Denna underbara lakefront hem har totalrenoverats och tillgÀnglig för sommarsÀsongen.

Precis utanför den huvudsakliga sjön och skyddas frÄn upptagen bÄttrafiken du kan bada, kajak, rör, skidor eller bara koppla av och flyta runt och njuta av nÄgra av de bÀsta utsikt över sjön.

Det har 4 sovrum och 3 bad med bred planka golv i det stora rummet, kök och matplats. Den stora rum har en vacker lofted trÀ planka tak och Àndlösa utsikt över vattnet. Det finns sten gas spis och stor platt-TV alla öppna till ett fullt utrustat kök med barstol sittplatser pÄ halvön. Det finns ocksÄ en matplats för familjesammankomster eller att sitta och spela kort eller spel.

HuvudnivÄn erbjuder en imponerande sjö sida master svit med utomhus dÀck och sittplatser, en king size-sÀng, stor platt-TV och en master badrum med en duschkabin och separat badkar.

Det andra sovrummet strax utanför det stora rummet pÄ huvudnivÄn har en drottning sÀng och badrum.

Det öppna köket, stora rum och matsal har enkel tillgÄng till en massiv utomhus dÀck för att sola, solnedgÄng tittar pÄ eller bara umgÄs.

Utomhus gasgrill Àr ansluten till vÄr stambanan sÄ att du aldrig fÄr slut pÄ brÀnsle. Grill och njuta av en mÄltid under veranda medan du tittar pÄ utsikten över Emerald Island eller State Park.

Ett andra bra rum ligger pÄ nedre plan med en stengas spis, en stor platt-TV med hög DEF, ett spelbord och otroliga vyer frÄn nÀstan alla rum.

Det finns tvÄ sovrum med dubbelsÀngar pÄ lÀgre nivÄ med ett delat badrum. BÄda sovrummen har skjutbara altandörrar till en uteplats med sittplatser att njuta av morgonkaffet.

We’ve stayed at multiple other homes at SML and this is by far our favorite. House was centrally located on lake. Very clean and well furnished. Huge dock with easy sloping lot. Very quiet cove. Sunset views every night. Mark was easy to work with. Hope to be back again!

Cozy lake getaway at Smith Mountain Lake

We completely enjoyed our time at this rental. We've been coming to Smith Mountain Lake every summer for several years, so we have a pretty well-honed checklist of what we're looking for now: open but cozy living area, big kitchen for group cooking, deck with both sunshine and cover, a dock that's easy to use for boating and swimming, and a firepit for evening cookouts. This house has all that and more. We were impressed with not just one but two comfortable living areas, one on the first floor and one in the basement, that made for fun gatherings the whole week. The kitchen's large counterspace, refrigerator, and pantry made every meal go smoothly. The deck space was perfect for morning coffee or sunset sitting. Lastly - and this is something that can't be overstated - it is a smooth incline down to the dock, compared to lots of lake properties that have extreme slopes and dicey stairs. We loved this property and would love to rent it again if available!

Great Vacation!

This was our first time at this house everything was fantastic! The house is clean, has a great layout, and fantastic views of the lake. We had a blast all week and are already talking about renting here again next summer. Mark is a great host, very responsive and helpful with answering any questions.

Terrific property , very modern clean and with beautiful views of lake.

This is the third time we have stayed in this property and I would not stay anywhere else. It has everything you could want. The large open living dining area with lots of glass is a wonderful space with high airy ceilings. The gentle paved walking path to boat house is perfect for very young children or seniors. The secluded spot is a decent distance from neighbors which provides for an idea spot to fish kayak or just play in the water.

Week at the Lake

We stayed for a week at the Mark’s lake house and it exceeded all expectations. The house has a great layout. It has all of the amenities you would want and is well stocked. Great sunset views, and a wonderful Cove that you can swim in without worry of watercraft being close. The dock is awesome and has enough depth to dive off of. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and were able to tie it up easily on the floating dock. Overall, great week, awesome location on the lake. That’s convenient to everything.

Beautiful, Quiet Lakefront Getaway

This property is immaculate, with modern, high-end appliances and furnishings. The living spaces and outdoor spaces are very roomy and comfortable. The level lot is a big plus. The cove is small and quiet, and set well back from the main channel so you don't get much boat traffic. The cove to the right adjoins the State Park so there are no houses over on that side. You definitely feel safe paddling around here.

Great get-away

This property is more beautiful than the pictures. It is in a great little cove with good water and access to the main lake quickly. The views are spectacular! The house is immaculately clean and the owners have thought of everything. We had a great time boating, fishing, eating on the covered porch and sitting on the deck and enjoying the view!
