Great Family Stay!

Met family here for the weekend. Very centrally-located to town where we got dinner one night, and also Mohican Adventures where we floated the river. Great space to all get together!

Restored older home well staged. Comfortable beds and seating. We were in Ohio to attend the Mohican powwow which is a yearly event. This home much enhanced our stay.

River trip

We had the most amazing time staying at this location. The house was beautiful, big and very clean! We enjoyed having a fire out back. We floated down the river twice during our stay. We enjoyed walking downtown and ate at the Blackfork Bistro.

Spacious and comfortable house right off Main St.

If you’re staying in Loudonville, you can’t beat this house. It had everything you’d need and plenty of room. It was even bigger than I expected from the listing.

Beautiful Home

We were staying for a 3 day music festival we were attending and wanted a quiet place to relax after the show every night. The house was perfect! Plenty of space & the original charm was beautiful. The host was very responsive to anything I needed.

Wonderful home

This was our second time staying at this home and it was, once again, perfect for our family. It is a beautiful home with everything you need for a few days stay. We would highly recommend this home if you are traveling to the Loudonville/Mohican S.P. area.

Comfortable, clean, convenient and spacious!

Large comfortable home, well-furnished & decorated, very helpful owner. Having three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths was wonderful. And the woodwork and built-ins were beautiful.

Beautiful older home

The house is older but very clean and well decorated.It creeks in spots but nothing we minded.It has a small fire pit we used and liked and also a small grill.We stayed in that area to be near a canoe place. We stayed in town so we could walk to places.Very nice little town. We ended up going to Mohican adventures. It was busy but quick to get us launched. I would surely recommend you stay here. The host was very welcoming.

Property is a beautiful restored old home. Sitting right off main street with easy walking to shops and restaurant. Kim is wonderful to work with. Our 2nd time to book with her while in town for an event

Beautiful VRBO and very spacious!

By far the best VRBO we have stayed in. Large rooms, beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Stairs are steep though, and would recommend a yellow strip on bottom step, as we all felt it was hard to see. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Excellent !!

This was perfect for us !! It was a nice central location for my sons wedding venue and it served a great place to stay and for family members to get ready for the wedding. Plenty of space and amenities !! Also walking distance to downtown with great little shops. Cute vintage feel to this town. The house was spotless and very comfy !!

Nice Stay in Loudonville

This is a clean property with interesting architectural characteristics. Parking was no problem. The house has a lot of natural light, and plenty of comfortable seating around tables and in the living room. All of the household essentials were available and easy to locate. The neighborhood is walkable and the town is cute. There is a gas station close by, and a range of restaurant options.

Great place to stay in Mohican area!

The house is remodeled and in great condition; clean and well kept. The bedrooms are good sized with big closets. Bathrooms are nice with plenty of room. Common areas have plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining. Location is great with restaurants, shops, and canoeing within walking distance and nights are quiet. We plan on renting again.
