Great property!

Very nice house with a spectacular view. Very close to all amenities. Beautiful walk to the water fall. Loved hearing the chapel bells! Our second stay there. Always enjoyable!!

Excellent!

We visited Sky Haus for Spring Break 2025. This home is absolutely stunning! It’s large enough for everyone to spread out to have their own space, still be connected. It’s located close enough to Dillard, Mountain City, and Clayton that we were able to shop, eat, and explore the local offerings. We even took one day and drove to the casino in Cherokee, NC, which was only about 40 minutes away. Overall, we loved this place for a lot of reasons and would definitely stay here again We encourage everyone visiting this area to give Sky Haus a try!

Great House

This was our third time renting this house in Sky Valley. The unit was once again great. I think this is the best location in Sky Valley. There is a great view of the golf course and clubhouse and you are close to everything (tennis, golf, pool, etc...) Would definitely rent again.

Piece of Heaven

Skyhaus is such an amazing place. Overlooking Sky Valley resort and the church, you start every morning listening to the church bells and birds. This place is so peaceful and serene. My daughters love the fact that they can ride their bikes all over without worry and we love the peace and quiet. This was our second stay at Skyhaus and we will definitely be back!

Reichert Family Annual Sky Valley Trip

Hello:We had a great time in Sky Valley and loved staying at the Sky Haus. This is our third year in a row and we will be back next year. Everyone has been great in assisting us. Mark has been a great contact and does respond quickly if there is an issue. It is easy to book the house and it is always in great condition when we arrive.

Stunning Views and Accommodations!

Heidi, the owner, and Mark, the property manager, were amazing and bent over backwards to please. The house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen! The views of the mountains from the living room are breathtaking. The gym, pool and tennis courts are right across the street. Muddy Creek Falls is at the end of the road a mere 15 min walk. Our guests loved having the downstairs all to themselves. It is the perfect house for entertaining. If we had not purchased a home while we were there I would be begging Heidi to take us back for another visit.

Outstanding Property

Beautiful house in an ideal location. Walking distance to club house, tennis center and beautiful waterfall. Pickle ball close by in the resort. Manager Mark and owners Scott and Heidi were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Family Time

Another year we have enjoyed Skyhaus as we celebrated our grand-daughter's 2nd birthday. This is the best home in Sky Valley for a wonderful view of the church with the chimes of patriotic songs we love. Skyhaus is always kept up to date, clean and has a great management team! This home is so comfortable for everyone. Hopefully again next year!

Beautiful view and peaceful!

Home was very nice! We really like to eat all of our meals in and the kitchen was super well stocked! Big living room with pretty view, plenty of seating! Master had updated bathroom with two vanities. KING BEDS in every bedroom! Plenty of bathrooms. More than enough room for a family of five! Game room gave us extra space to chill and hangout! Loved it! Would definitely came back! 😃

Serenity in the Mountains

I planned this weekend for my wife for Mother’s Day, but had to have last minute back surgery the day we were supposed to arrive. I sent her mother in my place, and they had an amazing time. We have passed Sky Haus before while staying in Sky Valley, and we always loved it. It didn’t disappoint. The classic outside is reminiscent of a slower pace, and the inside is updated just enough to be comfortable and clean. My wife and kids were sad to leave! They rode bikes, walked to the falls, hung out on the porch and watched the sun rise and fall. We definitely plan on going back as soon as I’m mobile enough to enjoy the serenity!

Another excellent vacation at Sky Haus!

This was our 3rd trip to Sky Haus, and again it did not disappoint! We love the layout of the house, the views are gorgeous, and everything is clean and well appointed. The owners do a great job of keeping the house up to date and providing all the necessary items to make it an easy checkin. The house was clean, kitchen fully stocked, and local information all detailed in links and books as you checkin. We love the Sky Valley area and will be back soon to stay again.

Great place to stay!

First time at this property! It did not disappoint; it was perfect for our family of five! We had a great day at Scaly Mountain just 15 minutes away! The next day we rode horses at the Dillard's stables! It was just a really beautiful weekend and this property had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals and sleeping comfortably and feeling safe and peaceful! Would most definitely come again!!!
