Kasta i den pittoreska utsikten över sjön Oneida i vår moderna duplex vid stranden, "The Emily." Stuga nummer 22. Beläget i hjärtat av Sylvan Beach, precis intill Harpoon Eddie's!

Det är nu privatägt och inom Shangri-La Sunset Cottages. Denna enhet är belägen på huvudnivån i "The Treehouse" -duplexen. (Vi har också "Cuckoo Cottage" och den övre enheten "Treehouse".)

Perfekt storlek med två sovrum - Båda sovrummen har stora sängar. Den öppna planlösningen vardagsrummet har en kärlek plats och matsal för 4, med en TV för lite inuti underhållning. Köket är utrustat med ett sortiment, mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna och kylskåp. Alla krukor, kastruller, diskar, glas och bestick tillhandahålls. Vi erbjuder gratis WiFi, kabel-TV och AC!

* Ta med egna sängkläder, kuddar, filtar, handdukar och tvättdukar eftersom dessa inte tillhandahålls.

Privat (gratis) parkering rymmer 2-3 bilar. Ligger förbi paviljongen bakom banken. Det finns också parkering på gatan tillgänglig.

Du behöver inte checka in eftersom det finns en kodad post. Du kommer att få ett meddelande innan du checkar in med din kod.

Den östra stranden av Oneida sjön är grunt, sandig och är bra för barn och vuxna i alla åldrar. Njut av bad, sola, fiska, se barnen leka i sanden, göra vattensporter, kolla in båtarna längs kanalen eller hyra en båt från en närliggande marina! Var noga med att kolla in en evenemangskalender eftersom det händer mycket under hela sommaren!

Bli barn igen på Historic Sylvan Beach Amusement Park, bara en kort promenad ner på vägen! Njut av middagar och underhållning på Harpoon Eddie's - precis bredvid! Prova lyckan eller se en show på Turning Stone Casino - Det handlar om en 20 minuters bilresa. Satsa på hästarna på Vernon Downs Racing. Upplev trendiga shopping och restauranger på Destiny USA i Syracuse. Bara en kort promenad till DiCastro's Private Beach Club om du deltar i ett bröllop.

Here For Grandma

We booked this property as a compliment to our parents staying at Verona Beach camping. We skipped the tent and went for this little cottage. We absolutely loved waking up in the morning and opening the door to see the lake. It was plenty of room as the outside was where we wanted to be more than inside. A quick walk to the amusement area and a great meal at Harpoon Eddies. We did breakfast daily at the Pancake House. The kids loved the bunk beds. The shower was amazing. We will return. Thank you for having this place as an available option when we come to see grandma all the way from Chicago. Parking was easy as well with the parking pass.

The location was great but the property was not so great

The cabin was very small, with very uncomfortable beds. The floors were dirty, and the shower was extremely small and full of mold on the bottom. It was not worth the price we paid. I was not happy with the cabin itself. The TV didn't always work, and the internet was mostly off and on. Not a great cabin for the price.

Great 4th of July week

The property owner was very easy to get in contact with via Vrbo, and she answered all of our questions and even gave us some useful tips we didn't even think about asking. Booking was easy. The property is well maintained and literally right on the beach. It's conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything-restaurants, amusement park, Dollar General and Circle K, etc. The cottage is small like the pictures show, but you probably won't be inside often anyway. There is an upper and lower unit which i believe are identical, and we stayed in the upper. The attached unit is privately owned and shares a set of stairs, but has it's own balconies. The owners of that property were there for part of the week and are very nice. The week we were there, most of the tenants of the other units either owned them, or were regulars, and made my family and i feel welcomed. We were able to leave most of our items at the beach unattended if we needed to get out of the sun for a bit without any worry of getting robbed due to the beach being steps away from our doorstep. We will be returning!

Beach Cottage

This cottage was clean and cozy and had nice hot water in shower! Its right on Sylvan Beach and the views were amazing and Mia was so easy to deal with. Can't go wrong staying here

Room to breathe

We were so happy to be able to travel to central NY - one of the only states we are able to visit. This was a perfect place to stay, right on the water, walking distance to great ice cream and fabulous pancakes! The sunsets were incredible. The only downside were noisy neighbors, but overall, a great escape! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts.

Sylvan beach-Park Ave

The house was very nice and exactly as advertised. The location was awesome, so close to everything including the beach. Outside was cool with a picnic table and table and chairs to sit at and enjoy music in the park. Mia was great to work with and very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Would definitely return next year.... we loved it!!!

Perfect Lakefront family break

This little cottage perfectly suited our little families break. Right on Lake Oneida. The shallow water is great for kids. The cottage is small, but we didn't mind at all. Great for a short break of 4 nights.
