convenient location for the town.

The layout and facilities were good. It did get noisy for a time when the pub next door closed, and the cleaner obviously had an off day. Otherwise a great location with all the town a short walk away and water views.

Lovely weekend away

Stayed over the weekend with my family of 4. Excellent location as we have a toddler and the park is a cross the road.Beach is beautiful and also close to the apartment. Loved it and would comeback again. Thank you 😊

Definitely be back

Such a lovely property and we had an amazing time. It’s nice and clean and had everything we needed. We come down to Cowes quite a bit and love walking into the main part of town and the location of the apartment couldn’t be any better. Thank you so much for having us.

Cozy accomodation in a prime location within Cowes

This place is great value for money, a cozy but spacious place to stay that's in a really convenient ocean front location just a short walk from the main strip in Cowes. Kids playground is directly across the road but far enough away not to be disturbing. There's a little traffic noise from louder vehicles being on the ground floor and right on the corner of The Esplanade and Steele St, but nothing particularly disturbing. Really straightforward for access and convenient off street parking. Happy with our choice for our stay and would comfortably stay here again. Thanks.

A great place to stay in Cowes!

We stayed at The Waves for three nights in the summer holidays and enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was perfectly positioned for the playground, beach and an easy walk into town for our two young children. The children were very happy with the bunks in the kitchenette as they had their own TV and were separate to the main bedroom, which had its own TV as well. The apartment was clean and inviting. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. Thanks for a great place to stay on Phillip Island! We would love to stay here again for future holidays!

Great escape from the maddening crowd

My spouse and I took a moment to get away. The location was brilliant with a short walk to the beach and world class restaurants. Extremely satisfied with the communication of the property manager. Thankyou So much. I will be in contact again :)

Great Short Stay

We loved our last minute two night stay at Phillip Island; this was the perfect spot - right across the road from the park (our son was delighted!) and the beach. Comfortable bedding, quiet, good blinds (kept the room dark throughout bright sunshine) and a fantastic shower (oh that massage jet!). Only things we'd suggest for improvement is the provision of bath mats for the bathroom (shower had a tendency to leak = wet and slippery tiles) and a key for the sliding door so we didn't have to go around the building to get to the beach. But all in all a lovely spot and we look forward to returning.
