Max Ave Beach House ligger bara en kort promenad till back surf beach. Fancy en plats av Golf? Huset ligger på St Andrews Beach Golf Club. Huset sitter på ett 3000 m2 markområde, gott om plats för barnen att springa och leka. Det bakre däcket är en härlig plats att luta sig tillbaka och bara varva ner med en cuppa eller ett glas vin.

Bottenvåningen består av öppen planlösning kök, matsal och vardagsrum med öppen spis öppen spis, perfekt att koppla av på en kall vinters dag förbi. Också nere är ett rumpus rum med ett bordtennisbord, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och badrum

På övervåningen finns ett landningsområde med soffa och tv. Det finns två dubbelrum och ett våningssäng rum med två uppsättningar våningssängar och 2 trund sängar och ett badrum.

Riklig parkering finns med en cirkulär uppfart och carport.

Lovely place with a cottage vibe. Loved the decors and ambience perfect fit for a girls or couple getaway. The peninsula hotsprings were 15 mins away so the location was perfect for us.

Beautiful, spacious quiet holiday house!

We loved our stay at Saint Andrews beach. The host Maxine was very contactable and accommodating. There was lots of different breakout areas for everybody to have breaks away from the group and it was also a walking distance to the beach. House is even more spacious than it may seem in the photos. It’s also set on a very private block. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Thanks Maxine!

Relaxed and spacious

We stayed for a girls night, and the house was fabulous. Lots of space inside and out, well equipped for everyone who stayed, peaceful and surrounded by nature.A bit rustic, the occasional animal smell, but very comfortable. We would go back and we would definitely recommend.

Cosy beach house

Maxine’s beach house was perfect for a wonderful weekend catching up with family friends and their kids - super clean, comfortable, close to beach, plenty of space to run around, close to breweries, wineries and the springs. Maxine was a thoughtful and communicative host. Reccommend!

Great Stay

We had an early round of golf booked at St Andrews Beach so thought we would stay the night before. What a great place - it was easy to check in - clean - the perfect location and overall a great property with real coastal charm. We hope stay again at some point soon. Thank you.

A beautiful place and setting

4 adults stayed - there was plenty of room and it was very pleasant sitting out on the balcony looking at the views. We were going to a 50th birthday party so didn't really make full use of the facilities but it had everything that you would need.

Great family holiday house

Perfect house for our 3 generations of family with nice outdoors deck areas. Lots of space with two separate living areas. Well equipped. Some minor maintenance required. Would happily recommend for a family holiday.

Great location for a weekend of Golf!

Myself and seven others stayed the weekend for a golf trip away. Perfect location to stay while playing at any of the Sandbelt courses along Mornington. Plenty of room and beds, great amenities. We had to change our booking day, but that process was made seamless while dealing with Maxine. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Fantastic weekend away

This property was a great play for our weekend away. Plenty of seating space and comfortable surroundings. Close drive to shops and a nice walk to the beach. House was clean and had all necessary amenities. Maxine was quick in responses and wonderful to deal. Thank you!

Quaint stay

A backwater stay- very quiet, surrounded by nature- 10 min drive to Rye, 15 mins to Sorrento. The house is full of charm but is older, has a musty smell, but plenty of quaint relaxation nooks. If u love modern, bustling and beach views this is not the place for you. If u love nature, peacefulness and rustic- this is definately your jam.

40th Birthday weekend

Max Ave Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our weekend away with my daughters and grandchildren. We enjoyed having dinner at the big dining room table and then lighting the outside fire pit to toast marshmallows. The house felt like home, with great art work, a well stocked kitchen equipment and lots of comfy places to sit. Maxine communicated all the necessary details and made us feel very welcome. We'll be back soon for a longer stay, to sit on the deck while the kids enjoy playing in the back yard.

Cozy winter haven

The perfect winter getaway with friends, the house was cozy with open fireplace, split system heating and additional electric heaters in bedrooms. Really loved the location, tucked away next to the St. Andrew's Beach Golf Course and short hike from the beach. Maxine was an excellent communicator and accommodating host. The house was lovely and clean, spacious and light. The kitchen and pantry were stocked with all essential items needed to prepare a cooked dinner and breakfast at the house. We are looking forward to heading back!

Perfect.

Maxine is a kind and attentive host, and replies quickly! The house is tucked away in a very quiet location, with lots of trees around and is a 10 minute walk from a very secluded beach. Good shops and pubs nearby, 2 golf courses nearby. Aircon upstairs and downstairs, 3 seating/entertainment areas (inside, outside and upper deck), 2 couch/TV areas, good beds. The house itself is an older build, and has that classic beach house feel to it, it's very homely. If you're looking for a quiet getaway on the peninsula you'd be silly to look elsewhere.
