Fastighet med över 3.700 kvadratfot och med utsikt över sjön Mathews och 280 graders utsikt över stadens ljus. Privat flykt frÄn stojet i södra Kalifornien men nÀra nog till alla attraktioner. 40 minuter till Disneyland, 1 timme till Los Angeles, 1 timme till San Diego. 30m till vinprovning i Temecula. 1 timme till stranden.

En snabb Ätta mil resa ner kanjonen och du hittar Dos Lagos som omfattar över 20 restauranger och lounger med vinprovning, stek hus, shopping och allt dÀremellan.

En stor 1500 kvadratmeter inhÀgnad hundkörning var bara tillsatt, inklusive en stor hundskur. Tycker inte illa om att lÀmna ditt husdjur hÀr hela dagen medan du njuta av sevÀrdheter och ljud.

Denna underbara, anpassade hem i Prestigious Lake Mathews Estates uppdaterades 2014. Detta hem stÄtar med en lÄng slingrande uppfart med över 40 palmer som leder till husets huvudentré, omgiven av frodig landskapsplanering och olika vattenfunktioner. Palmer kantar fastigheten tillsammans med en lind, avokado trÀd, rosenbuskar, prÀstkragar och mycket mer. Formellt vardagsrum med marmor surround spis och anpassade trÀ mantel. Formella matsal med trÀ stil golv, anpassade listen och franska dörrar som leder till baksidan uteplats. Köket har massor av lönn skÄp, bull-nosed granit, centrum ö med Jenn-Air elektriska koka upp och grill plus en inbyggd vinkyl. Vardagsrummet har en vacker sten spis och ocksÄ stÄr inför utsikten. Det finns en nedre sovrum och en nedre badrum som har totalrenoverats med granit, nya moderna dusch, etc. Det finns ett skrivbord i rummet med 2 extra breda glasfönster. GÄ upp spiraltrappen till den bÀsta utsikten i hemmet - en full vÄt-bar och biljardbord. I korridoren Àr en annan sovrum som Àr storleken av befÀlhavaren .. TvÀrs frÄn sovrummet Àr ett gÀstbadrum som har slutförts ombyggda med granitrÀknare och redone duschar. Alla sovrum har speglade garderobsdörrar och Àr av generös storlek. Master suite / badrum har totalrenoverats med Emperador marmor hela och granit diskar. Det sovalkov i sovrummet har höjts för att njuta av de fantastiska utsikten vid förlÀggning i sÀngen. BefÀlhavaren har ocksÄ en stor walk in closet med gott om utrymme för Àven de största garderober. MÀstaren och övervÄningen baromrÄdet leder till ett stort dÀck med 280 graders fri utsikt över sjön Mathews och de omgivande stadsljusen.

The view was breathtaking and the host provided great service. We ran into a small issue with the WiFi and phone service. I think it’s because the property is on a hill that the signal was a little weak. However. we were able to communicate. The host was very responsive. If you’re looking for a nice get away with family and friends, in a house with space, I recommend this location.

This property is so beautiful! We stayed for easier access to get to Silverlakes for a soccer tournament. It was easy and convenient.

The check in / check out was smooth. Our host (Richard) was very responsive to our requests and made us feel at home. The property was excellent, the view incredible, and a perfect location for the activities we had planned. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning an annual visit :)

AMAZING PLACE

The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We used the house for base camp for my wedding and it was perfect. Driveway is crazy steep but being on top of the hill is worth every bit!

The property was nice. The house was nice and clean. They only thing was the downstairs slider doors did not lock. We had a couple coyotes walk across the back yard while we were eating dinner.

Tranquility

This property was perfect for our family of 12. The house was so amazing with space and scenery. It was very relaxing and a perfect weekend for spending time together. Our favorite part was the boys ages 4,6 and 13 enjoying themselves in the dirt. There was something for everyone . We can’t wait to book again so we can see the beautiful starry nights. We still can’t stop talking about the tranquil weekend we had. Thank you

Family get together.

Upon arriving at the property, The view will take your breath away. The online pictures does not do it justice. You are paying for the view. The house is large, But could use a handyman to address very small items that housekeeping does not address, All and all I would stay again. Again all items we had issues with were small and did not deter us from having a great time. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy the million dollar view.

Beautiful Property, Excellent Service!

My company recently rented this property as a retreat for our sponsored athlete and she and the entire group LOVED it! From the moment of booking through check out, the owner was available and attentive. The house is just gorgeous, and impeccably maintained. There is a certain 'pride of ownership' and feeling of pampering as you step into this home. Our group enjoyed the many fun amenities in this home. There are also so many different areas of the home to unwind, chat, or read. This made it the optimal choice for a quiet, relaxing retreat. I highly recommend this home for your next stay, and my company plans to rent it again next year. Thank you so much!

Beautiful views in a quiet, cozy, playful, paradise

Our family and friends gathered here for a small reunion. Lots of room and all the amenities needed to relax and play games near the fire inside and outside. Location to stores, restaurants, and movie theaters were very convenient. Roads uphill were not good for my corvette but perfect for our 4x4 vehicles. Amazing sunsets and city views at night and cozy mornings with coffee near the fire were my favorite. Zen paradise. Considering making a return in the summer if available. Don’t pass this one up if you have a large group. I was able to wash my clothes before I left in the upstairs laundry room before packing up. Love love love!!!

Great Views, Dated Interior

The views from the property of Lake Matthews and the Inland Empire were outstanding. The grounds were well-maintained. While the interior appears nice and is clean, there were numerous detail issues including non-functional electrical outlets, lamps that did not work (including broken light bulbs), several door handles that fell-off and a sliding door that will not lock. There is a second floor bannister that is dangerously loose and a second floor thermostat that does not control the heater appropriately. Also, the WiFi instructions were incorrect, leaving only an unsecured network available. As a result we ended-up getting our accounts hacked. Overall, the home is nice and the views are breathtaking, but the interior definitely requires some maintenance and updating.

What a view!

Let's start with driveway, Wow. It is wild right from the start. We called for an Uber, the driver would not come up the driveway, we had to walk down to meet her. Yeah, Wow. I thought it was cool. You are up on top of hill/mountain. The house is super nice; however, the view over Lake Mathew is even better! At night is real cool with all the lights from the city in the distance. Lotsa games to play. Plenty of room. We had a very good experience. It was my wife and I, my oldest girl and her husband with 2 minature australian sheperds, and my youngest daughter. My son in law called the owner for a couple things, and he was there shortly after with what he requested. My only complaint would be that 3 of us showed up two days late and I wish I coulda stayed for all four days!

This home is truly one of a kind. Also, don't get me started on the view! The rooms at this property were clean, spacious, cozy, and well equipt with toiletries/blankets/towels. The backyard was gorgeous, especially at night, and had many areas to kick back and enjoy your time outdoors. The games were my favorite, there was always something to keep you entertained. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, but the bathrooms unfortunately weren't. We weren't given much toilet paper in any of the restrooms so I would advise you bring your own if you plan on having a lot of guests like I did. I saw reviews saying that the interior is dated and certain parts of the house needed fixing. I personally liked the older feel of the home, and the only parts that needed fixing were some switches and outlets which weren't an issue to us at all. The only things I would warn about before booking is that cell service and wi-fi were not the best because the property is up on a hill. Also, the drive up to the place was a little crazy and the area is pitch black at night so it could make driving there a challenge. The host of this property was amazing and easy to work with from the start. Kudos to him for being the only host that allowed the number of guests I had. Richard did a great job at being responsive and was more than generous with early check-in/late check-out. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I will definitely be back. Thank you Richard for sharing your place with us!

The house is fabulous, and the view is unsurpassed!

Our group of senior women enjoyed a week at this beautiful house. The amenities were wonderful, our host was kind and attentive and the view... we just couldn't get over it! Thank you for making our stay memorable and giving us a lovely place to spend time together.

Incredible stay, spectacular views, lots of room

The check-in and check-out process for this property was incredibly easy. This house has even more room than I expected, and the sleeping options are all very comfortable. The things that WOWED us the most: - Great selection of yard games - Relaxing atmosphere with the yard furniture and fire pits - Breath taking view - Cleanliness - Kitchen Utensils A team of us traveling for sports stayed at the property, it was a great place to unwind after a busy day, cook our food, and have fun competitions of corn hole!

Wonderful stay!

Stayed with my family, sister and kids. The kids ranged from 8-19. Pool tables were a big hit! Rich was a kind host with a great response time for my silly questions :-). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, a lot of space, a lot of things for everyone to do. Had a lovely time.

Awesome Location, Nice Property

I personally did enjoy a lot, very nice property with spectacular view of the lake Matthew. We were 4 families and our objectives was to stay inside due to pandemic and hot weather, and we did succeed achieving our goals. Property has billiards, cornhole, table tennis, board games and all the games that you name it. It has little extra space to play outdoor games such as Cricket, soccer but you need to be careful since the property is at the top. Owner is very nice and responsive to your queries. Lot of fire pits, big BBQ and calm, peaceful location, well ventilated & secure. Had it have swimming pool, it would have been icing on the cake. But overall nice property and location

Excellent place!!

This is a gorgeous home with lots of family entertainment! My kids loved the game rooms, hammocks, and playing in the yard! The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset! Everything was very neat and clean as this home is very well cared for. Me and my family can’t wait to come back and visit!

Girls weekend for LAX tourney

It was the perfect retreat after our lacrosse games. Much more luxurious than area hotels. We ate dinner outside and watched the sunset over the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. Very quiet and private and nice and cool air conditioning. Thank you for accommodating our need to come back and shower too after our last game!
