Amazing house for family groups

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We stayed at the property with 3 family groups. Great central location to all the main attractions. Very clean and well sized property. Very enjoyable stay

Condition awful

The property was large enough for two families but the overall condition was awful. The lawn and garden area was overgrown with long grass and weeds and not safe for the children to use the space. The bbq was filthy as was the oven and could not be used. Neither Tastics in the bathrooms would work, and one had a globe hanging out. Lots of dust under furniture as well as previous tenants rubbish. We had to purchase cleaning products to scrub the showers, toilets, kitchen and childrens bunks. With little response from Luke re the condition, and not much better from Stayz we were extremely upset and disappointed that this house can be advertised showing very old and misleading photos as to the condition. We were looking forward to our time in Cowes with our interstate visitors but feel annoyed by this experience and do not recommend this property.

Great trip

Group of 5 women, had a fantastic time at Luke's holiday house. Spacious and comfortable. Luke was very generous with check-in and out times.

Spent a wonderful night here with friends. House was big & plenty of room for the 10 of us.

Luke's communication was fantastic & we were lucky to be able to get a late checkout which made for a relaxing Sunday for us. Would highly recommend this property.

Easy and Comfortable stay

Property boasts generous indoor living spaces and modern finishes. Very clean and well equipped for any groups. A perfect short stays accommodation. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach and just under that for the centre of Cowes so keep this in mind as it isnt a overly quick walk. In saying that we still did it and it was a lovely walk in good weather.

A lovely weekend

A fantastic beach house to stay in, plenty of space for everyone. The house is clean and it has a lovely garden to enjoy. There is plenty of things to do in Phillip Island. The farmers market on Church Hill Island was splendid.

Philip Island nature indulgence

The property is even bigger then on the photos, very clean, everything is very comfortable, good linen, towels, kitchen items. Location is close to all main attractions.We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Luke for providing us a very good experience and for supplementary, water, Tim Tam and milk. For our overseas relatives the Tim Tam was a little treat.

Beautiful home for a large family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with eight Adults and five children. It was roomy, bright with all the amenities at your disposal. We were across the road from the Carnival which was so handy. Great summer holiday
