Magnolia Cottage - Rye Beach

Magnolia Cottage är en unik egenskap som passar alla: den utökade familjen, en grupp familjer, en helg bort med en älskad eller en grupp. Det har också använts mycket framgångsrikt för hälsa och yoga retreats. Fastigheten har nyligen lagt till en helt ny soluppvärmd pool, så det gör det ännu mer tilltalande.

Hemmet är väl utformad med den öppna planerade kök (kaffebryggare och diskmaskin), vardagsrum (med mysig Coonara trä värmare) och matplats (bord för 12 personer) är det centrala navet, men då mer formella loungen erbjuder en lugn plats för de vuxna att fly för några fredliga tid. Det finns 2 sovrum i denna nedre område med ett badrum och en 2: a toalett och tvättstuga.

På övervåningen är hem till ytterligare 6 sovrum och 2 badrum och har en barn reträtt att titta på TV från de vuxna.

Det finns en luftkonditionering både upp och ner, och kanalise värme hela. Fastigheten erbjuder Netflix för bildupplevelsen och gratis WiFi.

Att återskapa: Det finns 8 sovrum, 3 badrum, plus en separat toalett, 3 vardagsrum, plus en tunnland att utforska och en pool och spa att koppla av och en trampolin att spela på.

Fabulous house

Return visit

This was our second stay at Magnolia in Rye. As a group of seniors, (some couples, some singles), the 8 bedrooms work so well. The house is very comfortable with multiple living spaces and a fabulous kitchen. The pool and spa are a great inclusion.

Nice house and pool but…

We had a nice stay but there was a lot of noise at night including what sounded like fights out on the street. We had 165 deducted with no communication after the stay and are unable to communicate with owners. Would not stay again.

Great Weekend at Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia cottage is an exceptional place for women's weekends and groups in general, as well as families. Only 2 of our group of 9 had to share a room and this is a rare find. The house is spacious, and lovely with two large living areas and an attractive long Deck, but what our group loved was the spa and pool. Fabulous. The house was really well equipped with everything you could need and in a great location. Couldn't really ask for more. We will be back.

Cozy and clean

Third time at this property when a group of us do the annual Mornington Peninsula Coastrek walk for charity. Always clean on arrival and very warm and cozy conditions await us after walking 30km!

Coastrek fundraising walk weekend

This is our 5th year of doing Coastrek in Sorrento and this is the perfect place for our group to relax afterwards - especially the hot spa has been great for our tired legs! The house was very clean and the kitchen had all utensils and amenities available for our stay.

Wonderful house for a big group

We were a group of 8 women walking 45km for the Coastrek challenge to raise money for Beyond Blue. This house was perfect - lots of bedrooms, spacious living areas, well appointed kitchen and a hot tub for the after walk relaxation. It was warm and cozy on arrival and very clean. We are hoping to return for next years event!

Great family holiday

My family of 16 stayed here and had a wonderful time. The upstairs rumpus room was a great area for the kids. And the multiple Living areas meant we all had space. Will definitely come back

Excellent house for multi family trip!

This house is outstanding for a group holiday with multiple families. It is well equipped with plenty of the space. The upstairs bedroom configuration is brilliant and the pool and spa are just the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back

Amazing family home

The house is amazing. It has all the comforts one needs for a relaxing getaway. The house is very well equipped, the pool is amazing and the hosts were very accommodating. We stayed with family and kids and everyone loved it. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a golfing group

Clean, comfortable and fully stocked home. Very relaxing and perfect for a golf group of 12 playing courses on the Mornington Peninsula. We will definitely be back. Hosts were very helpful and always answered queries quickly.

Great property

Spacious house with a fantastic layout. Plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy the weekend away. Easy communication with Kristen. We had an issue with the spa heating after a storm and someone was immediately sent to fix the problem which was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful holiday home

This is a lovely holiday home to spend with extended family and friends. Lots of different living areas to allow teens and younger children to do their thing. Pool and spa were fantastic! Communication from Kristen made this all too easy and we are already planning to return!

Big and homey

Overall great place to stay, highly recommend. However was told we couldn't do early check-in due to high demand due to post Covid19 easing of restrictions. Upon arrival deck chairs and tables had cob webs. I believe we were the first people to stay in the house so not sure why we couldn't do early check-in. Also very dusty behind the windows and a number of people of our group become very sensitive to the carpet downstairs. Would suggest a deep clean. but overall its got everything you need. Well equiped.

Perfect Large House for Family/Friends Group

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family getaway with a few families with kids. Large living areas, beautiful, large pool and small, trampoline, and plenty of toys for the kids. Everything was very clean as well. We would happily stay again. The property managers were also very responsive with any questions or requests.

Excellent bedroom layout. Also great location. 15min walk to the beach (although a little far for the way back with kids). Excellent selection of toys.
