Cozy accomodation in a prime location within Cowes

This place is great value for money, a cozy but spacious place to stay that's in a really convenient ocean front location just a short walk from the main strip in Cowes. Kids playground is directly across the road but far enough away not to be disturbing. There's a little traffic noise from louder vehicles being on the ground floor and right on the corner of The Esplanade and Steele St, but nothing particularly disturbing. Really straightforward for access and convenient off street parking. Happy with our choice for our stay and would comfortably stay here again. Thanks.

Great location

This Property was in a great location which helped make our stay more enjoyable. On checking in the key safe was very difficult to open but eventually managed. I am reluctant to but have to mention I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Glasses and crockery were dirty and had to be washed before use. The top bunk mattress had stains on which smelt very unclean, as you laid on bottom bunk and looked up to the top you could see through the slats. I do not want to be too critical of the place as like I stated the location was fantastic and the property has great potential. I was just let down by the cleanliness side. I would return to this place if in future if i knew it would be properly clean.

convenient location for the town.

The layout and facilities were good. It did get noisy for a time when the pub next door closed, and the cleaner obviously had an off day. Otherwise a great location with all the town a short walk away and water views.

Not so good.

The unit is very tired. Linen needs an update. Informed no wifi "at the moment" on day before we arrived. Unit across road from park where council empty bins and clean bbqs very early in morning.

Lovely weekend away

Stayed over the weekend with my family of 4. Excellent location as we have a toddler and the park is a cross the road.Beach is beautiful and also close to the apartment. Loved it and would comeback again. Thank you 😊

A great place to stay in Cowes!

We stayed at The Waves for three nights in the summer holidays and enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was perfectly positioned for the playground, beach and an easy walk into town for our two young children. The children were very happy with the bunks in the kitchenette as they had their own TV and were separate to the main bedroom, which had its own TV as well. The apartment was clean and inviting. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. Thanks for a great place to stay on Phillip Island! We would love to stay here again for future holidays!
