Welcome to the Retro Rendezvous! A fun, funky, vibey hangout where 1970s groovy meets 1980s pop art, with a millennial flair. With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is room for the whole crew! We’re close to all of Denver’s major attractions: 15 mins to downtown, 15 mins to the foothills, 7 mins to Old own Arvada, 25 mins to Boulder, and 35 mins to Denver Airport. Pack your bags, gather your squad, and come experience the coolest home in Denver. The vibes are *immaculate* as the cool kids say.

• What's in the neighborhood? Take a 5-minute stroll to parks and a playground, or venture ~1 mile for your essentials: grocery store, Starbucks, liquor store, laundromat, and more. The light rail is conveniently located ~1-2 miles away.


THE BEDROOMS
Picture this: stepping into a room that's not just a place to catch some zzz's, but an immersive experience. From funky patterns to pop culture nods, these themes are the secret sauce that makes our VRBO stand out from the crowd. Basic bedrooms are so last century right?? Each bedroom is uniquely designed and hand painted by yours truly. All bedrooms have a cozy king or queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a closet, and a dresser.

🚀 Spaced Out: Ever wondered what happens when Gen Z ventures into outer space? Well, wonder no more! Our Spaced Out room is an intergalactic journey inspired by the cosmic imaginations of the coolest generation.
🍩 Donut Worry, Be Happy: Donut popart-themed bedroom with a queen bed. Life is sweet!
⛰️ Mountain Madness: Take a hike without leaving your room! And enjoy the perks of your own tv and an attached half bathroom.
🪩 Pink Disco: Calling all kings and queens of the dance floor! This large king bedroom is decked out with a tasteful accent wall that screams disco vibes.
💄 Bubblegum Glam: Step into a realm where Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and Bridgett Bardot reign supreme. This queen bedroom is a tribute to the ultimate boss women.

THE KITCHENS 🍳
Double the fun with not one, but two fully equipped kitchens! Dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker – we've got all the modern must-haves covered. We provide complimentary coffee for all you caffeine addicts out there. We’ve also got a washer and dryer in the downstairs kitchen.

THE LIVING ROOMS 🛋️
Dive into a good book, binge-watch your favorite shows on the Smart TVs, or level up your game night. The upstairs couch transforms into a full-sized bed.

THE BATHROOMS 🛁
Two full bathrooms are complete with a shower, bathtub, and a bidet-equipped toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience. There is a half-bath attached to the Mountain Madness bedroom.

OFFICE 🧑‍💻
Calling all WFH warriors! Private office space with a door - perfect for remote work! There are also two monitors on the desk (not pictured) which will make multi-tasking a breeze.

OUTDOOR SPACES 🌳
Let kids and pets roam free in the large, fully-fenced backyard. Host a BBQ with our provided grill, play bags/cornhole, or relax at the outdoor dining table with seating for six.

PARKING 🚗
Parking is convenient with two driveway spaces and ample free street parking.

Rally your squad and prepare for an unforgettable stay! There isn’t anything else like it! We can’t wait to host you!

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home, except for the garage which is being used for storage.

Other things to note
-IMPORTANT: For insurance purposes, after booking I will send you a link to a form so you can enter your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
-No more than 3 dogs at a time - please make sure the gate is closed before leaving them in the yard. Note that you are responsible for cleaning up any dog poop in the yards - bags, poop scooper and a disposal bin are provided to make this easier.
-Trash is picked up on Thursday mornings so you may see us on the property on Wednesday evenings or Thursday mornings putting the bins on the street. We may ask you to roll the bins back Thursday afternoon.
-No parties, no smoking indoors. Smoking tobacco, weed, and vaping is only allowed outside.
