Perfect Cottage in CDA

This cottage is located perfectly to any beach, park, food and shopping! Our family of 3 had more than enough space to spread out and relax. We came up for a 10k/marathon and were within minutes of the park where the event was held. We got to enjoy long beautiful walks to the beach and through the neighborhoods. We will definitely be returning. The sweetest part was arriving to a very thoughtful welcome basket! Nancy was great to work with and was readily available for any questions or needs.

Great location, comfortable house

House is very conveniently located. It was clean too. With such a nice location, would have been nice to have more outdoor furniture available. There is a large patio in the back, but no furniture. Just a few chairs on the front porch. Also, we did see a mouse in the upstairs. Only made one appearance, so not sure where it went.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful and Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of 4 - all adults stayed here and it was so ideal for us. We enjoyed all this home has to offer and the location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, but so close to CDL. We walked into town on several occasions. We enjoyed Tubb hill to hike, right from the property. The home is just as list, the amenities are top notch ( bedding, linens, kitchen supplies, furnishings). The host was great with communication and plenty of condiments in the kitchen if you like to cook in. I would definitely consider this home again in the future!

Family Vacation

Nancy is a great host. Her beautiful home had everything we could ask for. Nancy is very conscientious and checked in with us prior to our arrival to see if we needed anything. She also gave us some great tips of things to do. We will definitely book again when we are in the area. Thanks for a great family get together.

Easy and fun!

We had a very comfortable stay at this home near Sanders Beach. We walked to the beach everyday...only a couple blocks. The home was well equipped with everything you need to do laundry, make meals, and rest well. Added bonus was the Xbox for the kids and teens. They only used after a day at the lake but it was fun since we don't have this at home. Nancy was great host....accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing vacation. Close to downtown, food and shopping too!

Amazing home near Sanders Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked for our family. The location was perfect being walking distance to downtown, Tubbs Hill and beach. We spend most days at the beach and it was easy to access and walk to. We would definitely rent again and the owner was a great host...helpful and kind!

Charming home, perfect location, delightful hostess

We had a wonderful experience renting this property! Nancy, the owner is wonderful and provided us with games and puzzles for the kids upon arrival. The location could not be better - we were steps away from the park, the beach and the downtown restaurants and shops. The house is immaculately clean, beds are cozy and includes every kitchen amenity necessary. This home made for a fabulous experience in Coeur d’Alene.

Sanders Beach Stay

Came for a wedding with our grown kids. Great location, able to walk to downtown CDA. Plenty of parking. Beautiful house with everything we needed. Owner contacted us before arrival and was available if anything came up (nothing did). Was a great stay!

Perfectly Perfect

Top of the line! So comfortable and charming. Linens and towels were an upgrade from the standard which was very much appreciated. A fabulous welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived and the neighborhood is walkable and lovely and quiet! You will love it!

Cozy Home Away from Home

Our weekend did not turn out quite as planned due to some tire trouble at the start but upon our late and exhausted arrival we felt immediately relaxed and welcome. This home was not only comfortable and inviting, the hostess added personal touches that brought smiles to all our faces. Additionally, the neighborhood was lovely and quiet yet not far from the town which offered so many cafes, an exciting playground for the littles, and lovely views. Wished we'd had more time to explore and enjoy it - may try to return in the summer to reap those benefits.

Amazing!

This is an absolutely stunning home with spacious rooms, very clean, modern and most of all pet friendly. The home is in the most perfect spot in town and we did not realize how wonderful it was until we arrived. Five minute walk to great dining, shopping and scenic views. There is also a nature trail that goes for 2 miles around a small part of the lake. Not only did the dog enjoy this but we did as well. Even got to see a bald eagle. We will definitely rebook the next time we visit.

Walk to the lake!

Perfect location. Less than a 5 minute walk to Tubbs Hill where you can swim and jump off rocks. Less than a 10 minute walk to the city center and Coeur d’Alene Resort. The The owner communicated with us when we had questions about fitting a trailer. She also left a kind note with treats and wine. These extra steps were appreciated. The house is comfortable and well stocked, including extra condiments in the fridge and toiletries. The backyard is perfect for outside dining. Friendly neighbors.

Family trip to Couer D Alene and Silverwood Themepark

The house has a great location close to the lake and Tubs Hill. The house was a perfect match for our family. Nice large open kitchen, three bathrooms, secluded back deck was nice to have some morning coffee and enjoy watching the deer grazing in yard across the alley. Overall a very nice property.

Clean spacious comfy home! Perfect location in CDA!

This home is brilliant! We didn’t want to leave. Nestled in the prettiest community and within a 1 min walking distance to Tubbs Hill with scenic trails and beautiful Lake Coeur D’Alene, and 3-10 min walking distance from parks, beaches and downtown. Nancy is a host who genuinely cares for comfort...providing soft fluffy towels, crisp white sheets and a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home and when asked, she was very helpful with recommending things to do and places to go! You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Spot

The property was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything was clean and beautiful. We brought two other adults and two small children. The enclosed back yard was a plus as was the short walk to the park. Great place...we would stay again!
