My first reaction was that the photos don't do this place justice; it is even better than it appears. Everything was much more spacious than I expected, and given that there are five true bedrooms, it could easily accommodate 10 people. There are some nice modern touches -- e.g., the living room TV may as well be a movie screen, and the upstairs bathroom is amazing -- but it's also quaint and secluded, providing an authentic "cabin in the woods" experience.
There were a few slight negatives. First, the grill needs to be serviced and/or cleaned, because it heats very unevenly. Second, the WiFi is slow/spotty (which honestly didn't bother us, but it's worth noting). Third, the hot tub loses water quickly -- not sure if there's a leak or just evaporation because the cover is old -- but it needed to be refilled every day. (On our second day, we called to have it refilled, and someone was there in about an hour.)
Still, these minor annoyances didn't overshadow the many good things about this place, and we would absolutely stay here again.
