This home was absolutely perfect for our family! It had everything we needed and more! The owners were awesome to work with. We had a refrigerator problem when we got there and he came down and checked it out asap! We would definitely recommend staying here! Wonderful!!!!

Annual Baker Family Lake Vacation

Excellent proporty for our varied ages and mobilities! This was our second year staying here, and hope the new owners keep it available for our future annual family vacations. Despite the very high water making use of the dock off limits, the water access was still good by anchoring out. Water was rough with a lot of debris, while fishing was not as fruitful as years past it was adequate for a good fish fry! The kids all had a blast. The house is well furnished with nearly everything needed for cooking meals. We will be keeping an eye on this property for another stay July of 2026 for another round of great memories with Grammy and Poppy!

This property was the perfect location to getaway to rest and reset. There was ample space to wonder and explore. 30 acres is more than enough space to find alone time in nature. The hosts were attentive and ensured that we were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Such a peaceful, spacious space! Comfy beds, extremely clean, and stocked with everything you need. We lucked out with great weather and enjoyed the wonderful outdoor space and stunning views. We plan to stay here again!

Can’t Be Beat!

Every year for the past 10 years we’ve booked a family weekend at a vacation rental. This property is hands down the best place we’ve stayed. We’ve stayed in some very nice rentals over the years, but seemed like there was always something that could’ve been a bit better. This one has it all! Comfy beds & furnishings, outstanding outdoor space and stunning view. We are already planning our next visit.

We had the absolute best 5 days staying here! Page was so friendly and helpful, the house was beautiful and the views amazing. We had a blast taking our little boat out on the lake, swimming, and just enjoying the views from the deck. We can’t wait to do it again!

Blissful tranquility

This place is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful and so peaceful. I booked it for a much needed rest and relaxation vacation and it delivered! I brought my 2 basset hounds who loved watching the ducks, boats and cows! It's a great place to get back in touch with nature. Page was so nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family place

We had family from several states come together and there was plenty of beds for everyone. The house and the grounds were a perfect setting for a family reunion. It's a picture perfect spot on Grand Lake. Very private and beautiful. The owner was very nice and helpful. We loved our stayy and we will come back!

Weekend getaway

Very nice place to stay, the house was clean and there was plenty of room for all 9 adults that stayed there. Views of the lake from the house are great as well. Page (the owner) was good at taking care of any questions that we had. I would like to return as soon as possible for a longer stay possibly!

Perfect location. Super clean and well stocked. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Very private. Host was attentive and helpful but not nosey or intrusive. If you give it a shot you will want to come back again and again. Also, pet friendly!

I married my wife just out of high school and have two beautiful daughters. Went to Grand Lake on a vacation and fell in love with this family estate and purchased it for my retirement and sanity.

Lakefront 2,300 sq ft, 5 bedroom home and brand new 1,500 sq ft deck on Grand Lake sits on 28 acres of private land with 1/2 mile of beachfront shoreline (no stairs and no neighbors). You can launch your boat on the property and enjoy covered parking for all your vehicles.
