. Clean, neat and tidy. Will definitely be bsck. Owners are wonderful to deal with too, very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. The property was great and we enjoyed ourselves. I think we lucked out with weather, so the no aircon in the home wasn’t an issue, but it would be challenging in really hot weather. Some of the fans in the bathrooms didn’t work. We managed to cool this down as the air goes through the two sliding doors down stairs. Home an accommodated 7 of us well and the kids loved the pool at the club and tennis.

Family weekend

Property was exactly as described. Easy entry with key in keysafe easily accessible as soon as you arrive. Lovely view out to first tee. Didn't use the outdoor pool but kids loved the access to the tennis court. We even brought our bocce balls but ran out of time to use that facility as well. Our stay was on a very busy Australia Day weekend so the location was perfect.

Very Comfortable

We spent 6 days at this townhouse in Torquay in April. It is large quite well equipped, the beds and couches are comfortable. The large, flat screen TV is great but take your own DVD's. The house is right beside the tennis court, we did not see or use the outdoor pool. As a guest in this house you do not have free access to the gym. We golfed twice on the Sands course, the back 9 especially has lovely views but the course overall is quite challenging. The owners are very easy to deal with and even communicated with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this location.

Our holiday home is set up to suit up to two couples with two kids each. We love it because it is a quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We hope you will find it to be the same.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our living area is downstairs, providing easy access to the garden and outdoor areas to sit in the sun and have the kids run around. We can leave our bedroom windows open for fresh air at night; which is healthier and the main reason we have not installed air-conditioning. And we also do not have to trek shopping upstairs.

Almost all of the other properties in the area have their living and dining upstairs with bedrooms downstairs.
