Denna Executive fyra sovrum hem har fantastisk utsikt och ligger 2 minuters promenad till Boomer Beach, 5 minuter till Horseshoe Bay och nÀra gÄngavstÄnd till kaféer och hotell. Ett perfekt hem för semester, helger eller lite tid bort.

WiFi och ett hÀmta filmpaket Àr tillgÀngligt för gÀster att utnyttja.

Underbar kustlinje att besöka, gÄ, Äka eller se frÄn antingen baksidan eller den frÀmre terrassen.
BÄda nivÄerna inkluderar luftkonditionering system i vardagsrum / underhÄllande omrÄden och takflÀktar finns i varje sovrum.

Nedre vÄningen bestÄr av ett fullt utrustat tvÀttstuga, badrum, vardagsrum med TV / DVD / CD-faciliteter och tvÄ sovrum (B3 Queen Bed, B4 3 king singlar och en utdragbar enkelsÀng).

PÄ övervÄningen bestÄr av master svit Sovrum 1 (Queen Bed) med WIR, badrum och privat terrass / balkong. Sovrum 2 dubbelrum (Queen Bed) med ett huvudsakligt badrum. En fantastisk öppen planlösning kök, vardagsrum och matsal som öppnar ut mot en generös frontdÀck som innehÄller ett stort bord (platser 10) och en grill. Perfekt för underhÄllande eller spricka en öl och titta pÄ solnedgÄngen.

Kök och pantry Àr fÀrdiga med grundlÀggande köksredskap, spis och vitvaror samt gott om porslin och glasögon för 10 personer, vilket ger dig möjlighet att laga mat om du sÄ önskar. Ett vÀlkommet tillÀgg av en Nespresso kaffemaskin har nu inkluderats.

Vi Àr familjevÀnliga. Trapphuset har utrustats med barnsÀker lÄsbar grind och en barnsÀng och barnstol finns ocksÄ.

Vi Àr husdjursvÀnliga men har en begrÀnsning till 2 hundar ENDAST. Huset har inhÀgnad fÀktning och en medelstor utomhusyta, en hund sÀng, vatten / mat skÄlar.

En hÀrlig plats, fantastisk utsikt och nÀra vackra kustvÀgar frÄn Boomer till Horseshoe Bay.

Post wedding gathering

Property was nicely located and well set up. Apart from the spare gas bottle for bbq !! First bottle ran out and went to change out early in cooking BIG tomahawk steaks. The replacement bottle thread was wrong and not able to connect. Had to grab a spare bottle from a different rental house. Not ideal!!

Very Comfortable Home, Great Location

Plenty of space, comfortable beds and a well set up kitchen. We went for a lot of walks and loved hearing the ocean. The house has a lovely outlook and is nice and big.

Fabulous family holiday

8 adults and 2 children stayed here 4 nights for a family holiday and for a local wedding - it was fabulous. We also could take our small dogs and it had an enclosed back yard. Fabulous location with great sea views and was brilliant for family meals and chilling on the balcony. Lots of extras and great cooking facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Just Perfect

We couldn't have been happier. Spotless, really comfortable beds, pillows. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils. Lots of soaps, extra toilet paper rolls etc. Could keep going, we were very pleased! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back!

Great family holiday

House was perfect for a holiday for an extended family group. There was plenty to do even in the event of bad weather, the pool table room at the back provided a great option for those who want something more active than board games. Location, provides excellent base for walks.

Just right for us!

this property was just right for our group of 8 adults (4 x couples) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of space, good cooking facilities - pantry even has a selection of sauces & spices etc we were able to use, comfy beds and clean and tidy. Nice view of the sea from the front balcony. 5 mins walk to the beach and short drive to Victor Harbour. I appreciated the prompt communication when we booked.

A Great Stay at a Great Spot

House was well laid out, bedrooms suited perfectly and any problems quickly satisfied by owner. Yard was perfect for large dog and games room had plenty of use.

We loved our time at Jakara! It has everything you'd need and more, and perfect for our one year old with high chair and gates at the bottom and top of the stairs. A very comfortable stay, in the perfect location. We will certainly stay again, and recommend this place to everyone!

Three days stay at Port Eliot SA

The process was very smooth and straightforward. The home at self seeded our needs with one family having the downstairs and two single people upstairs. The views were lovely and we enjoyed the opportunity of long walks on the beach and close vicinity to the shops, about a 10 minute walk with the dog.

Large modern property and granted late checkout, although did not require it in the end. Small issue. This is a beach property but beach towels not included, not that the weather was kind anyway. Would recommend this property, especially for large group.
