Overall a great place to stay with lovely views and all

Great place to stay, a lot of room for everything. However, One of the nights electricity cut off for like a minute and then all normal the next minute. The house has a side access door, I am not sure if one of the neighbours thought it was funny to do so as the electricity door was wide opened the next day or it was something else. The property itself has lovely view.

Family wedding

The property was absolutely filthy when we arrived there is mould in the cutlery draw. Mould in the range hood. The only thing that as cleaned was the bathrooms and the beds were made. I paid a cleaning fee and would like that back as I had to clean it first.

Quite happy with everything, there was only one spare toilet roll in each toilet and only two teatowels. I was surprised that there was no light switch at the bottom of the stairs, very dark to walk up.

Great House!

The property is small, but the inside of the house is nice and big. Great heater. We enjoyed our stay. I will say that if youre planning on doing more than snags or bacon and eggs, make sure you bring extra items like measuring spoons etc. There were also no scissors in the kitchen which impeded us a bit haha. I think the owners should do a thorough walk through/stay the weekend so they can ascertain what is missing and what needs fixing as there were a few things we all noticed. But aside from that, it was a beautiful stay and the morning sun coming through the window is GORGEOUS

Fabulous weekender

Very nice property with fabulous views of the Gold Coast city lights. We loved how the sun fills the kitchen in the early morning. Very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses & much more. Don't forget your ground coffee as there is a dripolator & numerous plungers. Clean comfy beds & leather lounges. We definitely recommend this property.

Catchup with Queensland family

The house is very spacious & groups can have their own privacy if they want . The kitchen has all anyone should need & abundant entertaining items . The area is very lush & has plenty of walks & the shops are close enough . I’m a coffee lover & there’s plenty of cafes & shops to cater to everyone . The view’s nice enough from the front verandah .

Annual Family get-to-gether

We appreciated the spaciousness of all the rooms- we could spread out and didn’t feel at all crowded. Facilities all very good. Not so impressed with the flights of stairs — we had two eighty year olds and one recovering from a knee replacement!

Perfect getaway place!! Amazingly well stocked kitchen (all cooking equipment provided)!

We had a lovely time at this property. It was perfectly positioned right in the heart of Mt Tamborine and secluded enough that we felt immediately relaxed and away from life's dramas. The layout of the house is perfect for 2 families staying together... there are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms (with one common living area for everyone to have fun in together)! Kitchen was full of appliances and extra cooking equipment so if you want to cook on holiday, this is the place for you. Lots of entertaining platters (for wine and cheese night), as well as plenty of Tupperware to use for any leftovers. There was even a rice cooker and herb scissors!!! Extremely comfortable beds, wonderful claw footed bath and gas heater to keep us warm during the winter! We had a fantastic time and would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday away from it all!

The house is clean and was easy to be in. The verandahs made a fabulous addition to the common area

The house is well appointed with comfortable beds and nice linen. We all loved the quirky toilet seats! The car parking areas and under house space was great for us. It’s a bit noisy, some floor rugs would help with the acoustics, and to absorb the sound. A vacuum cleaner would be good too.
