Ligger bara 400 meter från stranden och en kort promenad till centrum, det är i ett idealiskt läge för en avkopplande semester. Detta nyligen avslutade dubbla våningar hem har några av de bästa utsikterna i Ocean Grove. Huset har fem rymliga kung sovrum ger varje gäst högsta nivå av komfort och möjlighet att sova upp till 11 gäster.
Detta hus är perfekt för en grupp av familjer, med en öppen planlösning på övervåningen finns gott om plats att koppla av tillsammans och på egen hand.

Vi erbjuder gäster med möjlighet att höga stolar, en port-a-spjälsäng och trappa grind. Den övre våningen vardagsrummet är utrustad med en 70 tums smart tv och en 90 tums projektorduk perfekt för filmvisning.

En trappa upp finns en rymlig öppen planlösning över kök, matsal och vardagsrum, det är en gas brasa plats och reverserande enhet. Varje rum har elektrisk panel uppvärmning och sovrummet har också en omvänd cykel enhet.

Det finns tre trall områden runt huset liksom bakgård som är helt inhägnad för privatlivet. Bakgården Området är equipt med en sol uppvärmd åtta meter lång pool för dem som inte älskar befolkade stränder på sommaren.

Spacious and easy getaway

We had a great stay with family. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Great size kitchen/dining/ lounge rooms. Pool was great, and the kids loved the temperature. Easy to walk to beach and shops. Communication with Julie was quick and efficient.

An amazing stay.

Julie’s place was the perfect home for our large family of 10 adults and 3 young kids. It has everything you’ll need for a fantastic holiday. A great location with zones for all to have their own space if needed. Julie is also a brilliant and responsive host who is there whenever you need her. We highly recommend this place.

family holiday

great property that housed our 3 families, providing bathroom facilities for each. pool over the hot weekend was a bonus plus short drive to very safe beach for the grandchildren. Lift to top floor helped us oldies get up the stairs.

Great house for multiple families

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is suitable for several families , we had 3 families and it was perfect. 6 adults, 5 kids and a baby and still plenty of space, we never felt like we were on top of eachother. The kitchen is very practical and multiple living rooms is great. Not having to bring linen , towels and beach towels was helpful also. Location is good , walking distance to the shops. Julie was really prompt replying to my questions and helpful, with an early check in and late check out. Thankyou Julie .

Great location, beautiful home!

Amazing property, clean and included everything you need for a great family getaway. Only downside was getting in and out of the driveway from the busy main road. Other than that it was perfect! Also property manager was great to deal with, very helpful and friendly.

Family get together for a special birthday

Beautiful home in great location

There were 7 of us on the stay. 5 adults and two 17 year olds. The home is beautifully appointed, with great views, and an easy walk into town. The host was great - we had a small issue with one heater not working and Julie was very responsive. The home is so large that everyone had their own space, and also enough space for us all to come together over meals and a movie. We will definitely be back.

Truly relaxing high class

What a great location with beautiful views and an easy walk to the beach and the centre of town! The fabulous open plan kitchen/ dining/ lounge area with gas fire was perfect for our 4 couples to share in spacious comfort. Every bedroom was beautiful with super comfortable beds. Excellent supplies in the kitchen with plentiful glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots, containers, everything you need in an up-market kitchen. This was a truly relaxing place in which to holiday!

Wonderful property for multiple generations

We recently stayed for a week with three generations of one family. The property was excellent, with plenty of space for everyone, a well-appointed kitchen and the lift was amazing for my father who would have struggled with the stairs. The views from the balcony at the top of the property are beautiful! Easy check-in process. I would thoroughly recommend! Thank you

Fabulous Family Holiday

This is our second time at 153A The Parade and again we had a fabulous time. The house fits all our family with room to spare. The house is wonderful for my dad and all his needs, Julie is wonderful and put extra railings and seats up in the bathroom. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Absolutely amazing accomodation

This house is next level! The location, the look, the amenities, the cleanliness! All 11/10!!! Couldn’t recommend staying here more highly for a large group. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist myself and my family out! The house is very lux and has very high end features. Location is great. We can’t wait for our next stay here.
