Stort underhållande däck framifrån för att fånga panoramautsikt över havet ute och kullarna bakom. Vackert utformat strandhus byggt för avkoppling och roliga tider på den vackra Surfers Beach bara 2 minuters promenad bort. Biljardbord, Air Hockey bord, 5 ljusa och strandtema sovrum, 3 vardagsrum, 2 platt-TV och DVD-spelare tillsammans med ett urval av filmer och spel. Delat system RC / AC och bara ett stenkast från Middleton Beach, populärt året runt för surfing. 3 drottning sovrum, två har ensuites. Totalt 9 bäddar. Perfekt för flera familjer. Helt inhägnad trädgård och husdjur mycket välkomna att stanna ute. 53 Hero Ave Middleton.

Säng 4 (övervåningen) sover 2 (våningssängar) medan sovrum 5 (nedervåningen) sover 4 (2 uppsättningar våningssängar). Fläktar i alla sovrum. 2 badrum, ett övervåningen och det andra ner, tillsammans med en tredje separat toalett. Nedre tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. Vuxna vardagsrum / underhållande område på övervåningen med stort däck med utsikt över stranden och Victor Harbor och därutöver, med ytterligare två vardagsrum nedervåningen med stort biljardbord / airhockeybord. Stort gourmetkök med rostfria vitvaror som leder till ett enormt däck med utsikt över Surfers Beach med utsikt över 270 grader till Victor Harbor och kullarna bakom. Det finns parkering för 5 bilar utöver en enda undercover carport. Utanför finns en helt sluten, privat varmvattendusch.

Hero Ave ligger 2 gator tillbaka från stranden vid vackra Surfers Beach, Middleton. Inte bara ett bra ställe för surfing och body boarding, prova strandfiske på Middleton eller i närheten av Pt Elliot! Se valar som frolickar från det upptäckta däcket eller utforska de många rockpoolerna. Församlingarna i Port Elliot, Victor Harbor och Goolwa ligger 5 km till 7 km bort där besökare hittar golfbanor, restauranger och vingårdar av högsta kvalitet samt kaféer och butiksbutiker. Det finns en lekplats som ligger en 2 minuters promenad längs Hero Ave tillsammans med ett nyutvecklat våtmarkområde att utforska. Cykelbanan Goolwa - Victor Harbor är en minut bort!

SeaWatch - great place

The property had a well equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great for a large group. We had a wonderful time at SeaWatch.

Fabulous Property

We had a fabulous time staying at Sea Watch. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool / air hockey table was brilliant. The views from the balcony are superb.

Beach view and peaceful surroundings

We had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of room for families to spread out over the house and is nicely decorated to add to the beach, coastal view.Seawatch is in a great location with fantastic views of the surf and the coast line to Victor Harbour.The communication with the host was exceptional. She was prompt, friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SeaWatch.

Middleton stay

Well suited to our needs. ( 5 ladies from Adelaide) A very good view. Nice decor. A well stocked kitchen. Had to supply our own linen. A little tricky trying to contact our host but when we finally spoke she was friendly and informative.

Sea views and Fresh air

We all loved our stay. At first glimpse, the property seemed a bit dated, the photos dont show that. But everything we needed was available. BBQ on the balcony with great views, sitting on the deck with the grandchildren, delightful. So much space or areas for small group interaction, the games tables downstairs kept 5 children and several adults entertained. The outdoor shower was successful with hot and cold water. The most significant negative point and this was noted in a feedback late last year was the lack of lighting in the stairwell. 2 children fell/slipped going down resulting im great tears. We could not locate a working light switch and assumed that the globe wasnt working . Lovely holiday home in Middleton for a large family with pets. Great rear yard for the doggie.

Nice Enjoyable Stay

The points that stood out for us were the host who very easy to communicate with and answered our queries very promptly and patiently. The location of the of the home is great, just a block away from the beach and not too far from Goolwa. We enjoyed our stay

Great location

Perfect location and a great size when sharing with other families. Kids loved having their own area. Just a few house keeping tips which we will share with the host which we will make this destination a even better experience. Highly recommended !

Amazing views and location

Loved the furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. A little bit of updating of the appliances are needed however the location was perfect and the view from the balcony perfect for us. Thanks for letting us stay.

Overall a pleasant stay

The size of the property was great if you have multiple families stay. We had some difficulty getting the downstairs TV / DVD to work as the equipment appears very old and DVD’s were poor quality. Upstairs shower has limited shower pressure but overall it was a good beach shack!

Beach house

The property presented clean and tidy and was very comfortable to stay in. Overall our stay was extremely relaxing and enjoyable and there is a lot to like about the property. Unfortunately the listed stereo system was not there and if this had been made known to us, we would have taken our own alternative. We would also have expected that enough toilet paper for a 2 day stay should have been supplied. The hot water system also failed on the last morning of our stay, but that is something that can not foreseen, and although it was convenient for the person in the shower at the time, we would not try to discourage any others because of it.

SeaWatch

SeaWatch is the perfect getaway for Families and Friends to come together. With a homely feel, there was plenty of space for everyone (we had 2 Families totalling 10 ppl) and we still had room for a couple of friends that popped by and stayed for a night. We had everything we needed and more, (BBQ, DVD player + movies, pool table, ice hockey table, board games, enclosed back yard) with the nearest supermarket only 7min drive away for all grocery essentials. The views were magnificent, and we were only a 3 min walk from the beach. Our Hostess, Carol was wonderful, promptly answering any questions we had prior to our trip, which helped too. Anyone thinking of taking a break, I would highly recommend going to the SeaWatch for your next getaway!! 👍

Good size and location

Ideal for family and friends. Not too far to walk to beach. Two family bathrooms (with access doors to two bedrooms also) and third toilet were all handy for our group. Owner communication was great.
