Enjoy Villa Casa Amarilla, the house was built in 2019 in outrageous quality, the home offers two king-size master bedrooms, a huge pool and deck area, and lots of amenities. Villa Casa Amarilla was built and equipped in 2019. Centrally located in a nice and quiet neighborhood you are close to shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. Two of the very spacious bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, one bedroom has two single beds. All of the bedrooms have a new and very comfortable mattress.

Walking into the front door the phenomenal view is catching your full attention. With a view direct into the more than 100 feet wide Catania Canal, residing on the 160 feet wide Rhodes Canal it is an amazing waterfront view that you can enjoy from the living area and the two king-size bedrooms. Connected to many lakes and canals it is a wonderful place for fishing and some boating.

The living area with its open kitchen is another highlight of Villa Casa Amarilla. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area, as well as to the pool area. You can just enjoy the view, watch some TV or socialize with friends. The breakfast bar has room for four guests, and the dining area room for six guests.

The master suite has an en suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, his and her vanity, a beautiful bathtub, and a separate restroom. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Villa Casa Amarilla is offering a bathroom for every suite even if not all are en suite.

The oversized pool with the huge pool deck offers a lot of space for entertainment. A seating, area, dining table with 6 chairs, a lounger, it's all here. The multi-functional pool entertainment is fun for everybody. The spa can be heated separately and in addition to the spa, the pool has a bench with an integrated bubbler. Enjoy the sunset by lighting up the pool and spa. Even if you like a bright color in the pool, you can still have a dark color in the spa. The sundeck with its two fountains is a magnet for children. With south exposure, you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise as well as sunshine as much as you like.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

Absolutely perfect!!

This home is absolutely beautiful in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood! We loved every second of our stay! The outdoor area, pool and spa were the perfect place to unwind after a long hot day in the Florida heat 😊 I am very thankful for the binder of information that was left for us to review - very helpful and informative! Fantastic House

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at the villa, everything was very clean, perfectly appointed, the pool is the absolute star, we swam and played every day for hours. Mary and Bruno were helpful when needed, perfect hosts. It was peaceful, the canals are a wonderful backdrop to the house. Within 30 mins we were at the beach or in Fort Myers to explore. Just a perfect place to spend a vacation. 🏖️🐚♥️🌊

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in der Villa Amarilla, Cape Corral.

Die Villa Amarilla ist ein tolles, gepflegtes Haus. Der Innenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Schöne Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Spa, Grill und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist sehr schön und erholsam. Die Lage und der traumhafte Blick direkt am Kanal ist top ! Unkomplizierte Buchung und Kontakt zu Pretty Cape Homes Personal. Wir 5 haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen wieder zurück kommen zu können ! Vielen Dank, Pia, Yvonne, Thomas, Tobias und Thomas.

The home was fantastic!

The host was very easy to contact and the home was just as pictured. Such a lovely quiet neighborhood with plenty of shopping conveniences close by. Everything was ultra clean and well furnished The pool and hot tub were so beautiful and well maintained. Comfortable sitting room with a large lanai. Plenty of outdoor furniture. This is a "fresh water" location so you won't see dolphins or the other salt water fish.

Wonderful upscale house

We enjoyed an excellent two weeks of warm weather during the coldest part of the winter. We were able to swim in the heated pool everyday. The house was clean and had all we needed for this upscale accommodation. We were able to cook healthy meals in the well equipped kitchen everyday. We had a burnt lightbulb in the high ceilings of the commode room in the master bathroom that was an inconvenience during my nightly trips to it. A maintenance man came quickly the next day with a ladder and replaced! It was overall great experience. The only downside was when we tried to booked it again for next winter it was completely booked. We would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay

Great place to stay, home is amazing. Only thing we would have liked to have seen is better/ more cooking pans and electric griddle, hard to cook for more than one with limited cookware. Was a bit strange to have only enough TP for a short stay and no extra available. We would definitely stay at this place again and recommend to others.

WONDERFUL AND HUGE HOUSE

Huge and spacious house. Great patio with heated pool, jacuzzi, BQ and lots of sitting areas. We spend our time relaxing in the patio area taking in an amazing and picture perfect view over the canals. There is a small sitting area with a dock in front of the house where turdels, fish and a couple of times a manatee visited us. The kitchen were equipped with everything you need. Restaurants and groceries are close by (though not in walking distance). We enjoyed our 8 nights stay and highly recommen Villa Casa Amarilla (It will with out any doubt be our first choice next time we’re in the area) Please note additional cost will be charged as electricity usages isn’t covered in the rental price. Also if the beds are very firm for persons like me who’s used to soft beds.

Awesome house

Great relaxing stay it a great house!

This house has all that is necessary for a great stay. Lots of space and very comfortable. The pool area with view of the canal is one of our favorite areas. This is our second stay at this house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The managers are there if required and always prompt replies via e-mail or text. The house is in a quiet subdivision and easy to get in and out of. Would certainly stay here again.

Awesome home in Cape Coral

We very much enjoyed our 12 day stay at Casa Amarilla in Cape Coral. The setting overlooking the waterway was great to watch birds, jumping fish, and even a pair of swimming otters. The pool and surrounding area was where we spent most of our time. The owners are very hospitality and did a wonderful job of making our stay very comfortable.

Beautiful Home

A very relaxing place to stay with the pool and hot tub which is in a quiet neighborhood.

We found this home very relaxing with the pool and hot tub. With the outdoor seating under the roof, we could sit outside even with the short amount of time it rained. The yard and landscaping was very pretty too. A very nice master suite bathroom. Everything you need is there.

Perfect House!!

Ein perfektes Haus für unsere Familie. Das Haus war absolut sauber und in einem perfektem Zustand. Wir waren nur zu viert aber auch mit 6 Personen wäre genug Platz für alle gewesen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man kann alles recht schnell erreichen und die Ausstattung wirklich auf höchstem Niveau! Wir würden das Haus gerne nochmals buchen!
