Happy Tides är den mest fantastiska, exekutiva stilen, strandhemmet i Beachmere! En tillflyktsort i paradiset precis vid stranden. Helt renoverad med magnifik havsutsikt och underbar vit sand. Där gräset slutar börjar sanden. Vad mer kan du be om! Gå ut från de helt öppna skjutdörrarna på däck, koppla av och njut av havsbrisen. Spektakulär oändlig havsutsikt från alla sovrum och vardagsrum.

Happy Tides har ett designerkök med granit-toppar - en kockens glädje! Du har ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, brödrost och alla dina bestickbehov. Sätt dig ner och koppla av med gästerna vid matbordet och njut av den perfekta bilden direkt från matsalen! Te, kaffe, socker och mjölk tillhandahålls för din vistelse. Det finns också rökdetektorer överallt.

Stugan har 3 generösa sovrum och 2 badrum. Två sovrum finns på nedervåningen, vardera med en dubbelsäng, som öppnar sig vid stranden.
På övervåningen hittar du sovrummet med en helt ny ensuite och dubbla glasdörrar som vetter mot balkongen, med utsikt över havet.

Det stora badrummet har en vacker duschkabin med separat toalett. Allt linne tillhandahålls för din vistelse, sängar görs, med en handduk tillhandahållen per person. Du kommer också att förses med schampo, balsam och kroppstvätt under din vistelse.

Hemmet har två rymliga lounge rum, så skicka barnen nerför trappan för att titta på en film och dra nytta av den obegränsade gratis WIFI, medan du kopplar av med ett glas vin på övervåningen och tittar på tidvattnet rullar in! Det finns takfläktar i hela, såväl som en vacker havsbris.

Njut av att bo vid stranden oavsett vad vädret ger med två balkonger vid Happy Tides, en vid stranden och en på baksidan av hemmet.
Stress inte om sandkläder eller våta handdukar! Det finns en intern tvättstuga med tvättmaskin nedervåningen med tvättpulver tillhandahålls.

Njut av gratis undercover parkering i lokalerna, om du älskar fiske varför inte ta med båten också och starta den direkt från båtrampen bredvid fastigheten!

Love sitting on the deck watching the tide go out and walking out long walk on the beach, would love to buy the house and do up the gardens and put pavers and bbq area looking out to the beach

Such a relaxing place.

Overall a great place to stay. A very quite sleepy town but that's what makes it great. The property was really well fitted out, bed were good ( but would have been great if main bedroom had a king bed) and the views were amazing. Clean well fitted out house would definitely recommend.

Perfect beach front holiday

Thank you for having us at your property. It was a lovely house in the perfect location. Suited our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys - 13 & 9). We travelled from Melbourne with our boat to visit family and friends in the surrounding suburbs and were pleasantly surprised with the quiet town and lovely house. The driveway with its pine trees made it tricky to get the boat in and out, but we made it work and were happy with how far back the house was from the road as it gave us peace of mind (from a security sense) leaving the boat parked when we travelled down to Redcliffe or even Brisbane to visit our family and friends. The boat ramp on the Caboolture River was a quick 2-minute drive from the house. It is tidal so you need to be careful of the times you enter/exit the mouth of the river as we nearly got stuck in 30cm of water trying to get back to the ramp. We launched the boat from Scarborough in Redcliffe, which is about a 40-minute drive and this one you don't have to worry about the tide. Moreton Island is about an hour boat ride from either ramp to visit Tangalooma shipwrecks or for a day of fishing. We went over 3 time in the 2 weeks we stayed and saw sea turtles, pods of dolphins and masses of whales each time. So magical! The house itself has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There are no wardrobes with coat hangers in any of them to hang dresses. However, behind each door there are hanging hooks, so I made that work. Otherwise, there was plenty of storage for your clothes in dressers drawers in each room. There is a bathroom downstairs and upstairs (an exhaust fan might be a handy install in the upstairs one). Also, a laundry downstairs, which came in handy staying for 2 weeks. There was a TV, which we hardly used because we were so busy enjoying the beach. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay and the fridge/freezer are a fantastic size. The house is a short 20-minute walk from the town, which we enjoyed doing along the beach at low tide every now and then. There are 2-3 coffee shops, the Beachmere Hotel for some yummy meals as well as a couple of other we didn't try. The Beachmere Butcher was AMAZING! We bought meat there a few times for a BBQ or even their ready-made meals too (just a note, there is no BBQ at the house, we used our own we keep on the boat). The IGA was handy too (right next to the pub/hotel) to stock up on your essentials. Overall, this house suited us perfectly.
