Välkommen till paradiset! ANNA MARIA ISLAND är den första av barriäröarna som ligger längs Floridas Gulf Coast. Den är ungefär 7 mil lång och 1/2 mil bred. Det är känt för vackra stränder, hisnande solnedgångar och en båtbelastning med riktigt trevliga människor. Aktiviteten som nummer ett i området är att INGENTA OCH SLUTA PÅ STRANDEN.

Detta charmiga STRANDHUS är undangömt på en mycket tyst gata i den sömniga norra änden av ön. Det är det andra huset från stranden utan vägar för att blockera åtkomsten. Om du öppnar ditt sovrumsfönster på natten, kommer det enda ljudet att vara den rullande bränningen på stranden. Detta är verkligen den BÄSTA PLATSEN på ön.

Din ytterdörr är mindre än 30 sekunder från den mest PRISTINA STRANDEN i Florida. Sanden är som pulveriserat socker. Det blir aldrig varmt på dina fötter eftersom det är 99% rent kvarts. Relaxing

The property is cozy and fit our family of 5 well. The closeness to the beach is amazing. We saw all kinds of wildlife including being only 5 feet away from a manatee. It is close to great restaurants and shopping, we never drove far to eat out. Kitchen is great we never had to look for anything.

Everything was as advertised. Steps onto the beach. Plenty of room. Beach supplies. Option to check out early or late was worth it. Restaurants in walking distance. Would book again! And the host was great!

Just Right

The apartment is very clean, with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels. Proximity to the beach was as best as could be without being directly on the water. Stephanie was a perfect host and was available immediately for any questions we had. The only complaint we have is the upstairs guests could be heard. We could hear them walking above us as well as their 2 dogs barked frequently. But that was very minor. We would definitely come back again and stay at this very adorable unit.

A little bit of heaven

Every expectation for our time of much needed R&R was exceeded. Our rental was clean, peaceful, within steps of the beach. Our hostess, Stephanie, was very accessible to any questions we had. We definitely plan to come back and we don’t need to research rental homes, we have our home away from home on Ana María Island. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Great family vacation!

This rental has everything you need. beach access is right outside, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, the kids room has great toys and books. The bathrooms are dated but overall the rental was clean it was such and easy check in/out process

Love Anna Maria!!

Our 3rd time staying at Stephanie’s seaside sanctuary! Absolutely love the location - proximity to beach, pine street shops and Rod and Reel pier restaurant. Cozy and functional beach accommodations, with laundry and a shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagons. (Grandkids even made the shed their Fort!) Anna Maria island is max relax and Stephanie is a pleasure to work with!!

Immaculate and steps from the beach

This beach house was exactly what we were looking for. Private, close to the beach, and well-equipped. Stephanie thought of everything, and even intervened when we were woken up by a noisy construction crew at a neighboring property! She contacted the owner right away, and no more early morning noise. She truly went above and beyond! We were able to walk to restaurants. And also, enjoyed the full, modern kitchen with every amenity you could think of. And did I mention the mattresses? The most comfortable I have ever slept on in a vacation rental! Great place for a relaxing beach vacation :)

Seaside Sanctuary was Awesome! Literally, seconds to the beach and the most beautiful Sunsets!

Seaside Sanctuary was the best, was clean and just as described in listing, literally just a few steps from front door and your on the beach. If you want a worry free vacation just call Stephanie. She literally thought of everything. My only regret was we didn’t stay longer. Thanks Stephanie!! For all your help!!!

Great location and cozy vacation home

The owner is fantastic for any communication that you need and the beach is only a short walk (15 seconds?) away. House comes with pretty much everything. This was our second stay at this vacation house and hope to comeback again!

Fantastic location!!!

We added a bonus day to our first trip to AMI and really appreciated so much about this vacation property. Stephanie was extremely responsive and accommodating to our situation and worked hard to provide early access as we were in between stays. Check in was very detailed and thorough. The house had many special touches such as a welcome treat for our dogs and cold bottles water/soda! The location is fantastic, literally steps from the beach. After staying near Holmes Beach the previous week, we really loved the quieter end of the island and the house being at the end of the street, so no traffic. We enjoyed a nice carry-out dinner on the front porch with a lovely breeze! Yet the location is still close to Pine St shopping and area restaurants.

Amazing location

The location of the home really made a week long beach trip with 2 kids run very smoothly! The house is accurately described. Having access to the beach toys, chairs, etc, etc was very helpful! Loved our stay and will be back!

Great location to the beach and local food

The house was spotless and in the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. It is well equipped in the kitchen and for the beach (toys, towels, umbrella, and more). Walking distance to a great coffee shop and taqueria. Stephanie was friendly, helpful, and very professional. We will go back this year. I stayed with my spouse and 2 children ages 4 and 7. Lovely place for a nice family vacation.

Great place and great location!

Stayed here the whole week of Thanksgiving 2020. Location is perfect...very short walk to the beach, walkable to restaurants and shops. House has everything you need and more! Quieter end of the island so the beach is not too packed.
