Ljus, öppen planlösning, moderniserad stuga med balkong, 1 minut till stranden

Sarnia stuga erbjuder rymligt boende med öppen planlösning vardagsrum / kök / matrum, en braskamin och en ljus solstol.
Fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, mikrovågsugn, TV och DVD. Uteplats för grillar är en solfälla. Det finns två dubbelrum och ett tredje sovrum med våningssängar.
Det främre sovrummet har en ny dragkedja och länkbädd, så det kan vara 2 singlar eller en dubbelsäng med dubbelsäng. Alla har täcken. Vi tillhandahåller normalt inte linne eller handduk, men om du behöver dem, är det en extra avgift.
Ett sovrum leder ut mot en balkong med havsutsikt. Sarnia stuga ligger en minut från säker, sandstrand och korsväg till historiska st. Micheal's Mount.
Badrummet, som ligger nere, har en ny, stor duschkabin.
Det finns en annan toalett och handfat på övervåningen.
För mysiga vintersemester finns uppvärmningsvärmare och vedeldad spis.

Området: Marazion har segelklubb och vindsurfingskola. I närheten finns de vackra städerna St. Ives, (The Tate och många andra konstgallerier) och Penzance och det finns fantastiska stränder runt Minack Theatre, Porthcurno och Sennen. Marazion ligger på sydvästra västkusten, och det finns fantastiska promenader som finns i närheten och runt Lizard och Lands End-halvön. Penzance har en art deco-pool (havsvatten) och i staden finns flera konstgallerier och två härliga parker.
Bara utanför staden finns Tesco, Sainsbury och Morrisons stormarknader.
I Marazion finns 4 pubar och flera restauranger. "Bens kök" har varit öppet i några år och har ett utmärkt rykte. Den nyligen renoverade Godolphin har underbar havsutsikt, bar och serverar goda måltider.
Eldmotorn på toppen av staden har nyligen tagits över av en känd kock.

Charming cottage in perfect location

This cottage was ideal for us, (2 adults, 2 children), it is beautifully decorated with everything we needed and more. The location is right in the heart of Marazion, easy walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach.

Bank holiday weekend stay

A lovely few days with sunshine and warmth on Saturday and Sunday. Lots of dog walking on the fabulous beach and pub meals in the evening. Sunny sheltered back yard was appreciated.

Absolutely lovely

This house was perfect in every way! We travelled with four kids and it was easy for us to stay at Sarnia. Perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also easy to go by bus from Marazion to different places... We want to book Sarnia cottage again for sure!! Highly recommended!

A lovely clean cottage in a cute location. Facilities were good but parking was a bit of a nightmare, mainly because it was high season. would definately visit again.

Superb location in village

Very happy with house, ample space for a family. Within 1 minute from a beautiful beach and shops/pubs. Very quiet location. Turn left outside front door to a lovely walks and brilliant views of St Michaels mount and bays all the way around the coast. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location.

Myself and 4 friends have just stayed in Sarnia Cottage for an amazing long weekend. The cottage is very comfortable and cosy, everything there that we needed. Excellent location in the heart of Marazion. Beach and pubs very close walking distance. We especially liked The Godolphin Hotel, looking out to St Michael’s Mount. We’re hoping to book to come back again next year!

Great location to see the sights of Cornwall.

The cottage was very spacious for our group of 4. You could see St Michaels Mount from the upstairs balcony. The parking lot was a distance away but manageable. Some unexpected airline changes in our schedule caused us to pay for an extra day but the owners provided sheet and towel services at no cost in exchange. We enjoyed our stay at Sarnia.

Gorgeous place to stay

Our family of 5 (2 adults + 19,17 & 14yr old) stayed at the Sarina for 5 nights and we were so comfortable. We all had a bed each, and plenty of room. The place was clean, neat and tidy. We played some games and did a puzzle that they had there. The parking was 5 mins walk from there, which was a really nice walk looking at St. Michael’s Mount on the way. It’s a great location too, such a gorgeous little village.

Sarnia Cottage

I would definitely recommend this cottage to family and friends. The location was perfect, shops, pubs and the beach all within walking distance. The long stay car park was just down the road, so no problem with parking and very easy to register for a week. We took our dog with us and found plenty of nice walks around Marazion. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are hoping to stay at Sarnia Cottage again.

Great location for the beach, generally all ok, some minor issues with cups and plates needing a wash but thats down to previous visitors. Possibly needed a bit more of an in-depth clean and cobweb removal but nothing to spoil a great holiday.

Lovely place to stay

Ideal for 3 generation family so we had more time with our son, daughter in law and young grandchildren. Open plan layout made it ideal for giving the children more space to play whilst always being within sight of adults. The children’s playground near the beach had new equipment Installed over the winter which the children, aged 3 and 7, very much enjoyed whilst the adults also enjoyed views of St Michael’s Mount from the playground and being able to quickly return to the house or car in changeable weather. We had a lot of wet, windy weather with little sun but still had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the views of the sea from the house and very much appreciated log fires in the evenings.

Lovely base for a family holiday

A very relaxing short break in a beautiful place. Sarnia feels like a home from home and has clearly been loved and looked after by its owners. Very comfortable and light and airy. The area and Marazion are delightful and there are several brilliant restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We also loved St Michael's Mount. You do need to work around the parking and car loading and unloading logistics but that had no impact on our enjoyment and is very clearly explained on the property description. A small price to pay for being in the historical centre of this charming town. Highly recommended.

My sister and I had a lovely stay at the property. Location was perfect. Cottage was warm….mainly controlled by host on an app, but could always message for temperature to be increased though we didn’t need to Only downside was having to pay extra for parking in long stay car park. Added more expense to the holiday Would stay there again though

Top Lage, gerne wieder

Das Ferienhaus liegt fußläufig beim St. Michaels Mount, in 2 Minuten ist man am Strand. Parken muss man allerdings etwas weiter weg und es kostet 50 Pfund pro Woche. Man sollte vorher abklären, ob Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive sind. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bei allem behilflich.

Schönes Cottage in Cornwall

Ein sehr hübsches Haus in Strandnähe, mit genügend Platz für eine 5köpfige Familie und allem was man so braucht (z.b. Waschmaschine). Die Gegend bietet viele tolle Ziele. Parken geht nur kostenpflichtig ca 10min zu Fuß entfernt.

Gemütliches Haus mit genug Platz auch mal einen schlecht-Wetter-Tag zu überstehen. Super freundliche Vermieter, die sich auch um einen günstigeren Parkplatz für gekümmert haben. Würden nochmal wiederkommen.

Eine Reise wert

Die Kommunikation zur Hausbesitzerin war immer sehr einfach, freundlich und alle Fragen, die ich stellte, wurden asap beantwortet. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, ordentlich und sauber mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist super, in nächster Ungebung zu den Pubs, Bushaltestelle und zum Meer. Marazion ist ein toller, kleiner Ort, der zwar nicht viel zu bieten hat, aber das was da ist, ist alles zauberhaft. Ein Besuch lohnt und es wird nicht unser letzter gewesen sein. Danke an Susanna, dass wir dein Haus nutzen durften.

I grew up in the village of Marazion, went to school in Penzance, and have always loved West Penwith. My 2 children also love Marazion, as do their partners and now my grandchildren. We all visit regularly, separately or sometimes all together!

We chose Sarnia because it is adjacent to Tresco, which was the cottage I grew up in, now owned by my niece Jane (the two cottages can be rented together and would then accommodate 12).
