Nära till Pismo Beach, The Arroyo Grande Village och San Luis Obispo.

Om du vill ha avkoppling och komfort är detta hemmet för din semester vistelse. Det är precis tillräckligt långt borta från staden för lugn och ro, men ändå nära till Arroyo Grande Village för att komma in för en trevlig middag, cocktail eller bara för att promenera runt och se sevärdheterna.

Detta är det perfekta hemmet att samlas med de du älskar. Det är undanstoppat och mycket unikt.

Talley Vineyards ligger mindre än 3 mil bort och erbjuder en underbar miljö för att njuta av deras underbara vin med familj och vänner. Dessutom glöm inte de andra hundra eller fler vingårdar som omger vårt område.

San Luis Obispo är en kort bilresa, antingen på hwy 101, eller så tar vi i allmänhet tillbakavägen som tar dig dit på cirka 13 minuter. Om du är på humör för enastående mat är SLO platsen att gå. Och glöm inte vårt charmiga centrum. Det är rent och bara en rolig plats att umgås för en dag eller två.

Pismo Beach ligger bara en 7 mil lång körning och erbjuder många aktiviteter att välja mellan. Min favorit är helt enkelt att vakna varje morgon och ta en kort bilresa för att gå längs stranden och njuta av den underbara utsikten.

AG Village kommer verkligen till sin egen när det gäller mat de senaste åren. Vi har många underbara restauranger att välja mellan. De har också flera antikaffärer samt detaljhandeln. "Luxe" är en av mina favoritbutiker för kvinnor. Kolla in det.

Avila Beach ligger bara en 15 minuters bilresa och erbjuder enastående utsikt och några mycket intensiva vandringsleder. Om du gillar att vandra, är detta gemenskapen för dig. Mellan Arroyo Grande och Morro Bay erbjuder vi många olika vandringar från lätt till svårt. De flesta med fantastisk utsikt över vår kust och de omgivande bergen.

Vår pool är solvärme, så det är beroende av vädret. Så den bästa tiden att besöka och använda poolen är ungefär från maj till oktober. Spa är uppvärmt med propan och kan avnjutas året runt.

Wonderful house, even better than the photos!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house is on the top of a hill and feels very secluded. Nice pool and volleyball court. The house was fully stocked with everything we could want/need. Definitely recommend!!

10 out of 10 for a reason!

Wonderful place. They have everything you could want or need. Just bring your clothes and food and you are set. We used the volleyball court, cornhole, fire pit, pool, jacuzzi and board games. The kitchen is stocked and has 2 refrigerators. Great time, highly recommend.

Incredible family getaway

This property was unbelievable. There were 9 of us and we had such fun; the pool and spa that over looked the valley, the spacious house full of games, Netflix that I didn’t have to use my code, fully stocked kitchen (example- every spice you could need, and many coffees available), comfy beds, extra blankets, and more than one roll of toilet paper. If you have rented houses you understand what I mean about the toilet paper. This house is close to everything; beaches, wineries, parks, and so much more, I have stayed in many different houses; Hawaii, Ventura, Big Bear, Utah, Palm Springs, and Montana and this home is the best one of all. Believe all reviews. You won’t be sorry. We were sad to leave. Thank you Tina for sharing your lovely home with us.

Family Gathering

This hilltop home was a beautiful place for us to gather for the weekend. We were very comfortable indoors and out. Our grandchildren enjoyed the giant sandpit (volleyball court) and the pool. The view is stunning! We would definitely stay in this lovely home again.

We loved it!

This was such a great property to enjoy with our friends and our children. The property was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep, relax, and enjoy. And the pool is spectacular! Tina was also very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Views inside and out of a Beautiful Home

Property is a jewel overlooking a valley, with beautiful views out nearly every window. Home is open with a large gathering space, a large heated pool and spa, and was one of our favorite places to have visited with family. Hosts are wonderful people - very welcoming and accommodating to us. Would love to stay here again!

Hilltop Playground.

This house does not disappoint with its great view overlooking a very nice pool and spa. I found myself the first evening, sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and a wonderful valley view that stretches for miles, sipping a glass of local wine. Check in was easy and well organized, there was a binder on the kitchen counter that had answers to just about any question. The house was very clean and organized just like the pictures on the website. This was a great house for our family get together of 10 (ages 15 to 80). It was spacious with plenty of seating areas for everybody. The house is in a quiet area and has a very good feeling about it with birds and butterflies abounding. Tina and Jeff were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions that we had. No house is perfect, but this one did not disappoint.

Baseball Tournament

We had an amazing time. I booked the place for my family. This place was excellent. We had 9 kids and they couldn’t get enough of the pool and volleyball court. The master suite was spacious and set up very nice. The whole house had a very welcoming vibe and the owner was great. We texted back and forth and she was ver responsive. We didn’t have any problems the whole weekend we were there. I would 100% recommend this place to families or a big group.

This is the most amazing home! We celebrated my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly and had a fabulous weekend due to this home! You do not need to leave it as it is so nice to enjoy all it's amenities and spend time with family. We also spent a day at the nearby wineries that are literally minutes from the house. The pool, the outdoor games, the fabulous kitchen, BBQ, fire tables to sit around, jacuzzi, the VIEW! Book this home now!

Golf Retreat

We had 11 golfers stay at this house and it was perfect for us! This house is an entertainers dream. Everyone had a great time as there was something for everyone to do. I highly recommend this place.

Resort like living

Tina and Jeff’s place was immaculate with everything possible to enjoy, for our family weekend. We felt welcomed and we appreciated all of the thoughtful details to make our stay feel like a relaxing resort! Our teenagers loved the outdoor activities (basketball and sand volleyball court) and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. The beds were very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful and memorable time, thanks to Tina and Jeff’s lovely home. We hope to stay again when we are in the area.

The Machas (origin: 20 women from west LA who have known each other for 50+years)

Tina and Jeff, It could not have been better! What a beautiful setting. Very comfortable and well-equipped (if you like to cook, the kitchen has everything and more). From TV streaming to music requests via Alexa to closet full of puzzles and board games, there is no to look elsewhere for entertainment. We had an incredible stay at the Reynolds property in Arroyo Grande. It was a family reunion with people traveling from out of the state and country to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property was as described and had everything and more. Prior to and during our stay Tina immediately responded to our questions with a prompt and quick reply. We will definitely come back to stay!!!

Great place!!

We had an amazing trip. The house has so many amenities, is well stocked, and a great location. The only downside is that the 4th bedroom is really a little casita outside of and detached from the house. It does not have heating other than a space heater and no bathroom attached. Other than that, the property is very nice!

A Beautiful Property!

Wow! This home was truly a beautiful property with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Jeff and Tina were wonderful hosts. We had two minor hiccups and they got back to us right away. They also were very prompt with emails. We had a group of 8 women and everyone wants to return, hands down!! The kitchen had all the spices, oils, and cooking basics that you could need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were decorated so adorably with little extras. The outdoor area was to die for!! The pool and hot tub looked out over a gorgeous valley. We had a hard time getting out of the pool in order to eat dinner. We even played some volleyball on the sand vb court. We all spent some time at Avila Beach, which was only a 20/25 minute drive. We kayaked and spent some time at the beach but all wanted to return back to house to enjoy the beautiful view and pool. There are several wineries close by and a cute downtown area to do gift shopping or have a quick bite. We are already planning our next trip back!! Thank you, Jeff and Tina for a memorable trip and the use of your gorgeous home.

I grew up in Arroyo Grande, in fact just across the street from this home on the Arroyo Grande Creek. I went to the local high school and then on to Cal Poly where I met my husband. We love our community and our homes here. We purchased this property for the views, and soon just "had" to build the pool and hot tub, and we have never looked back. The enjoyment our family and friends have had here has brought much laughter and joy to our lives.
