Beläget på Wolgan Road på Lidsdale, 20 minuter väster om Lithgow.

Fyra sovrum hus rymmer upp till tio. Två drottning, en dubbelsäng, fyra k / enkelsängar plus en sittgrupp bra för barn. Det finns också en rymlig matsal / vardagsrum och en solig veranda. Två badrum, varvid en handikappanpassade. Fullt utrustat kök med diswasher, en tvättstuga med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Luftkonditionering / värme. Med Elektriska filtar också.

Stor sluten gård, gott om utrymme att springa runt med massor av off parkeringsplatser tillgängliga.

Great place to stay for a family group

We had a great stay at the Old Postie, suited us perfectly with a family of disparate adults who needed separate rooms.

Perfect as Always

My family and I stayed at the old postie for the week, as we had previously stayed. Again, it was perfect for what we required. Plenty of room for the kids and perfectly central to everything to see and do in the wider area. We will definitely be back. Pat is a tremendous host!

A wonderful homely feel

The Old Postie is a fantastic place to relax. Very peaceful and plenty of room for the kids to roam and explore. Plus it has all the creature comforts of home! Pat is an amazing host!! We will definitely be back.

Rustic homestead

A quiet location, about 15 mins past Lithgow. Accommodation was comfortable and warm even though it was around 2° overnight. A substantial breakfast was in the fridge on arrival. Our stay was to babysit the small grandchildren so house was a good size for that.

Excellent Stay.

We had a fantastic stay. Four nights. The house ia amazing, very relaxing and makes you feel right at home. Very clean and tidy and lots of room. The beds were so comfy too. We were up for a wedding and came away very happy. Highly recommended. Thanks again Pat. :)

Quiet and convenient

We chose to stay at The Old Postie Lidsdale as it was convenient to our event in the Blue Mountains and our trip home from our holiday in the Central West. Patricia was a very attentive host who made sure everything was ready for our arrival. She generously provided the makings of a meal for us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the nights were peaceful, despite being near some busy roads.

Great family stay

This place is a real gem to stay in near Newnes- old world charm, plenty of room for 10 and very well stocked with goodies. Pat even provided breakfast the first morning and was contactable if we needed anything. We will be back

Great property

Great property with everything you need. Thank you Pat, our 2night stay was so easy. Beautiful surprise to find some bacon, eggs, juice, milk & bread upon arrival. It's an older property with a lot of charm, very reasonably priced.

Perfect

We stayed (unfortunately) for only one night. The photos don't do this place justice - it's much nicer than we expected :) Breakfast as well as tea/coffee/biscuits provided, warm and comfy beds. The kids loved it too.

Great weekend

We weren't sure what to expect but were very happily surprised by The Old Postie. The cottage is quirky and interesting, comfortable, warm, full of character- and spotless. Pat made us most welcome with lots of small touches like colouring pencils in the children's room and milk in the fridge. The children played hide and seek for ages, and we loved all the old furniture. The location of Lidsdale itself is nothing spectacular but it is extremely well placed for exploring: we visited the glow worm tunnel and Capertee Valley and ate out in Lithgow. Great weekend, great house!
