Lovely woodsy enclave

Spent a few nights here over Christmas while in the area attending family events. Really nice spot about ten minutes out of town on its own acreage. Private, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. Recommended!

Relaxing and fun

This was a family get together. We enjoyed the big table for playing games. The house needs some repairs or basic maintenance but still enjoyed our stay here. Would come back again.

Relaxing

It was a very nice spacious house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable house was clean. My only comment be we never got the correct wifi password and every time i contacted someone it was never the correct password but we kived without it just would have been nice to have not having good cell service there.

Great house, great location!

The listing should be renamed to "House Under The Stars." The view was stunning! I'd also like to say a big thank you for the stellar service we received!!! We had a large group and several dogs. The house and yard were great for such a large group. There were a ton of things to do and explore which made the stay super fun. The house is really unique. Almost everything you need is there, just bring your food and personal needs. I love the wall heaters in the bathrooms. A few upgrades would send this house over the top.

Amazing, quiet place to relax

This is our 2nd year in a row using this cabin and we love it. So relaxing and quiet. Love the location and seclusion. The cabin can accommodate our family perfectly. We really enjoy the peacefulness this place has to offer. We will be coming back year after year!

Great place to get away from it all

Great house out in the woods. Very private. Lots of space and beds in house. Nice deck. Everything was clean and well stocked. Our group had a great time here. Thank you!

Pretty Good

The cleanliness/upkeep of the property was not the best, but also not the worst. Found a lot of bugs, spider webs, etc. in the property (which is to be expected a little bit since you're in the middle of the woods), but it seemed as though the house had not been touched in a while. Found dirty underwear/socks in the couch. Internet worked okay for where the house is located (a little spotty and slow, but is manageable to watch movies and whatnot). Most of the grass around the house was about knee high and had not been mowed in a while. The 2 car garage was filled with random things and we could not use it, but it wasn't a big deal since there is parking on 2 sides of the house. We had 3 vehicles total. House is about a 15min drive to town, which is nice if you're looking for some seclusion, yet still kind of close. No close neighbors in eyesight, but we did have a man on a horse ride onto the property and speak with us (said it was his brother-in-law's property and that he was looking for his son and some friends that went out into the woods). Enjoyed seeing wildlife every morning on the front porch (deer, chipmunks, bald/golden eagles, a lot of birds, prairie dogs, and we did see one mountain lion). The man on the horse said the mountain lions like this general area. Heard dogs/cows on the neighboring properties. The basketball goal works fine. The shooting range works fine and is very convenient. The grill also works good (propane). All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place !

The property was perfect for our group! There is plenty of space in the house to spread out, but also great areas to gather. The covered porch was the best part. Rain or shine we were outside in the fresh air overlooking the property. The location was good for us as well. Right between Eureka and the boat launches in Redford, but still out of town and lots of space to ourselves!

What a great place!

Large comfortable well equipped home on a park like 20 acre lot. Good internet connection. Peace and quiet. Daily visit from the local deer and wild turkeys. 10 minutes from town. Private shooting range with 15, 35 and 120 yard target boards. Can’t see another home from this one. Hoping to rent it again sometime.

Holidays with family

Great cabin in the middle of nowhere. Kitchen equipment was excellent. The furniture was a bit dated but still mtn comfy. The bunk beds need new mattresses as they were small. Carolyn responded immediately when we called @ propane for the grill. Our driveway was kept plowed during our winter getaway! Our dog enjoyed exploring too!

Superb location

This was way overkill for only 4 of us, but the house and property were great. I also was happy I saw the review on the range on the property! Had to bring a few other things on the trip and enjoy that as well. It was a nice peaceful location, easy to get to and close enough.to eureka and rexford when we needed anything else while there.

A great getaway

We stayed here for five days and it was fantastic. It's quiet, out-of-the-way, comfortable, and virtually everything that anyone needs - except for A/C and food - is provided. The furniture and beds are great, the deck is awesome and the property provides acres of forested land on which to hike. We also loved our campfires, which occurred because there is ample cut firewood on the property. A great added feature is that the private driveway is only accessible through a gated entrance. If we have another opportunity to vacation in northwest Montana, there's no doubt we would return here.

We rented this place and it was perfect for the group of us. The layout accommodated the 4 families. The fire pit, basketball hoop and the shooting range was a nice added touch. The upper and lower decks was great to relax on. We would rent again if we we to this part of montana again.
