Beautiful condo, perfect for a couple families!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and worked perfectly for our two families with 4 kids between the ages of 8-12. Nicely appointed kitchen, easy parking, and convenient location. We’ll be staying here again! The only downside that we experienced was the noise of the upstairs neighbors but it wasn’t terribly disruptive and there is nothing the condo owners can do about such an issue. Just something that future renters may want to be aware of.

Fantastic condo!

This property is absolutely fantastic. Our two families were very comfortable as the condo has great space, comfortable beds, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and is centrally located to the ski slopes. We can't wait to return in the summer and take advantage of the lovely lake and bike trails!

Great vacation

We had a great time in Frisco over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The condo was better than described! Clean, quiet, & in a perfect location. Absolutely beautiful!

Great Location!

Our family stayed in this condo and it is in a great location! It's close to the lake with a nice walking trail nearby and also a short drive to the Main street. The condo was updated, clean and had a well appointed kitchen with all the spices and utensils you need. Beds and pillows were comfy as well! We had a great time and would stay here again!!

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for 2 families with small kids, they loved the bunk beds! The 2 rooms with ensuites were great for the adults. We used the hot tub and grill, what a view! We also walked to the lake to fish several times during our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent Ski Condo

Condo was awesome! Well appointed property and very nicely decorated, modern feel. Condo came with extras like shampoo and kitchen supplies that made thing so much easier for our stay. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking anything you like. Property was minutes from many ski resorts, restaurants, 2 minutes to grocery and you could easily walk to shops nearby. Highly recommend! Property manager was super responsive too. 5 stars!

Great Place to stay - The center of everything. (by car)

This property was beautiful, very well maintained and decorated so nice. The linens / towels and pillows were top quality, soft, cozy, thick towels. the kitchen was also well stocked and all things in there were not cheap quality like some VRBOs make available. This spot was fairly close to all the spots. Frisco - Dillon - Breckenridge - Keystone - Trails. Only a few miles drive to any which really made our time there easier. The owners were really quick to respond when I had questions- and very kind. There were other little things that made it feel nicer than other VRBOs we have stayed at. Definitely keeping this one in our pocket. ;) -Tina

Great Home Base

Condo was clean and well appointed. The owners were responsive and sent us great suggestions for activities while we were there. This was our first time to Colorado in the summer and we all enjoyed the hiking, kayaking and biking. I strongly suggest this condo for easy access to everything in the area. Definitely would return the next time we head to Colorado.

Frisco Delight

Excellent stay. Could not ask for more Beautiful condo and great location. Owner was great to communicate with and was very helpful. I have used VRBO for 20 years and this was our best expereince ever. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Will not be disappointed.

Outstanding. Great memory!

What a week. Condo was very clean, extremely well organized and equipped property. The Guest Host was really great and very helpful. The condo had everything we needed and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the all the slopes we wanted to ski. We plan to return next year.

Loved this unit

This condo unit is absolutely delightful! I particularly appreciated how well stocked (including spices and numerous condiments) the kitchen is since I cook a lot while VRBO'ing. The unit has recently been fully and beautifully renovated in a high quality way, and is in perfect condition. Also, it is beautifully decorated in tasteful, high quality furniture, finishes, and art. The master bed is super comfortable. The location is excellent if you're planning to ski different mountains over your stay. It's an easy on/off the highway. We skied Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper and Keystone. It is a ways from main street, though, so is not within walkable distance to restaurants there. and has so-so views. We had a little trouble with the lock box, but were immediately helped through the process by the owner via phone. The layout is great, and highly conducive to family games, meals, TV and hanging out. The three bathrooms were awesome and in excellent condition. The dishwasher left something to be desired since you really had to fully wash the dishes completely in order to get them clean, but the owners are planning to replace it soon. The owners were super helpful and responsive, and left us a lovely welcome gift of a gingerbread decorating kit and sparkling cider. We are looking forward to returning in the summer since the unit is very near the bike that heads into town and around the reservoir.

Fantastic Location

What a great location in Frisco. Right on the lake and the bike trail. Easy Bike or walk to the Frisco Marina, Frisco Adventure Park, bike rentals, and Main Street. Plenty of room to spread out and every houseware you could possible need. Thanks for a nice stay.

Wonderful condo and great location

Very spacious and well decorated condo with all of the comforts of home. Just a short walk down to Dillon Reservoir which offers the opportunity for beautiful walks, paddle boarding or kayaking.

Perfect Place in Frisco-Summer and Winter

Timberline Cove has to be one of the best located properties in Summit County. This place is basically on Lake Dillon and very close to downtown Frisco and Frisco Bay Marina. A main trail is right out the back door to this place--we beached our boat nearby and could walk to the boat (in less than 10 minutes). Great shopping and food everywhere. It is also very well located to the ski areas (we ski Copper). The unit itself is in top condition and tastefully decorated--it is very roomy for its square footage. The owners are very caring and on top of every detail. A huge advantage is that the unit is only a half flight of stairs up from the parking lot--if you're going to catch the shuttle or have people parking in the parking lot. The heated garage is also a huge convenience in the winter. We have stayed in Summit County plenty of times--this particular condo is the best we've found!

Wonderful!!!

My family and I stayed at this condo for five nights over Christmas. It was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect - very easy to get to many of the ski resorts. The condo itself is great - very modern and updated, with all the amenities you may need. It has a great layout for families with kids. We've stayed in many mountain condos over the years, and this one is our new favorite. We've rented it again with another family next month and can't wait to return. The owners are lovely and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!!
