Välkommen till vår helt nya casita. Vi är belägna i det prestigefyllda Kierland-området med bra shopping, fantastiska restauranger och evenemang. Barrett Jackson bilutställning, PGA-golfturnering, arabisk hästshow i vår bakgård. En kort resa bort ligger vårutbildningsanläggningar, gamla stan med barer, klubbar och konstgallerier.

Casita är helt ny, vi men mycket arbete och älskar att bygga den för din njutning. Det finns inga delade områden i casita och det är helt privat. Enheten består av ett vardagsrum med en Samsung 4K-tv och
en Alexa för ditt lyssnande nöje. Även ett sovrum, med en Samsung 4K-tv, en king size-säng och ett välfylldt kök med en Keurig kaffebryggare. Badrummet har en duschpanel med 8 strålar plus en regn / vattenfall-funktion.
Du har också 2 privata uteplatser. En vid köket med sitt eget privata bord, stolar och Weber-grill, det andra vid din bakdörr med schäslonger för avkoppling vid poolen.

Lovely place to stay!

The property was great. Any issues were so minor they aren't worth mentioning. Owner is kind. Yappy little dogs were entertaining... but the owner kept them in the house or always under supervision. We do wish the pool had been heated but that isn't something done in this area we were told. All in all, it was a great get-away from snow and cold.

DON'T stay here!

This place is a dump. NOTHING like the description. The host entered the rental WHILE WE WERE not clothed without our permission after we complained to VRBO about the lack of cleanliness. We found black hair all over the floor. A strange film on the floor and overall lack of care.VERY close to the airport and a major roadway, it is VERY noisy. They have dogs that bite and signs in the yard to warn you.Did I mention how the host entered the unit WHILE WE WERE INSIDE WITHOUT our permission . We left that day.What an absolutely HORRIBLE experienceThere is also ANOTHER rental unit on the other side of the house, so be prepared to bump into them if you need to use the laundry room (also very dirty)the host didn't even know how long we were staying the pool is NOT heatedand the host told us we could get electrocuted if we tried to use the hot tub.I wish I could attach pics of the filth and the police report # by the Phoenix police (rental is NOT in Scottsdale)absolutely ruined our vacationwhen we tried to get a refund of cleaning fee that is when all the crazy with the host started.Now we are trying to get a FULL refund since the insane host entered the unit without our permission and would not leave until we called 911so far, the host is lying and we r still going back n forth with VRBOI cannot believe we had to go thru this!

Quiet Getaway

Great neighborhood quiet perfect place if you’re doing a getaway to the Phoenix Scottsdale area. Great location and there’s lots to do in Scottsdale. The host was wonderful. Hopefully I can come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the pool.

Good stay

We stayed 5 nights after a surgery. It was perfect. Casita is attached to main house but has a separate entrance. Rooms got dark enough at night and we had all we needed to stay in to eat. Good communication if we needed something.

Getaway

Overall it was perfect for my fiance and I for a long weekend. Close to many restaurants and attractions including Odysea world and Camelback. Quiet neighborhood. It was like we were in our own world. Very nice place.

Great getaway location!

We stayed for 14 days. While the owner also lives on-site, we rarely saw her, unless we needed something. A great location, cozy space to stay. We already plan to return.

Nice Scottsdale Rental

We had a good time at this rental. Mostly we hung out at the pool during the day. It was pretty quiet, which was nice. The pool area is shared between this rental, the owner and her 3 dogs (well-behaved), and an additional rental unit attached to the opposite side of the house. We overlapped with other renters for a few days, but we didn't see much of them. Highlights: Beautiful pool and patio areas, amazing shower, comfortable bed, easy check-in, great communication, close to a lot of good restaurants, had what we needed to cook our breakfasts and lunches. Thanks for the nice vacation! :)

Not as clean as 1st time stay

We found dirty clothes in one of the drawers when we went to put our clothes away. Pool wasn't very clean. Yard is cluttered around the pool. Lattice not attached to fence. The A/C wasn't working very well. Felt hot inside. We left 2 days early, our concert was canceled and we weren't very comfortable in the place.

Fun in the sun!

We had a great stay! The place is very clean, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, great kitchen. The best part is the pool and the amazing shower panel! The pool is shared but it's very large, great lounge chairs.

Convenient for Us

This property was convenient for my husband and I to visit our daughter who lives near by. It’s close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, both have good restaurants and shopping. Parking and access was easy. There is a good sized kitchen with a full sized fridge. We had our privacy with no issues.

Great Place to stay

With the exception of the AC and the request from the owner to leave the AC off while not in the property, we had a great first experience with this type of lodging. We would stay here again.
