Private Beach House 425 är en vackert uppgraderad enhet på 2: a våningen med fina välvda tak, extra fönster med överlägset luftflöde och en frodig privat trädgårdsutsikt i byggnad # 41 vid havet framför Kiahuna Plantation Resort. Dessa lägenheter är fullt möblerade med helt nya möbler, golv och belysning i hela. Den har en ny uppgraderad skjutdörr. Vi installerade just en 55-tums storskärms-tv på väggen i matsalen. Köket har uppgraderade apparater och är helt öppet mot vardagsrummet och matsalen. Badrummet är uppgraderat och inkluderar en travertin duschkabin. Sovrummet har helt nya möbler, golv, belysning och en ny madrass. Det finns också en helt ny bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Denna fastighet ligger på 35 hektar frodig, tropiskt anlagd mark. Du är en kort tre minuters promenad till den vackra sandstranden. Den här egenskapen har följande bekvämligheter, en uppvärmd pool med vattenrutschbana, bubbelpool, olika idrottsbanor, ett fitnesscenter vid punkten Beach atletklubb som du kommer att använda som en del av din vistelse. Fastigheten har den moderna restaurangen och baren Plantain Gardens. Fastigheten är utrustad med flera nya gasgrillar i rostfritt stål nära enheten. Wonderful Private Condo with everything to Offer

Thos condo is amazing. It is beautifully updated and remodeled. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are new. The internet was fabulous as well as the entertainment center. Clise to beach, pool, and gym. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an incredible two weeks.

Nice Location

Property was awesome. Owner contact for issues was excellent. TV remote needs work, very confusing. For us the laundry was down so it was very inconvenient. But otherwise it is an awesome place at a great location.

Excellent experience

The unit was exactly as represented. Nicely furnished. Upon arrival there was a problem with the refrigerator. I emailed Daren the owner. He responded promptly and addressed the issue, making accommodations until it was corrected. He couldn't have been more responsive and followed through to make sure everything was satisfactory. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental and give Daren the highest rating for his attention to making things right.

Nice place to stay

Overall, we had a great time staying at this location. It was so nice to have a fridge, sink, cook top, oven, etc. Eating out is expensive in Hawaii so we made a lot of the food ourselves. Darin was very responsive to our questions. The staff was very friendly too. I misunderstood the washer/dryer thinking they'd be in the property, but instead there is a central laundry area. Not a big deal, but one load will cost you $12 if you use their soap/fabric softener ($6 difference).

We had a fabulous time at KP 425! The condo was beautiful, exceptionally appointed, and so comfortable! We enjoyed the balcony so much! Loved the short walk to the beach and to the athletic center/hot tub and the short drive to fabulous restaurants. The owner was incredibly responsive the one time I contacted him. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Condo

The condo worked out great and surpassed our expectations. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, area was quiet, with a short walk to the beach. We BBQed three times and each time the grills were sparkling clean, not all grimy/greasy like you sometimes see. The resort grounds were well maintained with friendly staff. We appreciated the boggy board, beach chairs and umbrella which we used almost daily! I would highly recommend and plan on staying in this exact condo next time I’m we are in Kauai. (Hopefully next year!). Thank you!

Great unit and well priced

Great end unit that is updated and clean. Had chairs, umbrella and boggy board to use. Close to all amenities but without the high price of on the beach stay.

Amazing place

We stayed for a week in March and the condo was amazing. The condo was clean and well furnished, just as described in the listing. Location was great, a five minute walk to the beach. The pull out sofa bed worked perfectly for my daughter. The beach gear was much appreciated. We loved the open windows and birds every morning but that may not be for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again!

The whole property that this location is on is very nice and has fantastic vegetation to see. That being said, this unit is one of the furthest away from the beach and looks onto another hotel. Great inside but the view and location are just ok.

Smelled like the previous tenants had cleaned fish or crab in the sink and it took a bit of time for that to subside. It would be helpful to have a map to the check in location. Also, washer and dryer are available but not in unit.

Wonderfully Restful

We came for a well earned rest, and Darin's condo was perfect. Loved the lanai, breezes, quiet, out of the traffic, so we truly rested. Poipu beach was so much fun! The gym was great too. We ejoyed that every day. Darin was so responsive, beyond expectations. Would come back for sure.

AWESOME location and the unit is even better than advertised. Close to many amazing beaches.

The property host was very accessible and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We lost a wallet at a beach and it was found after we left. Our host, Darin, reached out to me and got it sent back to me. Darin really cared about our experience at his unit. We will return.

Great condo right in Poipu!

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit! We checked in late at night and the process was very easy. The unit was exactly as advertised. The pull out couch was fine, the bedroom bed was comfortable. The unit had some extras (beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards) which was really lovely! The property was centrally located for what we used it for (beach and pool) and the athletic club was a great addition. Darin was really responsive and really helpful when we had a question. Overall, great place!

Great base for Poipu

We had a great time staying at Darin's home in Poipu. We were just a few minutes from the beach, and across the street from an athletic center which was great for hot tubbing / relaxing. We will note that the athletic center is very family friendly - so if you're traveling with little ones you'll love it. If you're looking for a more romantic / quiet place, we'd recommend the beach instead!

Relaxing stay

My husband and I were in town for a few days on a quick business trip. We were originally just going to book a hotel, but were very glad we chose this instead. We had a relaxing space to come home to with a comfortable bed and peaceful lanai. It's a very nice unit and convenient for walking, dining, and shopping. Thanks for a great stay.

Quiet, well appointed condo

Clean, quiet, well appointed apartment style condo. Plenty of room for two people. Easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, though terrace backs on to trees and has no view. Proximity to the shopping area and pool / exercise facility is a plus.

My wife and I spend at least five months a year on island since our retirement in 2021. We love sharing our Condos with our guests.
