Candlagan Cottage - Mossy Point

Candlagan Cottage är ett härligt renoverat 1950-talshus som går tillbaka till Candlagan Creek. Det är en maklig promenad på 600 meter till den vackra stranden North Broulee och 500 meter till det berömda Mossy Point Cafe. Denna avskilda stuga med tre sovrum ligger mellan tandköttet och har ett öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum. Den har avancerade köksapparater, inklusive en gaskokare och en Nespresso-kaffemaskin och alla köksredskap som behövs för att laga en storm.

Stugan har gratis Wi-Fi och Foxtel-satellit med filmer, sport och barnpaket. Det finns spel, böcker och DVD-skivor som hjälper dig att koppla av.

Stugan sover bekvämt sex vuxna i en sängkonfiguration av en kung, en drottning och två enkelsängar. På begäran kan de två enkelsängarna sammanfogas för att göra en ny kungssäng. Allt linne, utom strandhanddukar, tillhandahålls.

Stugan har ett stort trädäck med utsikt mot Candlagan Creek. Däck har en fantastisk utomhusdusch, grill, uteservering och matbord och stolar.

Den hundvänliga gården är säkert inhägnad. Husdjur är välkomna ute och i tvättstugan. De tre närmaste stränderna tillåter alla hundar och det finns ett område utanför koppel vid South Broulee Beach.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay at Cathryn and David's house in Mossy Point! Everything was perfect for what we were looking for. A few minutes walk to the beach, cafes, brewery etc. The house was super clean and has everything you need plus more. Check in was really easy and the communication and instructions to the house was excellent. We took our 2 dogs, the yard is big and very secure The dog friendly beach close by is a huge bonus too! Thanks again. We can highly recommend this property and hope to be back sometime soon.

This holiday house is perfect, a little walk to the beach and bar/cafe, just enough to work up an eppetite! Outdoor shower a super treat and kitchen well equipped. Just one toilet reminded us how lucky we are to have 2 at home 😂 thanks also for letting us use your surfboards, the kids loved that.

Delightful cottage and very restful stay

We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing week at Candlagan Cottage and for the first time we able to take out dogs to the coast which was a bonus. The cottage was immaculate, extremely clean and the inclusions were terrific. The beds were very comfortable and it was great not to have to take linen. The outdoor shower was brilliant while the outdoor lounge was extremely well used by humans and our dogs (the latter without the cushions!) The kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils etc and plenty of cutlery and crockery. As I has to work a little while down the coast the internet was excellent and not at all slow and Foxtel was also enjoyed. Whilst we didn't utilise many of the outdoor activities provided, we did take the kayak out a few times and both our kids and the dogs enjoyed their times on Candlagan Creek. Finally Cathryn was extremely responsive and easy to deal. So all in all 5 stars from us and we will be back!

Perfect Easter break.

Immaculately clean , well equipped kitchen , great location. Sliding door not working well and bedside lamps not working in second room - minor details only , we otherwise love the house and outdoor area.

Great holiday break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Candlagan Cottage. The house is well set up with all you need including kitchen items, extra blankets if needed, umbrellas for outside. The decks are fantastic and we spent most of our time on one of the outside areas. The outside shower was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your lovely house.

Tranquility on the Creek

Our family and friends spent a fabulous 6 days here. It’s is such a tranquil location. Situated right next to the creek- we loved using the canoe! The house was a real home rather than a transient space, very welcoming , very comfortable beds, wonderful light rooms with a great kitchen. Love the outdoor shower and the various outdoor seating areas as well. Allowed a group of 6 to easily have their own spaces. Short walk to north Broulee lagoon & beach and easy access to the cycle path that goes all the way to South Broulee . We will definitely be back.

Cottage with the lot!

The property is as good as it looks in the pictures and the location is even better. Cathryn (the owner) was really considerate, helpful and responsive to our needs. It was a great place for our family getaway.
