Lower Bluff - Beach Escape, Big Yard, Pets & båtar ja, fantastiskt skuggat däck

The Escape är en traditionell strandstuga som är perfekt för 1 eller 2 familjer och husdjursvänliga. Huvudhuset har 2 sovrum, badrum, vardagsrum och kök, då har barnens bungalow-flykt en egen storbilds-TV, stor soffa och dusch och toalett och har sovit våra fyra tonåringar bekvämt. Blocket är stort så gott om utrymme att inga andra hus delar blocket

Anslut baksidan av huset och bungalow är ett stort nytt norrläge däckområde som innehåller utomhus matbord, soffa, hängmatta och massor av stolar.

Däcken är byggd runt ett stort träd som skapar naturlig skugga.

Sovarrangemang

Sovrum 1 - queen size-säng plus uppsättning stora kojer (4 personer)
Sovrum 2 - queen size-säng (2 personer)
Bungalow - Tri Bunk med dubbel i botten och enkel topp
- Bäddsoffa som kan sova 2 (4/5 barn eller 2 vuxna och 2 barn)

Dessutom finns det en utomhusdusch med varmt vatten och en dubbelskål för rengöring av din fångst.

Storskärms-TV i huset på svängarm för att säkerställa en fantastisk utsikt oavsett hur din installation är.

Matbordet har plats för 10 inuti och samma utanför med 2 bord

Prissättning

Vårt pris återspeglar en enkel men mycket effektiv stuga. Vårt huvudbadrum har precis renoverats, däck är nytt och bungalowen ger inte bara ytterligare ett sovrum utan ett andra inomhusliv med TV och soffa. Den norrläge däck ger en solig plats att sitta men har en blandning av sol och skuggade områden på grund av det stora trädet.

Ta med allt linne och bad- / badhanddukar.(doonor / kuddar medföljer)

-Vandring / cykeltur genom naturreservatet Edwards Point, går från 30 minuter till 2 timmars retur
-På helgerna promenader ner till vår Yacht Club och ta en drink på caféet bara 10 minuter bort absolut vattenfront
-Vi är en 5 minuters bilresa från St Leonards butiker eller en mycket trevlig 50 minuters promenad
-Spela cricket på stranden (du kan använda vår utrustning)
-Besök gratis tennisbanor i stan eller basketplan (du kan använda vår utrustning)
-Sov i hängmattan på däck
-Tur vingårdarna på Bellarinehalvön
-Visa Queenscliff och klättra upp i tornet som ger dig en fantastisk utsikt över området
-Point Lonsdale har stenbassänger
-Ocean Grove surfing är tjugo minuter.

Holiday

A nice house to stay, its a shame there is no dryer as i can imagine in winter it would be tough to dry anything.Overall a pleasent place the front and back decking is beautiful, however we most likely will not be back as the backyard is not secured off from the front and we had a neighbour "pop in" to tell us negative things about the area, nothing of which was vital for our stay, we were put off and felt we no longer could relax.

Fantastic fenced in yard allowed our dog to safely roam about. Very clean, ample seating everywhere. Plenty of space. Would recommend this place very highly!

Great family holiday

Had a great holiday with our 5 kids and dog. Walking distance to Edward's Point Reserve and a short drive into St Leonards (with the best fish 'n' chips in Victoria). Owner excellent with communication.

Impressive Beach House - Highly Recommend! thanks :)

This property was clean, neat and had such a great beach feel about it. The property exceeded our expectations for convenience and comfort. Communication from the owner was by far the best I've ever had, this was an easy transaction and great consideration was given to us which made our holiday amazing! The proximity to the beach is great along with a number of available beach/bush type walks, just outside your door. I would very highly recommend this property, its provides everything a relaxed, comfortable, cozy beach holiday should have. Thank you for our great holiday.

Very happy with our stay

The home and bungalow were very clean and everything you need is there. Enough space for a bigger family and nice big yard for our pet. It was a great location for taking walks to the beach and all around the area. Would stay again.

Mid week break

We enjoyed our two night stay, close to nature reserve and beach. The house is well equipped and would suit a large family. Good value, bed comfortable and inverter ensured warmth as required.

Fantastic place for a young family and a fur baby! The host was great and flexible.

The property had a fantastic layout for a young family. The backyard was nice and private and the hammocks were an absolute hit with kids and adults. A relaxing spot, nice and clean and a fantastic host!

Relaxing, perfect beach stay

A wonderful beach house with everything you could ever need and perfect for families. Lots of space outside with the great deck and all the extras- hammocks, bbq and outdoor settings. Inside is very neat and tidy and open. Comfortable and a close walk to the beach. Affordable also. David was friendly and great to deal with. Would stay again and have recommended to others already. Wonderful pet friendly property.

We enjoyed our three day stay in your lovely beach cottage. It was a home away from home. We were fortunate enough to have great weather and the deck out back was perfect to enjoy it. Max 🐶 loved the big backyard. A few minutes walk from the beach. We had car issues and David was very accomodating with a late checkout. Thank you. Lea, Ben, Jean and Max 🐾

Perfect place for a getaway

Excellent pet friendly property

Our 2nd short stay at this lovely house. Tidy and secure yard for 2 small dogs. Great walks on the beach. Back deck is great place for relaxing and meals. We had all we needed and have no hesitation in recommending this property as a comfortable base in this area. We will be back at some stage and hopefully for a longer stay. Property owner David is excellent to deal with.

Wonderful, pet friendly property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and pet friendly as well, with the 3 small dogs allowed inside. Situated in nice quiet area which suited us. We have already rebooked and can't wait to spend some time on the back deck in some slightly better weather early next year.

We choose this property as we wanted a large block with plenty of space. Large established trees and the retreat gives you that extra space. Walk into the nature reserve in 5 minutes and onto the beach in under 10 minutes. Its quiet bushy and relaxing with dirt roads between you and the beach walk via the nature reserve

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Large block of land so you have plenty of open space around you as thats what we come here for. Some properties have two houses on the one block with others almost on top of you. Plenty of space for kids and dogs to roam inside secure fences. A large north facing deck that in summer has a mixture of sun and shade with the decking built around a large tree. The front also has a large decking where you can see a partial sunset and wait to great family and friends. All bedrooms open onto a decking area with sliding doors giving you a bright and open feel to all rooms, If you have a boat plenty of room to get it of the road. Each Bedroom is airconditioned as is the two living areas giving you comfort. The large rear deck is built around a large beautiful leafy tree giving natural shade with a built in BBQ and sink. TV in 3 rooms. Wifi ,washing machine,
