Swiss Holiday House är ett halvt hus beläget i hjärtat av Jungfrau-regionen, byggt 2006 med 4 stjärnor. Du har din egen ingång.

Värdarna Pascal & Cindy Live på fastigheten så vi är alltid tillgängliga för att hjälpa dig att planera din semester, hjälpa dig med orientering och boka dina tjänster om du vill.

PRIVAT bastu och wellness
Bottenvåningen är din egen privata wellness komplett med bastu och badkar med jets. Återvänd efter en dags skidåkning i Jungfrau-regionen för att koppla av.

2 badkar med strålar, det stora badrummet ligger på samma våning som de två stora sovrummen.

DUBBEL dusch för romantiska par. Det är de små detaljerna som gör huset lyxigt.

Privata stora trädgårdar och trädgård, grill, picknickbord. Året runt kan vi grilla med vår stora gasgrill. På sommaren har Cindy en stor grönsaksträdgård. Kanske om du fångar oss vid rätt tid ..... kommer vi att ha en sallad till din middag. Bakgården har ett underbart 80 år gammalt körsbärsträd med ett trädhus och sväng. Perfekt nyans för de varma sommardagarna. Vi har bollar för barnen.

UNDERHÅLLNING. Det finns ett fussboll i stor storlek och ett PING PONG-bord. Boccia bollar också.

Privat lekträdgård för dina barn.
Om du bor i Wilderswil är du helt säker. Dina barn kan leka i trädgården medan mamma förbereder måltiden.

Gräsmattestolar: koppla av utanför. Du behöver inte lämna huset för att känna dig på semester. Vi många gäster tar lediga dagar från att springa runt som turist för att bara njuta av deras HEMA BORT FRÅN HEM. Läs en favoritbok under körsbärsträdet medan dina barn leker.

Parkeringsplats för en bil ... Vi rekommenderar att du utnyttjar SBB-tågsystemet när du reser i Schweiz, men om du föredrar att ha din egen bil, finns det ett reserverat utrymme för dig (vi kanske kan passa en andra bil på begäran).
Logistik: På vintern finns det en gratis buss till skidliftarna. Eller en 5 minuters promenad till tåget. Ditt skidkort är giltigt för regionen att använda kollektivtrafik. För dig som vill åka skidor eller släde. Tänk på att Saxeten släde / pulka finns det ett vackert hus att njuta av ostbröd, varma soppor och varma drycker. Även Iseltwald är perfekt för pulka.

För rökare finns det en andra privat dörr till uteplatsen. Set med bord och stolar. Du behöver inte känna dig besvärlig eller gömma någonstans för att röka.

Barn har Legos eller andra spel som Labyrint eller kort att använda.
Det finns också ett urval av barnböcker för din underhållning.

WIFI i hela huset med utmärkt anslutning. Många gånger på semester tycker du att anslutningen är dålig. De som behöver arbeta under sin semester är glada över att ha snabbt WLAN-internet. Kopiera bara koden så är du inställd. Naturligtvis i dag är alla i huset glada att ansluta till sina flera elektroniska prylar.

Vi erbjuder flytande tvål i varje badrum och handduk.

Separat rum på bottenvåningen med din tvättmaskin och torktumlare,
Torklinjen utifrån och även ett bärbart rack för torkning inuti.
Strykbräda och strykjärn på begäran.

Kök med mikrovågsugn, bordsutrymme för 8, stort panoramafönster med vackert landskap till Harder Kulm. Vi kan tillhandahålla Fondue-förnödenheter, Raclette-maskin, startkaffe för vår kaffemaskin. GRATIS TRASH, (Schweiz är betald papperskorgen), Vi tillhandahåller kökshanddukar och rengöringsartiklar och diskmedel.
Det finns en diskmaskin och vi ser att du har starttabletter.
Salt och peppar och några andra huvudkryddor.
Vi ser att det inte finns någon mat kvar från tidigare gäster.
Det finns en korkskruv, salladspinner, skärbräda, brödrost, kaffebryggare.
Redskap för 8, med tallrikar, skålar, vinglas och kaffekoppar.
Plastbehållare och bakfat.
Skarpa knivar. Inget värre än att vara på semester och inte ha en anständig kniv att använda i köket.

Lugnt område med utmärkt panoramautsikt. Det finns fyra dricksvattenbrunnar på gatan !!! För att vandra, allt du behöver göra är att samla en tom flaska och fylla den tvärs över gatan med färskt rent drickvatten. Detta var byens mötesplats så långt tillbaka som 1500-talet. Du kan se de daterade husen i grannskapet. några går till 1602. Inte bara historisk utan mycket charmig är vår by.

Ta TOUR OF WILDERSWIL En promenad genom den idylliska Oberland byn Wilderswil och återgå till det förflutna.
Upptäck chalet byn Wilderswil vid porten till Lütschinen dalarna som en del av denna underhållande vandring. Naturens nyanser och de gamla sagorna som omger byn upphör aldrig att förvåna besökarna. Varje torsdag från juni till oktober gör byn en guidad tur genom idylliska Wilderswil. Efter turen gå med oss för en trevlig aperitif.

Great place to stay for large family

We loved the home and the location. We were able to travel easily and conveniently to all the great places in the region. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with. The kitchen was easy to use and having three bathrooms was a huge plus. We would definitely stay there again.

An excellent stay

The house is well situated for visiting the country via bus/train. Pascal gave us his advice on where to go & what to see, depending on the weather and/or crowds. I have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years and this house is probably the cleanest I have had the pleasure to rent.

Pascal and Cindy were great host, and we had all we needed. Pascal gave us great advice about where to get a real Swiss meal at the local restaurant.

Beautiful place great location in Interlaken region

Pascal and Cindy’s house was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 and 6) for our 4 night stay. Kids love the beds/rooms in the attic area. We had lots of space to use. This place could easily accommodate up to 7 adults (3 Queen beds and 1 single). Very clean, great location, excellent water pressure with lots of hot water. Washer/dryer was great. We didn’t use the sauna as it was high summer but can see the attraction for a cooler time. Highly recommend!

Charming holiday house

The village of Wilderswil is quiet, charming, and with convenient access to recreation within the Berner Oberland area. We traveled with my family of 5 and with my parents and the bedroom bathroom accommodations were terrific. Two bedrooms with double beds was perfect for two couples and then the loft bedrooms upstairs were perfect for my 3 teenagers. The main bathroom by the bedrooms was spacious and had a beautiful view of the village. The kitchen, dining room, and living room area was clean and nicely decorated but got a little bit cramped. The property owners were friendly and helpful when we had questions, and to help make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect

I couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here. Wilderswil is a charming, peaceful town that has great views of the mountains and easy proximity to all the fun of the region, without the crowds of Interlaken. With the train station only a 10-minute walk away, plus free parking at the house, it was easy for us to get to activities in Interlaken, Giessbach, Lauterbrunnen, Schilthorn, etc. and come back in the evening to have dinner and stroll through the small, picturesque streets of Wildswil. There are several restaurants near the house. We also bought groceries and cooked several times at the house. The house itself was the perfect size for our family of four, and had everything we needed. Hosts Pascal and Cindy were very helpful and responsive. Remember to ask for the regional tourism card—that will give you free train and bus rides to Interlaken, as well as discounts at Harder Kulm and other spots. The house has two comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a double bed). There is also a loft with a double bed, but note that it has a low ceiling—so, it’s perfect for kids, but probably not comfortable for an adult couple.

Swiss adventure

We have recently returned from our family holiday in Wilderswil and although we had a fabulous time, we were a little disappointed with our accommodation. For the money we paid I don’t think it represented the quality of the apartment. It was much smaller than what the photos show. The dining area was very small when 6 people were eating. There was insufficient kitchen equipment. i.e., 5 cereal bowls for 6 people, not enough of the right size cooking pans for 6. The glasses were a miss match. On arrival, the cutlery was dirty with dried egg on the forks and there were nail clippings on the bedside table. The poor quality of bed linen that did not match, broken zip in the pillow case, none of it was ironed, and the curtains did not fit the windows and let in too much light in the mornings. Outside space for us to sit was lacking and one night the owner lit a Bar-B-Q fire right under our windows with wood producing enough smoke to require us to close all the windows. The owner came and told us to make sure we turn off the lights as soon as we had arrived and not unpacked and settled in. We were provided with two benches 1 chair and a table after we asked to use the bar b que and garden. The outside appearance of the chalet was a real disappointment; lots of weeds and looked unkept and unloved, not by any means a traditional well looked after chalet. This holiday was a special treat for our family and I was embarrassed and disappointed that it did not come up to my expectations. To cap it all, the owner at 9.30 the night before we left, presented us with the tax bill which he required in cash, not card or BACS. Fortunately, although this was a correct charge, we had forgotten about it and only just had enough Swiss francs left to pay it. It would have been better if this had been presented within a few days of our arrival whilst we had plenty of cash.

Good Property Very Conveniently Located

I stayed in this property from 13th, May to 19th May ' 2018 with my family comprising of 6 adults and 2 children. The property is very conveniently located with just a two minutes walk to the local bus-stop and five minutes walk to the railway station. Interlaken is just 10 minutes away by either bus or train and being local tourists, the travel from Wilderswil to Interlaken is free by bus and train. However, the property is not suitable for 6+2 as claimed ! There are only two bedrooms with a double bed each and the third double bed is located in the attic with additional two single mattresses laid on the floor on way to the attic. The height of the attic is varying from 2 feet to 6 feet at the center ! This third bedroom in the attic has no door and the other two bedrooms have no latch/lock on the doors ! The property is actually well suited for a group of 4 +2. Also you shouldn't be surprised if you find couple of appliances not in working order on arrival. To sum up, the property is excellently located and large enough for a group 4 Adults + 2 Children. NK

Stunning location in the Bernese Oberland

A perfect week in the mountains. The property is ideally located a few minutes walk from Wilderswil railway station, through which all trains up into the mountains around the Jungfrau stop: Interlaken Ost is a mere 4 minutes by train (Post Bus also takes you there - 2 stops both around 200 metres from the house), and Grindelwald/Lautebrunnen are only 30 mins by train. The weather in our week was duff(!), but we decided to venture out every day anyway as we have 2 young children (5 and 1 years old). Getting the Bernese Oberland pass meant that we started every day with a walk down to Wilderswil station before heading somewhere to ride a cable car or mountain railway. House is lovely and cosy - well-stocked kitchen and lovely downstairs spa room (sauna and jet bath!) - and was a great place to come back to after exploring the alps. Lovely evening views up to the Jungfrau/Mönch and down to Harder Kulm/down Brienzersee. In addition, the owners Cindy and Pascal are lovely and will help wherever they can with your plans. Can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay in the heart of Switzerland

The Swiss Holiday House is perfect accommodation for doing anything in Switzerland. Located near Wilderswil train station, the house is easy to get to and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cindy and family are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. We had another great trip here and will be back.

A homeaway in a fairyland!!!

We had our best stay ever! Surrounded by serene mountains, scenic beauty all around and a peaceful town with beautiful chalets and warm people around. Everything was good about our stay no hassles in the house or while traveling out. Any help you need Pascal n Cindy were always there, where to go for sightseeing, shopping, to buy food and all other things. Their home had all the facilities we need - first n foremost free wifi which is a necessity when in a different country, a well equipped kitchen as well, the best was Jacuzzi which we enjoyed a lot as whenever we came home from our sight seeing we used it to relax our tired body. An unforgettable experience overall, mind it - a Good one!

A Beautiful Place to Stay in a Wonderful Town

The Property was very clean, the rooms were modern design, everything was in working order and easy to use. The beds were comfortable, freshly made, kids rooms were upstairs, they loved the place too! The Sauna was so nice to relax in, the whirlpool bath perfect way to end the day. The owners very helpful, the helped us to plan activities and get around the countryside. Highly recommended.

Luxurious Base From Which To Ski

We had a fantastic week skiing and this house in Wilderswil is perfect for many reasons. The train station is 5 minutes away, from there you can easily reach all the resorts in the Jungfrau region and the cost of the train is included in your lift pass. In 15 minutes you are in Lauterbrunnen and from there you can take the train to the top of Kleine Scheidegg or the cable car to Winteregg and ski Murren. We had loads of fun skiing the Lauberhorn world cup downhill run and the views from the Schilthorn are not to be missed. Take another train from Wilderswill and 25 minutes later you are in Grindelwald. Here we hired sledges, we've never been to a resort where there are so many sledge runs and together with a dramatic flight on the zip wire, we had a fun day in the snow without skis. Back at the house we chilled out each night with a relaxing sauna, the perfect way to end the day and ensure a good nights sleep. The kitchen is well equipped, we've stayed in apartments in the past where essential items were missing eg Corkscrew, sharp kitchen knife, cups etc and we were pleased to find that everything that we hoped would be there was there. We were 2 families of 4 with teenage kids. The house was just the right size with the adults taking the two main bedrooms and the kids bedding down in the attic room. A few other bits of info that might help if you choose to stay here:- Ski rental shop is a 10 minute drive towards Interlaken and open 'til 19.00 each evening. There a small supermarket just opposite the railway station and a larger one in Interlaken (10 mins drive). Overall, we've had a brilliant week and thank you Pascal and Cindy for making us all feel most welcome!

Amazing Swiss

This was our 4th trip to Swiss as a family. During our earlier visits we stayed in Hotel near Mount Titlis and had stayed in Swiss Chalet near Interlaken Ost twice. The expectations from were well set and very frankly we were not disappointed. The House is well in the centre of the town and has a beautiful surroundings. The house is located in Wilderswil and is well connected by Road and rail to Interlaken West as well as Ost. So travelling to any place in Swiss was never a problem. The house is well equipped with all modern amenities including Washing M/c, Oven amongst other things. The major benefit it has over the other places we searched was - this house had 3 bedrooms - good enough to accommodate our group of 7 people and had 3 well equipped bathrooms. This is important especially when all want to get ready at the same time w/o wasting much time. Our hosts made all the difference - they made us feel at home from the time we landed. They helped us get accustomed to the house and the location and frequently checked on any assistance they could provide. We stayed for a week and it was a great experience, we always felt at home. We would strongly recommend the place to anyone wanting a good experience. Regards

The Holiday House was GREAT!

Overall, I would highly recommend the Swiss Holiday House. We came over from the states and had 5 people sleep very comfortably. The home owners had were great as guides to the local area and gave great advice on things to do. There are beautiful hiking trails 100 meters or so from the house and very easy access to the rail. Pascal took us fly fishing one day, gave a great lesson, and afterwards, cooked us dinner with his family. Again, a great trip and one I would repeat in a heartbeat!

A Most Special Family Vacation Retreat

Dear Pascal and Cindy, Our family’s stay at Holiday House, while we gathered to celebrate our daughter Emy’s and son-in law Matt’s Swiss wedding, was absolutely memorable. You welcomed us warmly to your bright and modern guesthouse where we stayed with our son, Wells and his family and Matt’s mom. We were very comfortable there and even enjoyed cooking meals for eight in the efficient kitchen! It was important to establish a relaxed daily routine for the kids and your cozy Holiday House was the perfect spot. From Holiday House we walked to the train station for trips to the mountains, Interlaken or beyond. We enjoyed exploring the sparkling village of Wilderswil with its chalets, flowers, kitchen gardens, and the sound of cowbells. From our dining area window we watched para gliders sailing from peaks just north of Interlaken. We really felt like we belonged in this enchanting place, with a breathtaking view of the Jungfrau, Monch and Eiger peaks from our door. We are fortunate to have met your family. Our 6 and 8-year-old grandsons loved playing soccer in your backyard, swinging from the old apple tree and climbing up to Sarah and Lucas’s tree house. They were both completely smitten by 13-year-old Lucas! It was a pleasure to learn about Swiss life from each of you and we appreciated our stimulating conversations with you! We love to stay at the Zellers' in Wilderswil

We love coming to stay at the holiday house and having Cindy and Pascal and their children as our hosts. Since it is centrally located, it is so convenient to get around. The bus stop is at the top of the hill and the train is down the hill. The larger town of Interlaken is just about 5 minutes away. From there, we can travel by train to most any part of Switzerland. We also like to ride theboats that run on the Brienzersee and Thunersee. We sometimes bring our grandchildren. They are made most welcome by the Zeller family. In summer, we don't have to travel for entertainment, as local groups perform Swiss music and dances at the nearby hotel

Family vacation in Switzerland

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this modern Swiss Holiday House in June 2010. Three generations were able to have a comfortable stay in this home that sleeps up to 8 with 2 1/2 bath. A washer and dryer were present which was used daily as we traveled lightly. The train station and a Migros food mart was a 5 minute walk away. We traveled with Swiss passes and used the train to take us everywhere in Switzerland. Our hosts Pascal and Cindy made our stay most enjoyable. They are a Swiss and American husband and wife team with two delightful and helpful children. Their diverse backgrounds provide a wealth of information as they knew all the local spots to see, and tourist traps to avoid. They can be hired as guides and are knowledgeable in all outdoor activities including; camping,hiking, fly fishing, skiing and are very learned of indigenous plant life. Wilderswil is a 5 minute train ride or 30 minute walk from Interlaken and a train stop on the way to the Jungfrau. The town is central to the Bernese Oberland attractions, quaint, quiet with authentic Swiss ambiance. We prepared most meals in the fully equipped kitchen and then we relaxed in the sauna after our daily travels. Everyone enjoyed the espresso machine which in turn initiated a purchase of one on our return to the states. The holiday house and their hosts made our idyllic Swiss vacation fond memories our family will always remember.

HISTORIC walks:
Rothenfluh is the only cave castle with preserved wall remains in Canton Bern and was already a ruin in 1577. Today the site belongs to the citizens of Wilderswil Municipality. In 2003/04, the Wilderswil Heritage Society and the Archaeological Services of Canton Bern carried out partial restoration and provided new access. As a section of the trail known as the Cultural Path at the Entrance to the Lütschine Valleys, the Castle Path (Burgenweg), joins the two ruins (also Unspunnen Ruins) in the municipality of Wilderswil.
