Detta moderna helt fristående 3 sovrum fritidshus lämplig för par och familjer.
Entré nivå består av 3 dubbelrum, badrum, separat w / C och tvättstuga.
Två sovrum har delat upp systemuppvärmning / kylning.
Den 3: e har tak sopfläkt.
På övervåningen öppen planlösning inkl. lounge, öppnande till rymligt förhöjt däck med fantastisk havsutsikt, uteservering och Weber BBQ, modernt kök (d / tvättmaskin, MWO) och angränsande matplats.
Bottenvåning med andra badrum och T. V. rums-stor platt-skärm och förbränningsvärmare.
Fullt inhägnad gård med rymliga inhemska omgivningar.
Ligger i tyst återvändsgränd, 5 minuters promenad till surf / simning / fiske, krog och affär.
Ny carport angränsande ingångsdörr.

Doonas tillhandahålls men gästerna måste lämna sina egna lakan och handdukar.
Det finns en queen size-säng och två dubbelsängar.
Omvänd cykelvärme / kylning till öppen planlösning / kök och 2 sovrum.

Everything you could want

This holiday stay has all it takes to make a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable experience. It is super well equipped and generously proportioned. Although we were only two I am certain a large family would be at home. Our hosts were very helpful and easy to deal with. I recommend this property

Lovely Beach Getaway

Terrific house for a group of friends or family to enjoy a beachside holiday. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. Split level house on four different levels providing lots of spaces to enjoy or just relax. Very well equipped kitchen with well above age range of utensils, pots and pans etc. Wonderfully easy hosts to deal with - very communicative and helpful. Nothing to criticise here - a great place and heartily recommended.

Great Stay

2nd time staying here, great property with lots of common space. Large deck in the tree canopy overlooking the sea. Very clean house with great hosts.

Great property with wonderful bedrooms, heating and cooling, 3 living areas, lovely balcony with views of the ocean and well stocked kitchen. Very relaxing stay and friendly host.

Another awesome stay Sea Views

Everything about our recent stay at Sea Views was just as wonderful as our first stay, only better because this time we stayed for longer. This property feels like home as soon as you arrive, with a lovely garden setting, lots of light throughout the house and great ocean views. Chris is a fantastic host, so welcoming and accommodating. The house is in easy walking distance to the beach, parks, Cape Patterson Tavern and stores. We are already planning to come back again!

Perfect holiday stay

The property was clean and well stocked. All the rooms and bedrooms were comfortably furnished. We loved the view and the kitchen. Garden was peaceful. Walking distance to the beach. I would stay there again.

A wonderful place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and well equipped property, which is set in a quiet location, in a lovely garden, within walking distance of the beaches. The different living areas are a really special feature. Chris was a helpful and obliging host, and we very much hope to come back again for a longer stay in future.

Great holiday house

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and felt like a well looked after holiday home, not just a rental with the bare minimum. The beds were comfy and heating great for the cold weekend!

Just perfect

We could not have asked for anything more for our stay. The house is so well presented and you feel immediately at home there. From the lovely garden, great grassed area to enjoy, all levels of the home ( living areas for everyone!) and the perfect deck, it was fabulous. I am going to miss walking up to the living area and seeing that gorgeous view! Everything you could need and so much more is provided. Location is walking distance to everything. Cape Paterson offers bay or surf swims and is close to so many other wonderful places. We can not wait to book this awesome property again! Thanks for having us Chris, you were so great to deal with.

Perfect Beach Holiday House

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Views in Cape Paterson. The house provided the perfect location for the family to enjoy all the Cape Paterson had to offer. It was also the perfect location for a young family, located in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to a park. And the outdoor shower was very popular with the kids! Thanks Chris

Relaxed holiday

Wonderful home, very clean, kitchen fully stocked, lovely owner who promptly assisted when the tv stopped working (oops, we had knocked out the adaptor). Lovely location near the park for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for a rinse after a day at the beach.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be quite practical for a young family. The place was clean on arrival. Plenty of appliances and utensils to make the stay easy. Nice view up on the deck. Spacious and with separate living areas.

very comfortable, spacious house.

Our first holiday since Covid began. Lovely clean, tidy house with a beautiful view to the water from the spacious deck. There was everything we needed and more. Was hoping for a chilly night so we could light a fire but the weather was very good to us. The meals at the Tavern just a short stroll away were very good and we utilized the BBQ and had a lovely dinner out on the deck with a few wines. We took lots of lovely drives around the area, saw places we hadn"t been to before and it was a so nice to come back and relax here.

Reconnecting with CP post Covid

We were keen to reconnect with beautiful Cape Paterson and our stay here was perfect. Beautifully appointed and lovely ambience. Sitting on the deck surrounded by treetops and birdlife at breakfast, beautiful beach views, easy access to beach and walks, sunny spots to sit and read during the day and starlit skies at night. All we imagined it might be.
