Escape normen med en avkopplande rolig paus på detta moderna två våningar hem. Dess rymliga interiören har två levande zoner, tre sovrum, två badrum och ett spelrum med biljard, biljardbord och darttavla

Denna vackra två våningar hem ligger på den spektakulära 13: e stranden golfbana resort i Barwon Heads. Den öppna planlösning ser köket öppet till ett stort vardagsrum. Glasade dörrar öppna till balkongen däck så att du kan njuta av uteservering, grill och utsikt. Det nedre vardagsrummet är rymligt med pentry och bred tillgång till ett undercover däck och norrut mot bakgården.

Det är ungefär en tjugo minuters promenad genom golfbanan till den faktiska 13: e stranden - en bra surfstrand och en tio minuters bilresa till Barwon Heads och alla dess affärer och restauranger. Tennisbanor finns också att använda gratis på området.

Utan respekt för våra grannar är evenemang, fester eller hög musik inte tillåtet när som helst. Vi har en 10 pm utegångsförbud på buller och har en $ 400 bullerbindning. Vi avskyr stora grupper av golfare eftersom det här har skapat bullerproblem i det förflutna.

Great Stay

My family and I spent a week staying at this property just prior to Christmas. The location was peaceful with the house overlooking one of the fairways. We enjoyed the downstairs games room and nearby tennis courts and walking around the estate. We definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend break

This was the perfect property for our family with adult children with great amenities. The owners were great communicators and very accommodating. Particularly loved the games room and how close the property was to everything that we wanting to do.

The house and location are spacious, just what we needed for an extended family get together… well equipped in the kitchen area. Unfortunately we found the level of cleanliness underwhelming especially the fees charged… bumping into rows of old shoes in the reception area and left over food in the fridge not good.

Room for the whole family

Something for everyone - great options within the house with views from the verandah and the games room being a huge hit with the teens, as well as the golf club facilities. Pizzas and cocktails in the Club House are highly recommended! Swee was so easy to work with. Thanks!

Nice house suitable for group of friends

Hosts were communicative and check in process was smooth. The house had a lot to offer with games provided, pool table, table tennis etc but unfortunately the cleanliness of the house was disappointing for the nightly rate charged. Empty toilet roll left on holder in main bathroom, no extra toilet rolls either, waste bins in all rooms not emptied in all rooms including the kitchen that had used meat trays left in the kitchen bin. Cutlery draw and dishes not clean either and used soap still left in the shower. The house has a lot of potential but unfortunately it needs some simple things attended to like fixing the pool cues and even though cleaning fees are charged with stayz I’m pretty sure this place has not had a good clean in quite some time. Would not return to this property

Perfect set up with many uses

Fantastic property overlooking the golf course. Clean and a lot of space to enjoy. Comfy beds and we enjoyed the rec room space. The perfect stay for what we needed. Thank you.

Group family holiday

Plenty of room in the house for our small group. Games room was a great attraction for our 10 y.o. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of books and games for inclimate weather. Only negative was BBQ was dirty on arrival and fans very dusty. Overall a perfect spot for a golfing getaway and great communication from the owner.

Great stay at 13th beach golf course

Lovely home, with amazing views over the golf course. It gets quite cold, but there is plenty of heating options to keep you warm and cosy. Kids loved the trampoline and space. Close walk to the clubhouse, and a nice quiet neighbourhood. Some issues with internet availability (and at times Netflix didn't work) and the gas fireplace was a little tricky to get working at night, but turned on fine during the day. Highly recommend, and would stay again. Thanks so much

Spacious, light and relaxing

Loved the view over the golf course as we ate our breakfast. Everything was clean, instructions to check in were so easy and the house is utterly gorgeous. Truly a wonderful place for a relaxing and fun time away with family and friends with kitchenettes available on the lower and upper levels. Blankets were warm, clean and the rooms are well layed out. The hosts were so lovely to assist us with getting our families checked in whilst we attended our bridesmaids duties and were lovely enough to allow us flexibility on checkout as we recovered from a big day. Swee was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Thankyou for making our stay calm, relaxing and easy!!

Incredible Family Home Filled with Activities

This property was excellent, located in a beautiful golf course with a driving range and free access to tennis courts, the property has a big back yard, a game room with table tennis, pool, darts, foozball, ring toss, board games and way more! The front yard has an enclosed trampoline and the upstairs balcony has a bbq and outdoor dining table. We had an incredible weekend here with more stuff to do than we had time for. Thank you, Swee!
