Great Location

We really enjoyed staying here. The view each day looking across the golf course to the mountains was beautiful. It is in a great location that is close to everything.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and location of the home were perfect for my family during spring break. The grocery store is not far and downtown is right down the road. We will be back!

Gorgeous Views

Home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We so enjoyed just sitting on the patio, soaking in the sun, with the most beautiful views of the mountains, golf course, pond, fountain and pool. Perfect place to unwind!

Palm Springs getaway

Nice lunch at the clubhouse. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Unfortunately, we couldn't spend much time outdoors due to bad air quality.

Amazing Villa

This was an amazing place to stay and I was informed all the time about options like turning on the heat for the pool and Hot tub. Plus a 3 ring binder for the unit and for other activities. 100% satisfied!

Great Vacation

We were so impressed with this home. Great floor plan, comfortable beds, great showers and bathrooms. Nice quality washer and dryer. Decor was tastefully done and furniture very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the golfers on Par 3. Bikes were available too. The complex is very safe and easy to get some exercise. We loved it and will be back.

The place was so clean and organized. There is a booklet that explains everything. I never had to contact the owner because there was no need to. Would definitely book again if have the chance to.

Property management team quick to handle problems

The Evolve property management team was very helpful when we needed assistance while staying here. I would give them five stars, but I would not choose to stay at this property or refer a friend here. In our experience, the owners use of remote access for features of the house left us feeling surveilled and very uncomfortable. It was something we were acutely aware of our entire stay. We felt as though we had the owner with us in the house during our time here. That aside, I would stay at another property within this community, it was very peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful and worth a 5 rating. It is well described within the reviews and host’s description. Kitchen was well appointed. There are beautiful views of the mountains and the property is in a safe gated community. The outside space is great and feels like being in a secluded lovely environment. The only issue was that the chlorine level in the pool was 10x higher than the maximum accepted safe level of 4ppm (ANSI/APSP/ICP-5, The American Standard for Residential Inground pools). We are pool owners ourselves and brought a test kit with us due to bad experiences with pool water quality at other rental properties. We reached out to the host prior to the visit and the response was confidence in the pool service company he uses and without prior guests complaints over the years. Unfortunately, that turned out to not be the case during our stay, which resulted in one of us getting a painful rash/itch that lasted 2 weeks. We would love to stay at the property again if that was resolved.

AWESOME HOUSE!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It is in a gated/guarded golf community. We spent 3 out of 5 days just hanging at the house. Easy assess to many things in Palm Springs but still tucked away for quiteness. The grounds are gorgeous. We loved sitting out on the back porch drinking our coffee in the morning waving at the golfers playing and zipping around on their little golf carts. It's the kind of property I would love to own if I could afford it for more than 5 days. Comfy beds. Great kitchen! An awesome zoo closeby. Easy access and the safety of security making rounds. Clean and secure, This house is awesome!

Perfect Stay

The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated and good location. We were two couples and were quite comfortable. Both bedrooms are en suite. Centrally located to downtown Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm desert (about 15-20 to each). Located in a beautiful gated golf community. The view from the kitchen, LR and patio is fantastic. House sits on a par 3 with a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. We enjoyed watching the golfers play the hole. We didn't get a chance to play the course, but I believe renters get the same discount as residents, which according to the website is reasonable for the area. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Palm Springs!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was a great size for cooking, and this place was beyond clean! The location was perfect and close to downtown Palm Springs and it was very quiet. The pool and spa were comfy. Patio furniture was perfect. Overall lovely stay! Would come back again and again!

Palm Springs Fun

This place was awesome! Perfect view, clean and great location. Close to so many things. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived and Winston responded immediately. Will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We enjoyed our much needed vacation here at this beautiful home. We spent most of our time on the patio or in the pool. It was very quiet and private. The house has all the appliances and amenities that anyone would need. Diffently will rent again if available.

Beautiful surroundings with a great pool & spa

Can't say enough about this home, it was amazingly clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew they did a fabulous job. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful backyard, pool and spa. Whether you want to lounge, eat, read or sunbathe there is a perfect spot set up so u can comfortably enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the dining table is perfectly set up infront of a large window so u can dine with a view of the mountains, golf course and lake. It was so quiet and peaceful. Wonderfully appointed master bedroom with a King bed and in suite bathroom with a walk in shower was great. There was even a small office great for getting a lil work done. Can't wait to come back again!

Perfect house for two couples!

This house was very clean and the perfect size for two couples. Plenty of room for two couples and the floor plan is perfect with both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The pool is a great size and the view is spectacular. Beds and living space were spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect holiday

We spent hours and hours looking at villa's before we found the perfect one for our needs, we originally booked this villa for September 2020 to relax after our son's wedding. Because of covid it was cancelled and rebooked for 2021 then cancelled again. We finally managed to come this year and boy was it worth the wait. The villa was amazing,really clean and well presented, with everything you would need during your stay. The view's looking over the lake , golf course and mountains was fabulous ,and the estate was very peaceful and well maintained. With plenty of shopping, restaurants and places of interest to visit near by there's something for everyone. The scenery is breathtaking especially from the top of San Jacinto Peak. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast by the pool in the morning's watching the golfer's trying not to hit their ball into the lake! We can highly recommend this villa as it is absolutely perfect.

Views for days

It’s our third stay in this home. The view is spectacular. And it has everything you need to just sit back and relax. The pool is a plus. Looking forward to returning.
