Gorgeous views, great resort, clean and updated

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, updated and very clean. The balcony view of the beach was gorgeous and the pools were large and there were daily activities for the kids at the pool area!

Wonderful property

My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks. Everything was accurate as described. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. We ate in most days and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was seamless. We used the washer and dryer a few times which was a real bonus. The bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable! If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the emerald. We liked that there were so many amenities at the resort, especially the Starbucks and sky bar. We also loved that there were great restaurants at walking distance. Our only comment is that the shower-heads were not as clean as we hoped and the TVs were a bit dated. However the host and Sherri were awesome! They were so helpful and answered us quickly.

Great condo

The location was great. We came over the 4th of July and the resort is located between the two piers were the fireworks were shot. It was a great spot for viewing. The condo was clean and has everything you need. Our boys didn’t really spend much time in the pools but they never seemed overly crowded. The SkyBridge Bar and little ice cream/snack stand was a hit for us. There’s also mini golf and go karts within a short walking distance. Barry was great to work with and prompt with responses. The only thing I recommend and this is beyond the owner’s control….do not try checking in right at 4:00 on a holiday weekend. The elevator lines were out the door and probably a 30-45 min wait. Thankfully the condo is located on the 5th floor so we were able to take the stairs. We look forward to coming back

Great family room

Great experience. Everything was as listed. Only suggestion would be to get a rail for the top bunk. Would make everyone feel safer to sleep on. Would definitely rent this room again on the future.

My family loved this condo. It was very clean and a great location to everything. Loved the balcony and the fast elevators. Owners were wonderful, fast response and all the information they send about the property was so helpful. Definitely would stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Wonderful place!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Perfect location to watch fireworks on both pier!, the place was very roomy and clean. A plus that it has an ice machine- so you dont need to worry about getting them anywhere. Wish we had booked it longer! Definitely will be back!! :)

Awesome place

Awesome condo and owner. Barry(owner) went out his way to make sure we were taken care of... when the fridge went out, he had one delivered the next day. He kept in touch to make sure we were doing ok. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great view of the beach and the coast. Close to elevators, and we didn’t have to wait long for an elevator ride. One of the best stays we had at PCB!! Definitely will be back! Thanks Barry!

Very enjoyable stay. Beach was great and restaurants were close enough to walk.

The unit was well maintained with a great ocean view. The information from the owner regarding check-in and parking was spot on. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bunk bed was located in an alcove off the hallway so there wasn’t much privacy but with our older son joining us it was not a big issue. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Clean and comfortable

The condo is well taken care of-very clean and comfortable. It is a nice size for a family vacation. Spacious for relaxing, cooking and eating. Do bring items you wouldn't normally think to pack- your own shampoo, soap, toliet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, etc. The only negative per-say is that we couldn't use the upper bunk-bed as it was damaged before our arrival. We had picked this unit/resort because of the bunks so this was disappointing. It was communicated that it was going to be fixed during our stay, though unfortunately it wasn't and this wasn't communicated. The "chair" pull out bed is very uncomfortable as well.

It was all great!

Barry was easy to talk to, kind and very responsive to texts. The condo was clean and furnished well. The sheets on the bed were very nice, not low-grade hotel stuff. The unit was right next to elevators, which was convenient. The property was pretty nice as well. We loved it and wish we were still there!

Love the view

Where do I begin:) love the beautiful view and homemade ice cream is a across the street.. it was enough room for everyone and I always love it when there is no keys .. love that it was key codes .. there was a few downs we all couldn't go to the pool as a group.. but we worked it out .. It was got lost a few times getting to the room and beach.. but we laugh about it .. leave it to the girls .. But we loved it .. me and just my girls have a girls trips .. I go to PCB at least 2 times a summer.. I would stay here again.. thanks Barry for letting us stay at your beautiful condo:)

Excellent Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in the perfect location; close to restrurants, shopping, and entertainment. Plus a short drive to Pier Park. The property grounds are kept updated and well-maintained. The condo was tastefully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen with anything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable as well! We highly recommend anyone to stay at this condo and will definitely stay here for future trips to PCB!

Life long Florida resident. I live in the Tampa Bay area but enjoy going up to my home in the Panhandle to get away from it all. Although I do live near the beach already.The beaches here are second to none.

I set this property up to be my home away from home. You can expect to find nice furnishings and the unit constantly being updated. I tend to rent to the same guests over and over as this is their home away from home too.
