Denna rymliga 1200 kvadratmeter 2 sovrum, 2-badrums lÀgenhet sover sex och har ett uppdaterat kök, king size-sÀngar och utsikt över bergen. Under hösten 2018 renoverades husÀgaren med ny golv och fÀrg överallt. Det ligger i hjÀrtat av River Run Village sÄ att du Àr nÄgra steg frÄn shopping, restauranger och evenemang. För att inte tala om, Àr du bara en tre till fyra minuters promenad till höghastighetsgondolen.

Den rymliga infarten har krokar monterade ovanför en bÀnk och hyllor för lagring av semesterutrustning. Vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV ovanför en vacker gas spis och en queen size-bÀddsoffa. Ytterligare lakan och filtar finns i garderoben. HusÀgaren har lÀmnat ett litet urval av DVD-skivor och brÀdspel för din njutning. Stora fönster lÀngs den nordöstra vÀggen i lÀgenheten medger massor av naturligt ljus och vacker utsikt över bergen. Den privata balkongen kan nÄs genom vardagsrummet och har utsikt över bergen.

Det fullstora köket Àr fyllt med alla nödvÀndiga köksredskap och bordsredskap för att göra en mÄltid hemifrÄn och har rostfria vitvaror och bÀnkskivor i granit. Matsalen rymmer bekvÀmt sex. Den första av tvÄ badrum Àr strax utanför vardagsrummet och har en singel diskbÀnk och en dusch / badkar kombination. Alla badrum Àr utrustade med handdukar och en första leverans av toalettartiklar.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och en monterad platt-TV. I badrummet finns en handfat och en dusch / badkar kombination. GÀst sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, en monterad plattskÀrms-TV och egen ingÄng till gÀstbadet.

Location is fantastic. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable and enjoyed sitting on the patio while a band played in the courtyard below.

Perfect location and price

Two couples stayed here for a four night trip in the summer. Condo was easy to access and had everything we needed. Check in was seamless.

Great stay

This property has it all! You can walk to the resort, shops, and restaurants. The condo was easily accessible and had amazing views. Condo was set up so well and had everything you could need. Absolutely would stay here again!

Walked to River Run Gondola every morning at 8:30am to be the first on the mountain. The walk to the gondola might have been 3 minutes! And also being in the little village with access to shops and restaurants was so much fun!

Great condo

The condo was really nice and spacious. The only complaint is the primary bedroom is right on one of the walkways in river run village and is quite loud. We turned on a fan just for the white noise to help drown out the outside noises. Other than that the condo was great, very comfortable and clean.

Great location

Loved the location of this unit. Close to elevator and right next to laundry room. However I was disappointed that the fireplace wouldn’t work. And the living room tv only had one channel, and the master bedroom tv didn’t have any channels. One of the living room remotes didn’t even have batteries. Enjoyed the location to the Gondala lift

The condo had great storage for winter gear including a ski locker. We enjoyed the many shops and restaurants within walking distance of our condo too. Great condo and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row staying at this condo. It is lovely and a great location. A couple of things: the toaster is horrible, needs to be replaced; the master bathroom sink stopper always was down and sink would not drain so we pulled it out; the fireplace has a constant ring when on, very annoying. Oh, and more towel racks in master or at least hooks to hang stuff would be helpful.

Great spring break vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay here during spring break. Upon arrival the bathroom sink was overflowing. We called the rental office and maintenance was there quickly to fix it. The balcony was covered in a few feet of snow with no shovel so we weren’t able to sit outside even though the weather was beautiful. There was no dust pan so we could sweep but had to be creative on ways to pick it up, no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. All three televisions didn’t work other than for dvds, it would have been nice to know we needed to bring them, there are only a few on site and they are heavily scratched. Overall it was a great trip, but for the money we were a bit disappointed at the lack of working technology and sparse necessities. The grounds and location were well worth it.

WE love KEYSTONE!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have not heard back from the manager regarding the heat issue in our unit. We didn't notify them until two days before we left that there was absolutely NO HEAT in our unit; that was the same day that there was NO hot water due to a problem. We have been home a week and a half and I still haven't heard anything. We love Keystone; and we hate to say anything; but the hallway was freezing; (air on and it was 30/50 outside) and the in unit heat did not work. Jason went and talked to someone in the basement about this; he called, left a message and I texted. He never received a call back and I was told the issues would be fixed by Thursday afternoon and the HOT Water was. I just hope that in the future we can receive a response back immediately. Thank you!

Loved this condo!

We had a great stay. The River Run area was perfect for our needs. Just enough to be convenient but without the crowds. We did have some issues with the key cards & it took a few days to figure out how to use them properly. Management company was reasonably responsive.

Great Friends Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the large living room. Easy to walk to all of the restaurants and skiing.

this place was perfect for our stay. everything was as it was represented. the location was at the front of the parking lot facing the parking lot and main entrance into the shopping areas. couldn't really ask for a better location. turn the ice maker on in freezer when you get there if you want ice :)

Clean property close to everything in River Run

This condo had everything we needed for our family of 5. We really appreciated that there were multiple fans to utilize in the unit. I was impressed with the cleanliness and professional communication.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from 7/20-7/28 of summer 2024. The biggest draw of this unit is it is pretty big and accommodated our family of four well in terms of space. With all the VRBO fees, we payed ~$190 a night, which is a little pricey IMO. I've listed some pros and cons of this property below, in case you are considering a summer stay.Pros:-Good space-Convienient location, but not too close to the busyness of Dillon, Silverthorne, & Frisco-Indoor parking garage is nice for packing and unpacking -Access to bike/rec path for cyclists-Close to Loveland pass trailhead-Hot tubs were cleanCons:-Unit windows/Balcony faces parking lot entrance which plays classic rock from 8:30am-8:30pm. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.-Some windows do not have screens, which property management did not fix when requested-One of the two elevators was broken during our stay which made going in and out of the building a little annoying -Everything in the resort plaza is ridiculously expensive.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would try to find something different if I return to vacation here. There are tons of other properties in the general vacinity that I think would be a bit better value.
