Fantastic Stay!

We enjoyed 6 nights in this rental with our family of 4. We arrived on our flight and the hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in several hours early. Everything was clean and some starter essentials like dish pods, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper were available. The best part was the location…it took us about 2 minutes to walk to the beach and because it’s further from the downtown area this section of beach was far less crowded. There were also several good restaurants very close and many others about a 5-10 minute walk away.

This place is perfectly situated and had a very comfy, homey feeling. It had everything we needed to make our vacation as simple as possible!

Great time

We have been coming to Indian Rocks for about 5 years and this place was walking distance to everything we love to do. We can walk to pickleball, the beach restaurant and watch the sunset every night. Having outdoor space was nice also.comfortable and clean.

The house is super clean, in a great neighborhood and has everything you need. Close to great restaurants and the beach. We used it as our home base for spring training baseball games.

Great Location!

We loved our time at the beach house. Being only 1 block away from the ocean was amazing for our kids to allow them to come back and rest for the afternoon fun :)

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay! Close to beach we loved the location. Home was clean and had added little extras that were really nice. Home was clean and bed was comfortable. Host was really nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Another great stay!

This was our second time renting the property and we had a wonderful time again! The home was very clean and includes everything you could need. The property manager is great at communicating and gives you plenty of information about the home prior to your arrival. We will definitely be renting again!

Wonderful place to stay!

I recently rented this property for myself, husband, and one year old. Check in was very easy and the home is extremely clean. We loved how close it was to the beach and how it was within walking distance to several restaurants. I would highly recommend renting this home and will definitely stay again.

Great location and host

We were very pleased with the house on 22nd Avenue. The hosts provided extensive information on the house and area for us. We were repeat visitors to the St Pete/Clearwater area and wanted to check out this part of the metro area. Great spot with plenty of beach and dining options, which were our priority.

Homeaway winter getaway

This house had the perfect location! Close to beach access and restaurants. Had all the amenities needed. Nice yard with front and back porches to sit out and listen to the birds and relax for the evening. We wanted to book for next year but others beat us to it. Definitely a great stay!

House was good. Cute and small, but we didn't need much. Location was great to be near beach and being able to walk. Not to have worry about driving. Would stay again.

We have a friend with a property in the same area, and since the very first time we visit Indian Rocks Beach we felt in paradise. We decided to buy a property walking distance from the beautiful white sandy beach and every time we stay in the house we wish we can stay there longer. Our son really love playing in the water.

Location and amenities are the best benefits of this house. The house is just 3 minutes walking from the beach. The neighborhood is quite, safe and peaceful. We keep everything in the house in good condition. We try to have in the house everything needed to enjoy vacations: a clean place, a kitchen well equipped. High Speed Internet, HDTV in each room, premium cable, a desk with a laser printer in case you needed. A high chair and a Play Yard for a baby. The house have a large back yard with a patio and a charcoal BBQ.
